Amazing staff, very kind, and knowledgeable. They truly take the time to make sure your car is running in top shape. Had a full engine build done by then on my 2016 Hikari wrx sti and absolutely amazing work. Jesse, the service advisor truly takes the time to communicate with you and help you understand what you need and making sure your cars is always running at its best performance. Of course can't forget the star of the show, Adam Cambell, who truly is a Subaru specialist that know these platforms like the back of his hand, Whether it comes down to full engine build or the amazing tuning he dose! Lakeview is my absolute number one choice repair shop! They have taken incredible care of several of my cars, most recently a clutch replacement on a 2007 Honda Fit. Not only do they take care of my families civilian vehicles, they are well known amongst my Subaru loving friends! If you ever have elective or emergency work needed on your vehicle, Lakeview should be your only visit!

Had my 2017 STI in for a timing belt and pcv service. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff when it comes to Subaru. Will definitely be taking my car back for any future service that's beyond my capabilities.

These guys were quick and efficient. I should have used them for the head gasket repair as it was done by another mechanic who damaged the condenser of my AC in the process of doing the head gasket replacement repair.

Everyone was super friendly. Amazing staff. From the gentleman out front to the technicians. Had an air leak diagnosed and fixed in almost under an hour. Highly recommend anyone to go here for a tune or regular maintenance. Will be returning if I need anything.

Came back years later for an alignment for my civic and not surprisingly had the best service in the city. I would trust them with anything! Will always come back for any work I need done and will recommend to everyone.

I got my cammed Ls swapped truck with the terminator x max stand-alone ecu tuned here. I’ve been daily driving the truck ever since, it’s been running awesome with 0 issues.

Oh, you were going to go elsewhere to get your vehicle worked on? Don't. You need to go see the guys at Lakeview. I wouldn't trust anyone else and in Calgary in today's day and age, it is unbelievably difficult to find a shop that actually cares about you AND your vehicle!

I had Lakeview dyno tune my 1986 mustang with home built turbo kit running on a micro squirt ECU. The car was already running and driving when I brought it to them but it had a lot of drivability issues (poor cold start, surging idle when hot etc). I was the one who originally tuned it. I had built the engine, trans, turbo kit, rear end etc about 2000km prior to bringing it to them and all of it was Kijiji and eBay parts.

It did have a few minor oil leaks we knew about when I dropped it off, and I still had half of my interior/wiring in a mess inside the car when I dropped it off.

I expected them to reject it honestly because nothing on it was stock/matching/professionally done and I figured it wouldn’t pass pre dyno inspection.

But they tuned it as best they could, even with a waste gate that was undersized (20 years old lol) and boost creeping the whole time. They got the dyno numbers I had asked for and the car didn’t break so I was happy and left with the knowledge of what I needed to change in the future to get more performance out of my set up.

Drivability went way up.

Tuning cars is never cheap but why spend ten of thousands of dollars on parts and upgrades if you’re not going to have the car run good?

I definitely recommend fellow foxbody owners to come here. There was easily 5 more foxes in the parking lot when I showed up.

Great service, they fixed an ongoing issue that other mechanics weren’t able to resolve. Easy to make appointments and quick turnaround time.

Have spent thousands here having my car tuned and a flex fuel sensor installed was pretty good during that time other then them losing the cap for my VP racing fuel canister I brought my e85 in and not offering to replace it. More recently I called twice to get a quote on some parts, both times was told i would get a call back both times ended up getting ignored. Vex emailed me the quote within 10min so just going to keep going there for parts orders.
