Lakeview at Bellevue Village

Lived here 3 months:

- Building is incredibly hot. We're talking even at -22 outside, it was +24 inside the unit, with the windows open. Couldn't cool it down no matter what we tried. Sometimes it went to +26 in the winter. Couldn't imagine living there in the summer, RIP current residents.

- Fire alarm went off 2-3 times in the span of 2 weeks. Deafeningly loud.

- Multiple break-in attempts and thefts from the parkade + main doors.

- Loud as hell due to the Ray Gibbon being right there.

- Garage door was broken half the time I lived there.

- All the good reviews about great building management are for someone who no longer works here.

Hey Cape Group, do you read these? You said once I moved out I'd receive $800 back as a rent refund. Still haven't received it after 4 months of waiting. After contacting you and hearing that your CFO denied the payment, I figured I'd leave this review to let people know not to give their business to you. If you send my rent refund I'll gladly take down this honest review.

We just moved into the building and have been LOVING it. Residents and staff are extremely friendly. The building is very clean, well kept and quiet. Location is perfect with the henday very nearby. The rooms also seem to be very well sound-proofed - haven’t heard anyone in the neighbouring units. Definitely recommend!

My fiancé and I have been living here for about 3 almost 4 months now with our dog. It’s such an amazing place to live, everyone has been so friendly, and management has just been fantastic! I love that it’s pet friendly for all types of animals.

Beautiful finishes and building. Definitely a step above the rest. Great building manager. Well located to the Henday Great neighbours and amazing views of Big Lake.

The building allows rabbits, which had been challenging to find a place that accepted them as pets. Very quiet, and I never feel worried about parking my truck outside of the parkade.

I am new to Bellevue Village (have only lived here 1 week) but so far so good! The building manager is by far the best part about this place. He is very quick to reply to any and all requests, looks out for everyone, and based off my observations, appears to have a fantastic relationship with everyone in the building. The people here have all been BEYOND kind - helping hold doors when I moved in, friendly greetings in the hallways, etc. The building has a beautiful view, a great layout, and is very quiet. I highly recommend!

What a great place to live, people are friendly pets are allowed. The units have lots of space in them, the rent is fare and we have under ground parking. I recommend Lakeview apartments, to anyone living in St Albert.

We have lived here for about a year and a half and love it. Very clean and modern building with great management and underground parking!

Beautiful apartment that has amazing up keep, hallways are vacuumed regularly and common space is always clean. All the staff here are very pleasant.

My husband and I lived here for almost a year. We enjoyed our time there and loved that they have underground parking and allow dogs of any size. The new building manager is excellent and very prompt when needed. Easy access to the Henday, walking paths and St Albert. Would recommend.

I am just about to move in and the building manager, Francisco, has gone above and beyond to meet with me, respond to my messages, and facilitate the process. The building is conveniently placed for access to the highways and is new and clean with great sized suites.

I’ve lived here for almost two years and it’s so wonderful. Pet friendly building with great building managers who go the extra mile. I would highly recommend living here for anyone who is looking for modern living. Just seconds from the Henday makes it super easy to get to Edmonton.

I have lived at Bellevue Village since 2019, the property management is amazing, the suites are spacious and my neighbours are awesome. The location is perfect with Lois Hole park right across the street, walking trails right out the door and the Enjoy Centre is a wonderful place to spend time.

Lived here for two years with my wife, and it was a great apartment. Management was super friendly and accommodating. The living space was premium, and we simply enjoyed our time spend at Bellevue. Would recommend Bellevue Village to anyone looking for an apartment in the Edmonton area!

Management is exceptional! They respond in a timely manner & truly go above and beyond to make sure tenants are taken care of. The location provides quick access to amenities in both Edmonton & St. Albert, as well as to the Anthony Henday. Underground heated parking is well maintained & spacious.

I lived at Bellevue Bellevue Village for about a year and a half. Management was very quick to respond to any concerns we had. The building is very quiet and our fellow tenants were very nice and respectful. The location is also great in St. Albert as it is right by the Enjoy Centre and a Provincial Park. Also, there are lots of great walking trails near by and close proximity to Edmonton as well. Would recommend!

We wanted to post a review because we have enjoyed our stay at Bellevue Village.
This a wonderful, extremely quiet building. Steel and concrete building is the way to go for sure. This building allows pets and the management was respectful, and friendly. We found Bellevue Village allowed easy access to the Henday, but also allowed us easy access to shopping in St. Albert without the traffic jams. Thank You Bellevue Village for a wonderful stay.
