Great place. Rooms are a little dated for the price. But the rest of the hotel if great. Staff is helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

The rooms weren’t bad but the restaurants take forever. It took over an hour and a half just to sit down. The food took over an hour. Still waiting as I write this.

Incredible place and quality of the hotel. Swimming pool with 3 jacuzzis and changing rooms, 2 restaurants in the hotel itself and a space with activities on Saturdays. They also rent bikes, for 4 hours free. We loved it.

Beau Hotel avec chambre séparée du complexe où annexé vous avec vraiment le choix car plusieurs qualités de chambres à différents prix et de différentes qualités, nous avons opté pour la chambre annexé avec le complexe restaurant, piscine, spa et gym. Bien organisé et très propre. La seule chose à dire sur se complexe d’hébergement, c’est que à notre arrivée il nous ont pas offert la chambre la plus de base à l’extérieur du complexe et il a fallu se renseigner et demandé de changer de chambre pour avoir une chambre de meilleur qualité.
Mais tout a été réglé rapidement et avec efficacité, et en français en plus.

Called the front desk twice to chat about the hotel and make a reso. Both times they hung up on me woth out a word. Writing this review so maybe a manager sees this. Not a good first impression.

Stayed for one night between Jasper and Cannore. The reason was to see lake louise, I'd say go early for this as in for sunrise. It was lovely and quite, magical! The lake was worth seeing!

The hotel was disappointing, when we arrived we booked in and headed to our room! It was small, the bed we'd argue was not a double. The heating was on high and thus we didn't sleep, tried to turn it down to no avail. Room was dated, clean but not spotless. The bed as well as small had a mattress that had seen better days.

Returned to reception and asked how we got to the lake, met with well there is a hike.it was near dark. Wasn't intrested in suggestions for the morning so we found our own way there. If you are using coaches as we have then your stranded at the resort until the morning.

The legends restruant redeemed the hotel for us, the food was better than we could have hoped for and the service was exceptional! Would happily eat there again.

The pool was excellent, but was closed the following morning with no signage telling us this.

All in all not the best hotel we've stayed in and lots could be improved upon. If we were ever to visit again I'd give the inn a miss.

Been to the restaurants a few times over the years. First time as a sleepover guest was Oct 2021. Three restaurants on site and all are 5/5. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, everything is clean and well maintained.

Lots of parking to fit full size trucks (which is abnormal for LL and Banff). Pool is a very decent temperature and clean. Nice change rooms.

No complaints, no surprises, and it was a great stay. I'll be back and would highly recommend!

Love the lobby and hot tub the most. StarBucks Coffee was good also. Great location close to the village.

Great staff. Clean and cozy rooms. Forgot to get the Banff pass but the hotel has business area where you can print the pass from.

My spouse and I stayed here. Very impressive! Lake Louise is about 8 minutes away. The rooms were clean and had no smell at all, room was just right, enough space for a couple. We had a nice view of the mountains too!
Due to covid, there was no housekeeping services however, when we called to request for new towels on our last night, none came.: (
Keah was very friendly and upon check-in, she was thorough on explaining the covid protocols. We asked her the best place to watch the Aurora and she said they have not seen it there yet but recommended Morant’s curve. We went later that night and sure enough, we can see the faint glow of the aurora activity but because of cloud coverage, we couldn’t see it well. We tried again early the next morning but before leaving, we decided to look at the north side of the parking lot. Lo and behold, the Aurora was right at the hotel’s backyard! And for that, I gave 5 stars as it just made our stay (and my birthday trip) the most memorable!
Northern lights aside, it is a good place to stay and it is highly recommended!

Bike rentals and mini golf included in resort fee. Was impressed with the attention taken to follow COVID restrictions, and the professionalism of all the staff. Felt safe and cared for throughout our stay. Will definitely be back.

Any accommodations we requested we received. We needed a microwave and they brought one up to our room. Nice and clean rooms and a great view to wake up to.

The place was nice and cozy. Staffs were so friendly, both at the front desk and dining room. One thing I don’t like - the hand soap in the washroom. It’s inconvenient. I prefer touch less one.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly and the property very close to lake morraine and lake Louise.

I have mixed feeling about this place. It was a decent stay with bare minimum amenities. But yeah this is Banff and we have to pay the premium. But definitely a place to consider for the stay especially for the fact that how close is this place to lake moraine.

The building is very "tired" and contents pretty old. Could definitely see a refresh especially with the rates they charge in the high season. I would have given it a 2 star but the breakfast at the restaurant at the main floor was very very very nice which adds a very strong star.

When we arrived the host wasn't very friendly but luckily enough, we didn't see him again after that.

The room was great, very large and clean. My partner and I were in a newly renovated room. The kitchenette was well equiped and clean.

We used the free bikes, the pool and the hot tubs. The manager and other hosts were great and suggested where to go bike.

We booked this hotel for our parents June 2021.
They had a 1 bedroom renovated suite.
It was clean, quiet, and cozy. The walk out patio was nice to have a morning coffee or evening tea on. Location is lovely!
The only complaint was the room was pretty toasty.
Staff was polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
The restaurant attached to the hotel was also convenient with decent food.

Pros:
-Pet fee isn't terrible and they gave us -poop bags and a toy.
-Price is pretty reasonable
-Staff were friendly
-Good amenities in the main building

Cons:
- No AC? At least not in our room. It was super hot.
- There was blood on one of our pillows. I'm sure most people would be more grossed out by this, but I'm sure the pillow case was probably clean and just stained.
- Restaurant is very over priced for breakfast compared to the quality you get elsewhere around town for the same cost, but the wait staff were friendly
- lots of areas in the room need basic maintenance. Bath tub had a chunk out of it, screen was halfway torn from the window (not great for pets), parts of the wall were damaged.

TLDR;
I'd stay here again to save a buck or two, but wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean, they don't have AC but I was there in +38 weather and it wasn't that bad, they provided lots of fans. We were missing our chairs for the patio, I think another room was using them, I called and there we back within the hour. I only when to the restaurant once for breakfast but it was very good and reasonably priced for the area.

The staff are very nice, the area is lovely however the rooms are dated (they were very clean) and have no air conditioning. Lots of nearby hiking. We had a pleasant stay but would likely course another hotel of we stay in Lake Louise again.

The included breakfast was 11/10 (so great!), the hotel was friendly, clean and went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous! You might not the views of chateau but you will get ten times the value!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, au cœur de Lake Louise, juste à côté du Visitor Centre et des quelques boutiques de la ville.
Literie très confortable, salle de bain un peu étroite (difficile d'y être à 2). L'hôtel n'a pas vraiment de vue.on voit au loin la montagne derrière le parking s'il n'y a pas trop de brouillard.
Le petit déjeuner est bon, buffet très varié. Nous ne sommes pas allés au restaurant.

Nous sommes tombés le soir d'une coupure de courant générale sur toute la ville, de 22h30 à 6h. Plus d'électricité, donc. Nous en avions été avertis au check-in, ce n'est bien sûr pas la faute de l'hôtel.

Maybe we just got unlucky, but the room we were assigned was just a pure disappointment. The shower tub smelled like a week-old, wet, dirty rag, and the shower drain was clogged. We called front desk to report this issue and the only options we were given were to either wait for the Maintenance guy to fix the drain (no ETA), or deal with it. I asked if it's possible to move to a different room, they said no as we were 2 hours away from check out!

Overall, for the price you pay for these rooms ($300+), you'd expect better quality and service. I suggest pay the extra $100-150 and get better lodging.

While alot of reviews about this place were not so nice, I found it exactly opposite to people's comments.
The staffs are so nice and welcoming. The food looks great and taste nice. The beautiful serene environment that surrounds the hotel is splendid.

The conference room was so comfy and well litted. I will strongly recommend this inn if you are coming to Lake Louise.

The only downside to me is the heater/boiler that makes so much when those in the room above us are having their bath in the middle of the night. Anything else, it was a great experience for my family.

Medium price for the area, but with medium amenities in terms of the hotel. For example, better exersize space, better hotel food than cheaper hotels nearby. The room I was in was super basic though - no kitchen or even a mini fridge, which for 400 a night was a serious let down. I felt pretty gouged, and the hotels staff claim that it is just the area was doubly upsetting - I had 3 other rooms booked at the same time in the area, I know what is typical. Not a bad experience over all though, despite the price.

Service is really nice, and the timberwolf restaurant is superb, with the included tourist fee there are complementary rental bikes, we couldn't take advantage of the bikes because we stayed only 1 day, and it wasn't mentioned to us that it was available until we saw a small note in our room when we where checking out.

At least 2 days are recommended in this place to really enjoy it and take advantage of it

It might be a little expensive but it is ok

Very disappointing stay on our trip to the Rockies.
Standard accommodation was far less. No fridge, no a/c with 30c days, thus room stuffy.
Restaurants incapable of servicing the numbers that stay here. Eat after 7pm you have an hour's wait at the pasta/pizza bistro. Unacceptable.
Not good value for my wife and I. We thought Lake Louise would be the highlight stay on our trip to the Rockies, but nowhere near it. Jasper killed it. We'll be glad to move on to Banff.

Fine place to stay. We stayed in the motelpart. Nice rooms, the old part has no fridge however, we missed that. Especially when the roommaid left our room unattended for some reason. The squirrels got into our stuff looking for food, which the found, due to the lack of that fridge. They ate of everything they found: bread, chips, meat etc. They had even been in our open suitcases, because we found poo and pee on our clothes. That was really ugly. The hotel kindly compensated by offering appologies and a free breakfast.
The hotel hosts a really great Italian restaurant, which we highly recommend!

Setting, reception, staff and restaurants were nice but the room was not. Stayed in building 4,2 beds in the room. Extremely cramped space, bathroom was not clean, hair on tub ledge that wasn’t ours, cracked floor tiles throughout the bathroom. No functioning fan in bathroom to vent the steam out from the shower. Gap between bathroom door frame and top of door panel. Very disappointing and overpriced. Paid around $400 for the night and saw that room prices dropped $90 within 12 hours from making my reservation. Left feeling somewhat ripped off, expectations not met.

The service was fine but the amount we paid to stay here for a night was not worth it. Too expensive, the rooms smelled weird and they didn't even have A/C. The restaurants were too pricey for the ok quality of food that they offer.

Location is fantastic! Food was good. Rooms need major renovation. Musty smell, cracked tile, stains in carpet. Trash was not emptied and old linens left in the bathroom. Had it not been located well it would have been a 1star.

My friend and I booked a room via an external site, which stated we'd get a standard room with two doubles. Unfortunately, we got upgraded to a suite that had a pull-out cot and a bed. The thermostat also wasn't working but the room was cool enough to sleep in. The room was clean and the amenities in the suite would have been nice to use had we were staying longer than 7 hours. Overall pleasant experience minus the reservation issue.

Stayed here for 3 nights on the long weekend in August. This place is a reasonable place to stay in the lake Louise area. I am bias because I think that Jasper is a better vacation spot on the mountain range. Better accommodations for a more reasonable price are available in Jasper as it is less commercialized.
