Still waiting for an Amazon delivery that was expected by September 17th in Calgary. It was subcontracted to Raven Courier force. Landmark will only tell me that Raven will try to deliver twice more. Some day. Some time.

They tried to deliver on Monday the 18th when I was driving outside the city. They don't leave any info, There's no depot I can pick up from. Pony Express would be faster.

I have to check the Raven website 3 times per day to see if there's been an update. The last update from September 21st says "Wait for driver pick-up. " I sent Raven two emails and didn't get even an acknowledgement. In the meantime I've had two Amazon deliveries for items that were ordered after this one, and I don't even have Prime.

I became a victim of Landmark Global, a business shipping fraudulent goods via various other company names supplied to them by internet scammers. As another reviewer put it "By extension they are part of the scam. " I was duped by the now infamous Lisa LaFlamme CBD Gummies internet scam and this company shipped the goods which I haven't opened. They'll be delivered to the RCMP as part of a national investigation.

Never heard of these guys, they were supposed to deliver an Amazon item and sent an email saying it was undeliverable and returned my item to Amazon. Which means they realized I live outside of the city in a rural area and decided they didn't want to deliver it. I get many Amazon packages from Intelcom, who also had difficulties finding my place in the beginning until they updated their mapping. Tried to call "Landmark" and they punted me to Amazon.

Landmark Global are in the business of shipping fraudulent goods supplied to them by internet scammers. By extension they are part of the scam, and I'm sure they know it.

The ABSOLUTE WORST. Courier never left a slip and my package has been sent back twice! Can’t get ahold of them by phone or email. They don’t reply or pick up. I hope this business goes under

Worst experience ever. The post office in Canada returned my parcel to sender the same day I received it. They never got it so no refund was processed. I phoned where my parcel was mailed from: LANDMARK GLOBAL in Alberta and the number gets re-routed to Amazon in Washington!
The parcel is lost somewhere in the return mail and Amazon (from the re-routed phone#) would not give me a contact # for Landmark Global in Alberta. It all feels like a huge SCAM somehow. I will say that Amazon itself was helpful in getting me a refund but I want to find out WHY AND HOW the parcel got lost.nobody will help me with that.so.if Landmark Global in Canada is involved in any of your Amazon purchases.be very WARY! Again, Returns@Amazon were very helpful with the refund part BUT my request for further discovery fell on deaf ears after that.

Between Landmark Global and Apple Express, I recieved a book shipped in a plastic bag and then thrown like a newspaper. Thanks for the dented book and the crushed book spine. Also annoying how your phone numbers do not connect. I have tried three and none connect.

If I can give a zero rating I will. Landmark Global charged me $50 for me to receive my package after I had paid this to Manchester United Jersey store. I have bought my jerseys from Manchester store in the UK and I have never paid extra before.

Tried reaching Landmark but no response from them.

The worst shipping service i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Lying about shipping times, awful customer service, inaccurate tracking. If this review stops even one person from using this horrible service it will be worth it.

This is the worst delivery service this side of the Atlantic Ocean or even the Pacific ocean. Their customer service is non-existent. Their ability to track items is next to nothing. Although this delivery service is constantly used by amazon, it's service is extremely terrible. If there is any way you can avoid using this service please do.

I had a shipment handled by them (not by choice) that I was charged extra shipping on top of the already existing shipping I paid to the vendor. The item in question had duties and taxes applied to it, which I knew was coming but there was also another COD fee that was never brought to my attention beforehand. Landmarks customer service was near unreachable but after over 7 attempts to reach them I finally had someone pick up the phone and after disputing the charges all I received was the invoice showing what I was being charged for. Again I attempted to reach Landmark another 3 times with no luck. Unfortunately I had to pay the fees in order to get my package even though I already paid for shipping through the vendor.

I'm very disappointed with the service provided and would not recommend using them if you have the choice.

Ordered from Amazon: While order was passing through Calgary, Landmark "corrected" the delivery address to the community mailbox of some other person (scammer). There was no way to correct this.interception of my order by the scammer. No way to contact or fix anything. I will avoid them like the plague in future.

Very bad service in delivery Items. If I could I do not choose any start! The guy today call me to who delivered my package from Amazon he called me and I said Im not at home you can live in coop which is two blocks walk and i’m employee there, he said ok.but he didn’t deliver and didn’t inform me! Then I had very hard time to find out what happened! I call alot Landmark delivery and they didn’t help at all!

THEY DO DELIVERY FOR PRODUCTS ON AMAZON, THEY HAVE NO INTENT ON ELIVERING THE PACKAGE. THEY JUST HOPE YOU FORGET ABOUT IT.
AMZON SHOULD NOT BE USING THIRD PARTY DELIVERIES.

An absolute scam of a company!

First they hold your item ransom without any information or without any breakdown of the costs. They use Canada post for the last mile delivery and tack on a COD fee and use that service to get you to pay their insane brokerage fees. Plus charge you for the COD fee service ontop of that.

Then after being extorted, calling 3 different phone numbers just to get a copy of the invoice to see the breakdown. Then finding out they wrongly charged duties under the improper tarrif code, of which the correct code was clearly specified in the shipping notes by the sender. Spent 3 weeks emailing and trying to get in contact of someone to get my rightful refund.

THEY ARE FRAUDS AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN CANADA.

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SERVICE they have my package but have no idea and refuse to look into it, the customer service rep just hung up on me as I'm obviously not happy.horrible service do better.

Had a package stolen by the delivery person and his wife/girlfriend. Driving a Toyota sedan. They "delivered" it to the wrong address that wasn't even similar to the shipping address, the photo of delivery proof left wasn't even of the proper house. The package was refused by the owner of the house and they told them where to go. And they never delivered it. This isn't the first time this is happened when something was shipped through landmark global.

Worst company ever! They are expert at stealing people's money! And so is Fragrancex.com! They are partners! They tell every customer the address is incomplete and say it is sent back when it is not even shipped!
