Doctor Barnes is the best! Very empathetic and understanding, not sure about the other reviews, but I’ve never had an issue with wait times at this office.

The nurse is very nice, but I always have to take time off work or leave work early for appointments and I always have to wait a minimum of 30-40mins after my appointment start time to be seen. It would be nice to be called ahead to know the doctor will be behind so I don't have to leave work early. Receptionists aren't very friendly/approachable either.

Extreme waiting. You’ll get “hangry”. Better to find a different clinic. Don’t waste your time here. I believe our time is important too.

Why book the appointments 10mins apart when the doctor's are continually over an hour late? Don't come to this clinic unless you have half a day to waste in the waiting room for a rushed 5min visit

I was with the doctor barnes for my first pregnancy. She was very good geniune and helpful, the staff there is nice and helpful too.
I had one a men I don't remenber his name but he wasn't as good as her very rude.he didn't care about the pain explained to him.
But I will for sure recommend this place.

I have had great experiences here. Doctor Roy is amazing and the staff and nurses have always been helpful and nice. I have not had any issues calling in to the office. Normal wait times for a doctor’s office in my opinion. Most times I was in with in 10 minutes of my appointment time, with only a few longer delays in all my appointments here.
It is a doctors office so sometimes emergency’s happen that need tending to which can cause delays. However look at it this way. If that was you with the emergency or you that needed more information at your appointment which would cause a delay in the days schedule for the next appointments.

Very bad clinic. Secretary Gina is arrogant and has no customer service.she does not care about people and cancels your appointments without informing you. I never want to go back to this clinic and I do not recommend it.especially because of Gina on your arrival who is as smiling as a trash can

If I could give it no stars I would. I see Dr. Brassard, his nurses are great; however the doc himself is horrible. The wait time to see him is over an hour past yout appointment time and his bedside mannor is horrible. I had a follow up appointment after a surgery today and when the nurse was outside my room and asked if he wanted her to come in with him he told her no, that my appointment was JUST a follow-up so I could wait. How does he think that makes me feel? I have genuine concerns about issues afteer my surgery but I guess the pain I am in doesn't matter. He weny to see 2 more patients in rooms beside me and then had a discussion about his phone bill and the upcoming Christmas party. I finally put on my pants and walked into the hallway. He said ge would be able to see me in a bit if I wanted, otherwise go home. SERIOUSLY, what an absolutely horrible doctor

Very busy phone line! I've phoned this clinic more than 10x during my break. Waiting period is more than an hour in the clinic too. I was here 2yrs ago. My doctor here is ok that's why I'm a returning patient. But cut that bad habit of making your patients to wait for so long! What's really going on? You're wosrt than medicenter.

Dr. Gleason wasn't even in the building - Showed up for my appointment a few min early to check in and go over info as it was my first visit post operation. I was surprised to be shown into a room about 10 min later, as I had read the reviews about always being behind. HOWEVER, my doctor wasn't even in the building yet, and according to nurses he is notoriously late. It's been an hour since I've arrived and still haven't seen the doctor.

It’s always a couple hour wait time from when appointment is why wouldn’t they just make appointment later so you don’t have to sit there for hours bored not very professional
