Lafarge poured the driveway to our new home (sept 2020) by March 2021 it was chipping all over the place.
They would not replace since it wasn’t 10% damaged yet. Their solution was to sandblast and seal it. Few months later it was chipping WORSE. They are useless, don’t stand behind their product or work. Our house is 2.5 years old and has the ugliest driveway I’ve ever seen.
We dealt with Curtis who didn’t even have the respect to reply to our emails in an appropriate timeline. Lafarge drug out the process to address our issues until the one year mark (march 2021 first contact, sept 2021 “solution” made) Leaving us with no alberta home warranty to fall back on.
No reason we should have to deal with this atrocity of a driveway in a brand new house.
