The staff at the store on Calgary trail is awesome, especially Ellie she helped me find everything

The lady that helped me was incredibly knowledgeable - she helped me select all of the parts for a new bridle, went over some pros and cons, and showed me how to connect a couple of the pieces I wasn't completely familiar with.

I bought a 100 dollar wrangler shirt from an employee named calib I gave him 120 dollars and he gave me back 13 cents I told him there were 6 20s there and he chose to ignore me. I went back the next day from barrhead which is an hour and a half away and they told me I had to wait until Tuesday to get information about the transaction. I will update this review then. Do not use cash this guy either can't count this is by far the worst lammles I have ever been in. Won't be back

I bought a pair of "Dan Post Boots" for $350 and the heel feel off with in 34 days. I went back to the store and requested them to fix it and they told me there is nothing they can do for me and if I called head office they would tell me the same thing. The Warranty is 30 days. Not very happy with the way the manager treated me and very disappointing that I was only 4 days "över" warranty. Will not being coming back for future purchases.

Easy access and parking at the Edmonton south locatiion

I couldn’t find what I was looking for when Austin approached me to ask if I needed assistance (he was the only one to ask) unfortunately you did not have what I wanted but Austin helped me to find something similar to what my son was looking for, he was very friendly and personable (great employee)

If we could give zero Stars we would, as my husband has been shopping with this company for over 20 years and West Edmonton is awesome, but unfortunately he had to stop at the Southside location because that's where he was closest to and there is a warranty on the wrangler's jeans and when he went in there the manager refused to exchange them based on the warranty of the product not a store policy without a receipt. Even though his information is in the system and West Edmonton Mall location had no problems processing the transaction based on this warranty program when I called afterwards to confirm why the South Side would not. The South Side manager shouldn't be in the position she is as she has no people skills and no level of customer service. If you choose to treat your customers this way with a disrespectful, rude and dismissive manner this company will lose long time customers all because of one rude employee. I suggest the manager learned the policies of the products and the store in order to be compliant along with all the other locations.

Please note there is no positive in this outcome as my husband had to go back and try to find the receipt and he returned the pants completely with no Exchange and swore he will never shop with Lammle"s again for the insane inconvenience and rudeness that occurred at that location even though West Edmonton Mall was amazing you ruined it for everyone else. As we mentioned even though you can respond the manager was the one who handled the situation and handled it poorly without knowing your own store policies even though he told them that he was in the system and they can look at it up, she refused to do so without a receipt for the warranty exchange.

He even called your head office and left a message with his name and number and they never called him back either to address this concern, of course which made it escalate to the point where he is now.

A perfect place to visit if you are in horse riding or just love the "Western" adventure.

We visited the EdmontonSouth location today. This company should be ashamed of what they are forcing their staff to work through. One of their poor team members mentioned the AC had been broken for months. It had to be 34 degrees in that store with stagnant air. We went in for 3 pairs of boots, jeans and shirts. We left with a fraction of what we went in for as the heat was unbearable. The staff are all in denim!
What a cheap company to not have something so basic fixed so their team can function safely and without a hazard to their health. In 20 mins I was nauseated from the stagnant heat.

Seriously the best staff ever but it is 50 degrees in the store. The poor staff are just dying. It’s almost impossible to shop due to the heat! Get these poor employees some ac! I love this store but this seems unacceptable!

Great service again! Today I was helped by Natalya who was very helpful and knowledgeable on products, sizes, and gave good advice! Would highly recommend.

Brad helped my brother and I find the perfect pairs of boots. He had great knowledge across the brands to help us find exactly what we were looking for and find a style that fit properly. Would definitely recommend! The rest of the employees were also friendly and ready to help if needed. Lots of selection at this location.

If I could rate this place a zero I would! …. I have never been treated so rudely while shopping! … And after reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one…I am truly disgusted at the way the staff treated myself and my family we felt rushed and as if my family and I were an inconvenience to them…. I’m probably more sickened that I spent a lot money there instead of saying something and walking out. If you can avoid going to the Lammles on Calgary trail I’d highly suggest never stepping foot in there.

If I could give this place a zero I would but I can’t so it’s a one. I have been to a lot of Lammles and this one no one greeted me when I came in the door. Nobody was warm and friendly except for this wavy blonde haired young lady. So she has nothing to do with the rating I also got helped by this other dark-haired lady she had a scowl on her face, she was very grumpy and I wanted to leave right away if it wasn’t for that young blonde haired lady

Brad is the best! He truly went above and beyond for us when we were looking for a bolo tie. We will come back to this Lammles just because of Brad's outstanding customer service!

May as well close, won't let you try anything on and ask you not to touch merchandise. Apparently they don't know how stores work. Definitely gone downhill fast.

Best selection of jeans styles in the city. Friendly staff. Don't think I'll be buying jeans anywhere else.

The product at the south side store is really good and one of the only places I like to shop for tack. But.the manager of the south side location instantly got her staff to follow me, I’m a former employee of the west Ed location which she originally was at before she got transferred to south. Every single
Time I go into the south side store I’m followed by one the staff members. I was never ever a person to steal nore will I be, the manager has done this to other employees of that I know of. I would strongly recommend she stops making returning staff uncomfortable while they shop at her location to keep the company in business.

Got this beautiful hate (left) the wonderful woman who fit me also spent a good amount if time recommending hats. When I settled I this perfect hat she spent a good amount of time putting good shape to it. Amazing experience for all your hat needs

How many places greet you at the entrance with a nice smell of leather? =) From the right pair of boots for the job (or your fancy!), tackle for a horse, that special buckle or belt, or your soon to be favourite jeans/shirt/jacket, this is the kind of store that makes you feel at home. Just friendly, competent service for unpretentious, down-to-earth, ageless Alberta fashion.

I purchased my first pair of boots at the south side location in march of 2019. Two months later i was unsatisfied with the finish of the leather due to the conditioner i applied and not wearing the right size. Even though my boot assurance certificate was passed its 30 day policy, the manager Erin went the extra mile and exchanged my boots for any boot in the store at the same value as well as took the time to fit me properly, educate me on all the different kind of hides, leather conditioners, stitching, insoles and much more. Their staff was helpful and pleasant. Fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend Lammle's. Great products & great service. 5 Stars for Erin @ Lammle's South Side!

The quality and selection are terrific! Professional and knowlwdgable representatives are easy going and not pushy. Iy's nice to visit a business where you know you will be treated well and not get ripped off. I highly recommend this business.

We had a manufactures issue with a pair of Muck Boots that were purchased in Dec 2017. Upon trying to contact the manufacturer with no response we decided to try Lammle’s as to where the boots were originally purchased (as the store warranty was up 30 days after purchase)
We spoke to Erin Fuhr (manager) explained the issue with the one boot. After Erin inspected the boot and confirmed that it was a manufacturing defect (and the boot was not punctured by wearing them) she made a phone call and within ten minutes we walked out of the store with a new pair of boots.
Erin went above and beyond for customer service! I would highly recommend Lammle’s as Erin and staff are polite, friendly and very helpful.

Great Western apparel, it's what you expect to see in the Western provinces. Prices were ok, will revisit when in Alberta.

How could you not love lammles.admittedly I dont go there for tack, I buy higher quality studs usually hand made out of the states, but love this place for clothing shoes and gift items!

This was our worst trip to this place on Calgary Trail. The staff was rud and treated us like we should not have been there. After shopping there for almost 15 years I will never shop there again. I will drive to Camrose the next time I shop at Lammle's.
