Always love going here summer spring winter it is so beautiful all seasons. Did you know that lake Louise became a lake due to the ice ages melting!

Jamie C.from Perth, Australia at the guest services desk was so helpful he really went out of his way to help me with lift tickets when I came down for the slush cup. I owe him a drink but I didn’t bump into him again, sorry Jamie wish you all the best on your coming travels!

Had occasion to ski on March 21,2023, at Louise. Although from Calgary, we have only skied Lake Louise once previously, so we opted for a Friends of Louise FREE tour of the mountain. Our guide Steve, who conducted the "single blue" tour, was more than amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding environment and the hill itself, was engaging, funny, and catered perfectly to our group members' skiing abilities. I would strongly encourage anyone not familiar with the ski hill to take advantage of this free and enjoyable experience. The rest of the day was spent exploring runs we never would have found had it not been for the tour.

Follow the leader down the front and the back. Always a pleasure.

Great variety of terrain, always something to ski, even with low vis, go to larch etc. Beautiful views. Good groomers with long vertical, nice steeps in the back bowls and fun, almost backcountry feel to the west bowl. Good lift infrastructure to ski laps. This year is a stellar year for snow, on normal years, front side can get icy. Excellent ski school. My only complaint is the food. I wish they had more variety. Temple lodge is cozy, but if they had not than just chicken fingers, would be a winner. The price is going up. But at least they invest in the resort, new summit chair last year, west bowl opening, new lower lift this year. Overall, a great resort.

The best. That's why it's so busy. At the resort for 830am on a weekend and you'll get a pretty good spot for parking, any later and you take your chances. Fun for the whole family. Gondola runs if it's too cold and plenty of mountain to not feel crowded. The staff are pleasant and a joy to be around. Prices are getting up there but the ski plus card is still a good option if you aren't a pass holder.

I went to the Calgary office to pick up my season pass and the two girls at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I was in and out, can't wait to get on the hill!

Amazing mountain. Has less flat areas compared to other resorts nearby, which is very important when you snowboard

Visited in Dec 2020 when there was a large lineup of people looking to obtain season passes, activate direct to lift Louise Cards, or pickup lift passes for gifts. I was impressed with the staff that they maintained their patience and were friendly even though the line was ridiculously long and people were antsy. Thought they dealt with the situation well and maintained order and physical distancing rules in place at the time.

Today is Saturday. I called in yesterday to ask how to make my Louise card direct to lift. I was told that I would have to come into the office.

So I drove down here today specifically to have this done. I waited in line for over 20 minutes only to have an employee tell me that they were out of cards and they wouldn’t be able to process it today. Apparently the cards have been held up at the border since Thursday. Not only is this poor planning but poor communication on multiple levels.

I was then told they could take my my credit card information and fill out my waiver, but that I would still have to stand in line once again at the hill in order to process my card. So zero advantage. What was the most frustrating was that there was a long lineup & it would’ve been a very small courtesy to put a sign up explaining the situation so that people didn’t have to stand in line for 20 minutes only to find out that they couldn’t get what they came down here for. Or alternatively someone could’ve poked her head out the door and explain the situation, so people effected could leave without having to wait in line. Very poor management of the situation.

As a "foot passenger", who paid $168 for a ride up the mountain, I was extremely disappointed that we weren't allowed, or able, to visit the observation deck or restaurant at the top because we were only allowed to ride the gondola and not the open chairlifts, as you are in the summer with the exact same pass.: (

The ski jumps are a disaster. If you are not going fast enough you land flat on the top. I almost broke both my ankles who designed this? Why are they flat on top here is a lawsuit waiting to happen!

One can easily spend a day watching the nature around you while you sip coffee or have a variety of eats.

Absolutely wonderful! This is the place to get married if you want a vendor that makes the whole wedding planning process easier! My husband and I got married here over the September long weekend; Adrian and his team could not have been more accommodating! They were so flexible, they looked after so many things in the background taking the stress off us during the day. My god the food! Oh the food was all our guests could talk about, there was so much, and it was delectable! Believe it or not, their prices are really good, not to mention being in Lake Louise on top of it (and our total budget was $10 000-$15 000).
