Lahori Grill Taste of Lahore

The food super good.beef seekh kabab, gawalmandi fish fry and Aloo Keema – they tasted like what mummy makes. But the Biryani was ek dum best. It's like my grandmother's recipe. I drank lassi, sweet creamy, and it was awesome. If you want eat real Lahore food without go on a plane, this is the place. It's not just about food.it's whole thing. I can't wait to go back and taste more of home.

One of the best restaurant I ever tried in Calgary. I went several times in this restaurant and realized they are best of the best the way they prepared/cooked the food, amazing taste and very nice serving. We ordered Gawalmandi chicken Karahi and Behari Kabab it was so good. Don't forget to taste their Shinwari Karahi if you get chance. I bet you can't find such a fresh and delicious Rogni Naan in Calgary except Lahori Grill.

Went to this restaurant on August 4,2023 for dinner.

This places is opened recently, less then year old. Run by family members. Owner was serving where as other members was working n the kitchen.

We ordered BBQ Platter, Goat Karahi, fried fish, Kheer (rice pudding) and tea.

Everything we ordered was tasty and served in reasonable time frame.

Talked with Chef who was bringing dishes to the table himself. He explained about restaurant and food.

Price was on higher side. Paid close to $90 with tip for the items mentioned above.

Sitting area is not mush as it’s small place also there are no division between the stalls so you hear everything from table behind of in front.

I suggest to put some kind of separation barrier between the stalls to have some privacy.

Loved everything about it. Naans, chicken and mutton Karahi and chai.are the best in Calgary.they are not at all over priced but way lesser then rest of pakistani restaurants around.would definitly come back mainly due to their welcoming attitude and their naans and karahi.

This is my first experience with Lahori Grill. We ordered Lakshmi Chowk goat karhai, Mazang fish fried, Bhati Chowk chicken biryani and Lahori Naan. Supper delicious and authentic Lahori taste. Decent portion, great service and pleasant welcome from the owner and his younger brother. They also treated me with Pakistani tea.
I will definitely recommend this gem to my family and friends.
Looking forward to go back again soon.

Good quality and not over spiced food, nice humble people making a great effort. Best part is that they are not using pre mixed spices like Shan etc. Hope the owners can maintain the good taste.

My family tried this little gem of authentic pakistani restaurant today and I must say the quality of food reminds the taste buds of backhome. Truly good food and exceptional service. The chef was amazing and highly qualified. I wish them best of luck.

We ordered Lakshmi Chowk Goat Karahi, it was freshly cooked and spices was normal good in taste. Lassi was Awsome, must try.

We ordered Chicken. Karahi, Kabab & Naan. Karahi was perfect, sesame tandoori Naan was crispy and hot. Kabab were tender. We loved the Kheer & Tea at the end. We ll be back soon to try their Khaba plater & Lahori Breakfast.prices are reasonable.

'Lahori Grill' has the most tasty BBQ and Halwa pori.my family loved the food.highly recommended.

I was super amazed with this new place opened in Westwinds. The ambience was decent, cleanliness was good, and their food was delicious. I especially liked their Naans (Kulcha), Chicken Bbq Tikka and Chicken Karahi. Moreover, the milk tea at the end was very satisfying. I am keeping my finger crossed that the restaurant will maintain the same quality standard in future.

Tried their halwa puri and it was excellent. Not too oily but very flavorful. The cholay, aalo and halwa were all delicious!

Great tasting food. Quality Service and Cleanliness was very good. We ordered beef kabab, chicken biryani, malai tikka and bihari kabab with roghni naan and sweet lassi, everything was delicious. I would recommend everyone to try. Owner and staff are super friendly.

Today we went to Lahori Grill and ordered chicken karahi, bbq platter and chicken biryani. Everything was very tasty and naan was very good. Very quick service and I highly recommend. It is a family run business so please support.
