Extremely rude blonde lady. I and my 5yo daughter (who was crying because shes hungry waiting for our food) are in front of the queue to pay. We were literally in front of the blonde lady and we are trying to pay to get our food at the counter, but she continued to IGNORE us and intently entertained the customers behind us at the queue.

Took about 4 customers paying their bills and getting their food, while my child was crying hungry.

I had to reach out to the guy behind the counter to get our food and process our bill. Really frustrating experience for me and my daughter. Never going back again.

Food was amazing, tried the spicy meat pizza (had to get another because it was amazing) turkey pie and chili.

Some English here in case they read this. The roast beef Sammich was delicious. But that chili was really super delicious.i regretted taking a small bowl and I was still thinking about it hours later.

This place is the best place to get a snack or quick lunch. The pizza and Mac and cheese is delicious and the walnut brownie is my personal fave. It is our go-to place in Lake Louise.

The biggest problem we have with this bakery is what to choose. It is a must stop for us every time we visit Lake Louise. We are always trying something different and they never disappoint! The staff are always super friendly and cordial.
A definite must stop when visiting Lake Louise. Tell them Tim sent you. Lol

Great food! Nice to sit, re-energize, re-caffeinate, very happy and kind staff. Pizza and pastries (great after-hike combo ;)

Every place in Lake Louise had very nice folks, except this place. Will never ever step foot in here, worst customer service ever seen. Understand people can be having a bad day, but freaking out for asking a dimple questions is simply not acceptable. Management needs to investigate the staffs behavior asap!

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Blonde server with glasses was extremely rude and snatching food from customers hands. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Delicious fresh butter croissants, cheese croissants and banana bread. Don't miss breakfast here before heading to Lake Louise and Banff.

Fantastic sausage rolls, delicious brownies, and the peanut butter energy squares are great! Always stop here after a long bike, hike, or just drive.

Ignore the complaints about service. It's busy for a reason and they move through the line as quickly as possible. Never had an issue with the staff, only the tourists who can't figure out how a queue works.

Came about this place by sheer luck. We only had to try the pastries once to know we'd be back. Us and everyone else because the waiting line was always around the corner. If you like fresh bread and cheese croissants, this unassuming place will hit the spot.

Blonde server with glasses is honestly on a power trip and needs to be fired. Was very rude & hostile to my family for no reason, and could not answer our simple questions properly — hence this behaviour may come from pure racism. Or she may have her own life issues going on, but do not take it out on customers. She also snatched food out of our hands and threw it on the counter like a psycho. Then she started flushing red in the face like smoke was going to come out of her ears. She is not representing the restaurant nor this tourist location in a very good way. Would not recommend coming here. Do not spend your money here!

Love the pizza and all the snacks we’ve tried have been tasty (peanut butter cookie, donut, a couple different bars). Service is a bit slow…. Might need more staff.

The staff does a great job for how busy this place gets. Very friendly and they know the area well. It was very busy, but worth the wait especially after a couple days in the bush. The pizza bagel was delicious. I usually avoid coming into the village, but I'll be back again

Got cheese pizza, mac n cheese and veg pizza bagel. All were fresh and taste was amazing. Lovely staff at the store.

Ordered a pizza bun and two sausage rolls. When going to pay, I noted the till read something like $9.74 but the payment terminal read $11.xx. At this point, I had not touched the payment terminal so could not have activated any of the tip options. I’m happy to tip for good service but not impressed that there seemed to be an “auto tip” happening here.

Pizza bun was decent but the sausage rolls were dried out. Look at the payment terminal before tapping your card.

What an amazing bakery!
So much choice. We went in for pastry and ended up buying filled rolls and pizza bagels too. The staff are all very friendly, and although there was a queue, they dealt with it efficiently.
And best part of it - the goods taste amazing! Give this a try, you won't be disappointed.

Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and brunch - pizza, mac and cheese, soup, A ton of heathy bars and cookies to grab togo for a hike! Service was not the best but food was good. The lady behind the counter with glasses was rude and didn’t care about customer service. Open parking space outside and closet food place near Lake Louise.

Staff were surprisingly rude to all of the customers. Food is mediocre but convenient in a pinch.

Their veggie feature pizza was amazing. Dough was crispy and toppings were tasty. Also got to try the potato salad with dill sauce which was refreshing. Staff is very helpful. Recommended for snacks if you are in the area

Great pizza and pastries. Loved the almond croissant, Dates bar, almond white chocolate cookie.

The pastry & deli selection is very huge - you can choose from cinnamon buns to croissants & meat sandwiches. In the back corner we found the box with one day old pastry just for 5$! It was a good sugar replenishment on our hike:)

I stopped by to eat before going to Lake Louis. The staff moved busily, and there were many kinds of bread, so there were many options. Personally, the pizza was a little salty, but the dough was chewy and delicious. The chocolate hazelnut croissant was better than expected.

We visited Laggan's on a couple of occasions while visiting the Lake Louise area. On both occasions we were served by lovely, friendly staff. Great coffee and even better cookies!
