110% recommended, there customer service & knowledge of sales representatives compare to any JLR dealership is outstanding. I definitely recommend Royal Oak JLR & Tatiana was the sales person who provided all the answers that I was looking for and helped search the right vehicle according to my requirements. Not to mention, I drove from Edmonton to Calgary just because the JLR dealership is not even close to the standards of Royal Oak JLR.

I was blown away with the customer service. They where very patient and understanding with all of my questions. After purchasing a car there was an issue with the windshield but they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I would 100% recommend them to any of my friends and family

I was greeted by Bryan Railton at Royal Oak Land Rover this past weekend and it was a pleasure all round. I only came to the dealership to see what they had in stock for my next SUV, he was happy to greet me and let me check out a couple of his used units in my price range.

We went for a test drive together which was a real nice change from how car businesses ran during covid and answered all of my questions. He was honest, professional and did not pressure me into making a deposit or purchasing a vehicle right then and there.
