Habberjam installed all the Navion heating systems in my neighbourhood. The auto feeder is hooked up directly to the heating system so it shuts down if the pressure sensor if off. What was supposed to be an easy fix turned out to be a longer fix due to having to flush out and reboot the entire heating system due to the quick work around Habberjam did when building the units/duplex in our area. I have had problems with Habberjam in the past whom were contracted out by landmark home builders. If you are buying a property built by landmark homes double check to see who set up the plumbing and heating. If it’s Habberjam there will most likely be issues with your Navion heating system. I would recommend having another expert to come take a look at the plumbing and heating system before you make a purchase.

The homebuying process with Landmark Homes has been very seamless so far and Ankur Madaan has been a big reason for it. He has been detailed, responsive and professional during the homebuying process, including listening to our requirements, picking a perfect layout, suggesting necessary options and addressing major customization needs woth Landmark as per our liking. Him and Akansha have been very thorough with their explainations, timely appointments and progress updates so far on our build.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new home with Landmark Home, and the experience was both exciting and rewarding. The process was smooth, from finding the perfect property to securing the mortgage. I'm now enjoying the benefits of homeownership and creating lasting memories in my new space.

Only good guy in landmark homes is ankur. Explained to me every single thing.land mark homes gave me possesion of the house was not even completed took keys in good faith paid my rent for one month. Landmark did not Give nothing after i spend so much because of these guys fault.their manager comes and offered 120 dollors to me for there fault what a joke. Now i am living in house 2 month warranty date comes so.many small things comes up.they fixed some now nobody picks up phone or even when somebody do pick up they make excuse and another week passes again.tired of calling and wasting my time.and one thing more i get my applinces gas range 2 month later after possesion spent so much money on utensils because the gave me inaduction plate for.loner.recieved fridge yesterday.after 4 months.i can write whole night but dont want to waste my time.when ever u buy from these guys whetever they promise keep in written charge money for everything from costomer but deliver after 4 months.

We are building our home with Landmark for the first time. Its been wonderful and we are very excited. Our sale representative, Jeanette Hudema, has been amazing. She goes above and beyond! Still remember the first time we walked into Landmark show home, we were greeted by her bright smile. She acknowledged us right away even though she was busy with other customers. That first impression was very positive. She is very professional and friendly. Thank you Jeanette for helping us to build our lovely home.

Avoid Landmark as much as possible. They are non-chalant and non-commital towards your project and expect maximum (wish there was another word after maximum TBH) delays and the only good thing about them is the sales rep.

Signed all paper works in early Jan and the initial wait was with the delay caused with obtaining building permit from the City of Edmonton (as is the case with most builders these days). The permit did arrive first week in July and it took Landmark until 30th August (almost 2 months after the building permit was obtained) before the structure was lifted on site.

Since August 30th, all I have been told is we're waiting to finish HVAC and there is delay from the electrician. It is exactly 2 months and 15 days (after lift date) and this is still unchanged. The concrete for the basement is yet to be poured, no drywall has been installed and we're yet to be invited for our maiden tour of our supposed home.

Most annoying is the poor communication from Landmark and we necessarily have to chase them for updates and it is always the same story/excuse.

Again, AVOID this SNAIL-PACED builder at all cost. The 1-star is because a zero or negative rating isn't possible cos that is what they truly deserve

Purchased a spec home from this builder in Aug 2021 and received information from the builder and developer that our landacaping should be done within 1 year of possession date in order to receive our $2500 deposit back.

We finished our landscaping in August 2022 and sent all the needed paperwork to the appropriate team members and did not hear any updates from them until we reached out to the builder in Sept 2022. We were informed that our landscaping was assessed and approved and that we would be receiving our deposit within 2-3 months.

It is now January 2023, and we have not yet received our deposit back from the builder. We have sent numerous emails to the builder and given a contact named Mehrdad who has been dismissive and rude in all of his replies to our inquiries about the status of our deposit. He has not given any clear answers other than some sort of manager following up, blaming the developer, then back tracking and saying it is normal process for it to take longer than the 2-3 months that he initally referred to. Since Mehrdad could not give any direct answers to our questions, I reached out to the developer in Nov 2022, only to receive an email from Mehrdad telling me NOT to email the developer. I waited for December 2022 to pass and sent an email after the new year inquiring about my deposit, and I have not received any response from Mehrdad.

My neighbor and I have still not received our landscaping deposits, despite following the timeframe outlined by this builder and developer.

I would be more understanding of this situation, had I been given clear reasoning to the delay of the return of our deposit. However, we keep getting the run around from Mehrdad and no clear answers and timeframe as to when we will receive our deposits.

I am disappointed in this experience as someone who purchased a spec home and know in the future not to build with landmark homes now that I know customer service and follow-up is a nightmare.

We have bought our second Landmark Home, this time as an investment property from Elina Dedo. As always the landmark quality stands out and the professionalism of their organisation, made the decision easy! We were recommended a specific development on the south west for an investment and we have had no issues finding great tenants. The home has lived up to our expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend landmark and Elina to anyone looking for a home in Edmonton!

About a year ago now we bought our amazing Landmark home from Elina Dedo. When we were looking to buy our first home, it was a stressful and overwhelming experience. So many options between communities, models and builders, but I am so thankful we met Elina!

We recently purchased a house from Landmark homes. We viewed most of the builders in Edmonton, but we weren’t satisfied, then one of our friends referred us Landmark homes. She is very knowledgeable and truly loves her wok and wants her customers to have the right house.

Ankur took us through the entire construction process including the Modular system Landmark uses to build their homes which stands apart from the others. He was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed him to be. Thank you so much for all your help! We are so grateful for all the hard work you've done to help us to find our dream home. Ankur’s professionalism, expertise and excellent interpersonal skills work synergistically to make him a wonderful representative for anyone attempting to purchase a home. A big thank you to Harpreet Saggu for helping us choose our colors, we did go back and forth a few times, I was skeptical in the beginning as to how they would turn up, but in the end, I’m extremely happy with the final output.

Finally, the mastermind behind the interior design. Our experience with Masooma Gillani at the Design center was great as well, she outlined the design objectives, conceptualized the design plans aesthetically and made our selection process seamless.

This review is long overdue. But wanted to give a shout out to Ankur, Harpreet and Tania. Me and my husband found Ankur very helpful and patient throughout our first home buying experience. Along with his associate and now ASM Harpreet, they were both very eager to answer our questions, and trust me we had a LOT as 1st time home buyer's! And if there was information that they were unsure of - they always made sure to find an answer.

We had dealt with many home builders in our home search but noticed their honesty was their unique attribute - when compared to other sale associates. The same goes to Tania from the Design center. She made life so easy with the selections & recommendations with her interior designing expertise.

They were always easy to talk to and tried to simplify the whole process as much as possible.

I would recommend anyone looking to buy from landmark, whether first home or forever home to reach out to one of them and you won't regret it!

My experience with warranty department was great, led by Kemala Skoric (Customer Experience Lead), she took care of all the post-possession issues I had with my home, and is very prompt with all the queries related to the minor repairs/fixes. Thank you Kemala.

EDIT: after working with Matthew the paint concerns have been addressed and it looks substantially better! And thankfully we did not have the same site supervisor for our warranty walk through we had dale who was very helpful and helped correct the wrong information our site supervisor told us about the proper home maintenance etc!

We had a great experience with our sales rep Elina she was so helpful and wonderful as was the design centre. However the quality of the paint they used seems cheap.our walls are not smooth, you can see the joints in the walls and you can see where they did the touch ups from our walk through. The site supervisor did not seem to care about this and kept blaming it on the colour we picked. We are now going through warranty to get this fixed after the fact.
They also built the next doors house balcony facing our balcony which seems like a little lack of common sense to do when it would have been easy to put ours the other way or theirs to give both parties their privacy.

Just want to give a shout out to the Service Team at Landmark. Many a times the team that is forgotten to be praised for the efforts they put in. I have been an owner of a Landmark Home for most 3 years. During which Covid-19 put a halt on everything, including service calls. Just like any other work during Covid, work was slow. But the team was nice, happy to help and communicated well throughout the time. So I want to thank the Service team - including Andy Russell and Kemala Skoric with whom I had many communications with, and were able to get pending tasks completed and have nothing to complain about.

I’ve had my eye on landmark homes for a while now and recently purchased my very first home. I love the layout, design, and technology that landmark offers. Buying a home for the first time is always very nerve racking. I’ve been so lucky to have had such a great experience so far. Hafsa Khalid has been wonderful to work with. Super cheerful and inviting, she’s very knowledgeable and informative and it shows she truly wants her customers to receive the best care. We were looking for a house that would fit all the things that we wanted and since we bought from Landmark before we looked here again. Stop looking, you’ve found it. Without question Landmark is the best builder in town by a long shot. Their craftsmanship is undeniable. When you go to their show homes, look at the little details other builders tend to rush through. These are the details that matter in the long run after the home is lived in for five or more years, making sure the framing is perfectly aligned, no gaps in cabinetry, and high quality selection of hardware, flooring and everything means your forever home will actually last “forever”. But beyond that, what matters even more is how they treat you. Not when they’re selling you the home, not when they’re designing and building your home. That matters, sure, but how do you want your builder to treat you years after they took your hard earned cash? With landmark they always go above and beyond to make sure their clients – past, present and future – feel like they’re part of the family. They have always been extremely fast at fixing issues of all sorts. What’s really funny is they’ll do the repair faster than you’d ever expect, and then apologize how long it took them. What? ! I’ve heard stories of some home owners having to suffer with issues for weeks, months, or forever because they’re left on the lurch. I’ve had two homes now with Landmark and I can’t imagine why I would ever not choose them again, or why anyone would consider anything else after seeing the first class quality and service they perpetually deliver. Thanks for everything, keep it up!

We just took possession in last December in and there were some things missing which are not completed yet after 4 months. We did some upgrades in our house in foyer wall but they didn’t do it and when we reminded them that said they will fix it. The paint job is still pending, we have been in house fro 4 months and it’s still paint less wall, you can imagine that how embarrassing is this to explain you friends when they visit you. We did upgrade on main-floor ceiling with 5 rough in speakers with covers for holes. And they just left wire hanging. I will attach photos as well. Now i am struggling to get covers and to fix it and they are running from it. Seems like they forgot to make holes in ceiling and install jacks.
I have electric problem in my house that keeps flicking when we turn on lights. Due to this some of bulbs are fused already. I wrote email to them and they said write down to warranty department and warranty department says that your inspection tour is in 11 months then tell us.
So after all this experiences I would not recommend to anyone go with Landmark. When i signed the papers I thought that i would buy a house for my brother from them as well but now they have gave plenty of reasons.

Very unprofessional service right from the start. I was asked to send a draft payment to hold a lot at a comparable build price before a certain deadline when prices could flip. After working with my bank and getting funding and sending them the draft, they proceeded with not meeting the bargain and increased all the prices per unit anyways. Thats a red-flag for a builder that I had planned on having a recurring relationship with in the future, what happened to INTEGRITY? Very shocking indeed and I am highly disappointed for lack of words, embarrassing. Well not my loss but theirs as I have a million other things to invest my money on. Waiting for my draft to get returned, enough said.

I’ve recently purchased a single family home in walker summit. Rommel Banaga helped us out going out of his way, to get us a modern custom home design the way we wanted. As a first time home buyer’s he suggested a lot of stuff that we didn’t know that. And he’s always there whenever i called him, either with any questions or any changes needed and even after I moved in to house. It’s been a great experience so far. And I don’t think it would’ve been possible without him. I highly recommend him for buying a new house!

This is a follow up review of my first one I made a few months ago. I gave 2/5 stars then, now I am giving it 1 star. Landmark has failed to impress me after my first review and is still keeping up with the original things that disappointed me in the beginning. After my last review, someone from their office followed up with me asking about my experience and asking me to take down my review as it tarnishes their reputation as a “luxury builder”. I am sorry but this is not how a luxury builder behaves with customers. I love my home, the floor plan is great, but what is left to be desired is their service department and getting things fixed. I have had to chase them to fix deficiencies within the home. The latest thing which I have been chasing them to fix is a cracked tile and water damage to the wall due to a broken water line. The water line was fixed but now for 4 months I have been waiting for the water damage to be fixed. Two ladies from landmark came to do a warranty visit in November 2021 and I showed them the damage at the time as well and they assured me it would be fixed ASAP. Now it is January and I have heard nothing, so I emailed landmark about it and was told that this was planned to be fixed at my 12 month warranty visit. I am not waiting 5-6 months for the water damage to be fixed and there is no reason why it needs to wait until one year when these things are only covered until then. This was also never communicated to me that it was going to be fixed at 12 months. Landmark has had a chance to improve things since my last review and they have failed to do so, which is why I am lowering my rating to 1/5 stars. Although I had high hopes, things are still continuing to disappoint me. I will not recommend anyone I know to build with landmark and will warn them of my bad experience.

Each step of the way I was guided through the works with consistent communication and transparency.

We all know Covid does not help anyone of us. We got some experience about product discontinuation and some product may not available because of covid.

I am extremely disappointed at the responsiveness and the efforts made by the landmark team on our first home. The sales representatives were the only good experience I’ve had with landmark so far. But soon after that the problems surfaced. It started from when we got our blinds installed. They missed one or two that were supposed to be done. They missed a few items that were pointed out on our walk through. And then it went on from there. Our dryer vent was not installed correctly and it had become disconnected inside the wall, and for about a year or more our dryer was venting into our wall cavity. The only reason we noticed was a water stain started to emerge on our ceiling from all the moisture from the dryer. It took months to get anyone in. Multiple visits multiple days and hours taken off from work. I finally got someone out to fix it and they did a great job but they did not work for landmark. Then, I tried to get someone from landmark to come look at it and show them the problem as now I have dryer lint (a fire hazard) and moisture in my floor cavity and wall cavity, and also needed someone to fix the ceiling stain and the hole in the wall behind the dryer as it had to be cut open. They came not knowing the full extent of the job, even though I had thoroughly explained the entire situation, I’ve worked in residential building for 10 years so I know what’s what. So again nothing was done, I also showed the landmark rep multiple issues I’ve been having around our home, the grading, floors squeaking, leaky bath taps, terrible water pressure and trying to get the attention of landmark to do something about it, he left saying it will get taken care of, just to email him all the details and that was now months ago and I have heard absolutely nothing back. They have these warranty guys trying to do work on around 300 houses alone, for one guy coordinating this stuff. It’s not good, it isn’t right, sure it saves them money, but I don’t know one warranty guy I’ve spoken too that’s been there more then a few months because it’s ridiculous to think one person can do all that and still keep up customer satisfaction. I’m extremely disappointed, and will not be recommending, or looking at another landmark home in the future.

We had issues with Landmarks Homes the entire time dealing with them.

We are now replacing our carpet in the Tv room and this is the quality work we found. Goodone Landmark. I'm so happy we gave you our money for such a quality build.

As a first time home buyer we were so worried about where and how to start with builders. Then we meet our sales representative Ankur Madan at his show home. Thats the starting. He is so much friendly, profesional, knowledgeable, and patience. Answered all of our questions in details. Always advice us best things. We are bless to have him as our Sales representative. We booked our home with Landmark homes at Laurel crossing in January 2021 and got possession in September 2021. Here is our story to help others. Our overall experience with Landmark homes was good.

We visited most of the show homes in the area's by other builders. All the show homes were well design and were very attractive. We also visited most of other builders under construction homes. I work as quality control inspector in construction and saw lack of quality, house keeping and workmanship issues which can lead to bigger problem in future.

When we visited the Landmark Melbourne show home, Mr. Ankur Madaan and Harpreet Saggu gave us a warm welcome and explained us how Landmark use modular system to build homes. We like the idea as you will get better quality when most of the construction done in shop. We also visited 3 of Landmark's under construction homes which were at various stages. All 3 homes were showing good quality, spotless housekeeping and good workmanship. Their price was slight high what other were offering for the standard model for the same square foot home but we went with it as we saw the difference in quality. During the construction phase when lumber prices went high and we saw other builders stop using plywood for exterior and used fiberboards (Drywall like stuff) but Landmark still used plywood for sheathing. We were so happy that we decided to go with Landmark.

Our experience at design centre was great as Masooma helped us choose the right combination of colors for interior and she was very accommodating with changes we requested after the initial consultation.

Construction went good without any issues. We visited the homes many times during construction and housekeeping was always top notch. At the possession there were some of the items were not installed due to the COVID supply issues which was understandable. Most of the missing items were installed within a week except fireplaces as the model we choose was not available in Canada.

I am giving Landmark 5 star as I seen worse what other builders do in the neighbourhood.

I am very disappointed in my experience with Landmark after having high hopes that they were a great company to build with. I love the floor plan of my home but that is almost the only good thing I can say…the process of building was an issue and since moving in to my new home in June 2021 I have had nothing but problems. Noticing many issues since then and to get the appointments booked to fix these issues is no easy task. The quality and craftsmanship of the home disappoints me as I keep finding things that were not done properly or run into issues. They are not only cosmetic issues but also safety issues. It makes matters worse when you cannot get these problems fixed in a timely manner. This is not the first time I have been through building a new home and I never had these issues before, it will be the first and last time I use Landmark.

I would like to share our first experience of building with Landmark. We moved two months ago to our new house. Generally, there are no issues within the house so far. Good quality of work, and the possession day without any delays. We started process of building with Elina Dido, a Landmark representative, who supported the project of building our new house with not only patient and respectful, but also with many professional recommendations for better outcomes. Elina is a great person and very helpful. We appreciate all the work that was nicely done for us. There are still some work left to complete outside, but overall we are positive with our experience with Landmark.

I had wonderful experience with Brie, the design artist, at Ingeva Design studio. She was helpful, transparent and kind. She helped me to make best design selection with lowest cost. Brie accommodated my wife in the design selection through virtual access. I am really grateful to her and strongly recommend her. She gets 10 out of 10 for professionalism, hard work and customer focus.

We built our home with Landmark Homes and we LOVE IT. Had good experience from the beginning to the end. For every question that we had on every step of the way, we got an answer. Thankful for a good team, starting with area sales manager Elina Dedo, site supervisor Neal, design studio, being able to pick every single detail (from exterior to interior) with help of experts, seeing house lifted in one day was AMAZING. As Landmark Homes is building my house in Edmonton, the process has been very smooth. Kat Rudol who is a sales representative processed all paper work and helped me through everything very well.

Also a big shoutout to Brie Stachniak, designer was amazing. We had to do a virtual design meeting because of Covid 19. She received some pictures of our favorite home design ahead of the meeting. She prepared everything and suggested great options and matches. The meeting only took about 2-3 hours.

Massoma Gillani helped us in schedule- D & she was fully involved in picking up colors and materials to help us making our Dream Home.

Recently moved into our new home built by Landmark. Really impressed with their speed and execution. We finalized the home and the design choices by June end and moved into the finished home beginning December. Elina Dedo, the sales representative from Landmark, has been an absolute pleasure to work with and is one of the main reasons we went ahead with Landmark amongst all other builders we were considering. My experience with Landmark homes is not up to the mark. I choose landmark because of its name in quality and service but overall they are worst than any ordinary builders.few things from my experience

1.sales: I dealt with Rommel for my purchase. He was nice and help us to finish our deal very well. There was few things here and there but overall he was OK.
2.possession: site supervisor was OK during possession.did not provide us much information.
3.after sales: this is where landmark is below poor.there was so many things needs to be done after possession that i took in august 2019. I am still waiting on those concerns to be resolved. Service not even replying your request on time. I have examples in that nobody from service did not even bother to reply on service request.
Harvey is worst in replying and very rude in his reply. I have example in one case I put service request for 2 times in 8 weeks period with harvey.every time on my follow up he reply with the same answer.sometimes he did not even bother to reply for 2 weeks.same things happened with two of my neighbors. You will see their reviews as well soon.they always promote their self for their quality and service but they are not what they show. Quality is average but service is worst.too slow in returning amount for retaining wall. My house does not have retaining wall but I am still waiting for refund after 13 months.

We purchased our home from Ankur at laurel crossing landmark. We decided to go with landmark after Ankur and Harpreet showed us the green features and efficiency of landmark built. Moreover Ankur is very dedicated and helped us in fulfilling our needs. Happy to be a landmark customer and highly recommend Ankur for best customer service.

The sales experience courtesy of Victoria Brown was world class. As a first time home buyers we were truly impressed. Had it been just the sales experience I would undoubtedly give Landmark 5 stars.

After we took possession of the house is when things started to go bad. We quickly realized that most of the things we pointed out during our walk through were not addressed (switching faucets, tightening bathroom fixtures etc.) After this, we started noticing a number of other small things, like the washing machine would not work, then it was the dishwasher. This was quickly followed by semi-loose staples in carpet on the stairs. There is no handle/railing on the inside wall of the staircase so slipping off the steps and down the stairs a few time thought us that this was an important oversight by the builder. We also reported that there were air pockets on the floor of our shower in the master bathroom, something that was looked at but never addressed. Now we have the main floor vibrating whenever we walk through the space - so much so that we are able to hear the glass in the cupboard shaking while we walk.

We have been living in our home for a little over a year now, there are still some things that should have been done that are yet to be addressed. Like the outside of our home still needs painting, we have not gotten our rough grading certificate and despite writing monthly to the Seasonal team I am no where closer to getting it. None of the houses I have checked that is built by Landmark has had the gravel put in the basement window well and this includes the recently vacated show home.

It is a pity that as a homeowners I feel helpless and frustrated when dealing with Landmark Homes - post sale. I stand by my previous review, in that Landmark uses good quality material in building and they are the fastest builders around. The workmanship leaves much to be desires though and post sales service needs a full overhaul.

Had a good experience in buying our 2nd home from landmark. We visited few other builders in the city and finally our struggle ended at their show home in laurel. Ankur and his team explained everything in detail about what we are getting and what not. We also had minor issues while finalizing the design and upgrades like everybody else. But in the end they sorted out everything for us. Right now we are very happy and excited about our new home. Will share my experience further after the possession. Thanks landmark and ankur.

We are first time home buyers and purchased a house at Desrochers Village from Kim Prkusic at Landmark Homes. We are very happy with our decision, its an absolute pleasure to work with Kim as she is very patient, helpful and makes sure we get the best. The best part is getting the possession to our house earlier than we expected. Great quality, great standard selections, good hospitality, custom changes as per our requirement. Would definitely recommend going to Kim at Landmark Homes.

We just moved into our new Landmark home this week and love everything about it. It has been a great experience watching our dream home being built from scratch in such a quick and efficient way. Equally great was our experience with our primary contact with Landmark, Kim Prkusic, the sales representative at the Desrochers show home. We consider ourselves very lucky to have got Kim to help us. She is very friendly and at the same time very professional and efficient. We had a ton of questions and she was amazingly patient and polite answering all of those. She always made time for us and was very accommodating of our schedule. She did an excellent job throughout the entire process and for that, we are very grateful to her. We highly recommend Kim, who made our new home purchase such a memorable and pleasant one!

There have been six cracks on the basement floor even before the orientation day. The sales manager said that 99% of their new homes have cracks and their company is the top builder in Northern America. But I don't understand why they are top builder with 99% cracked new basement floors. Does it mean that other builders' new homes are 100% cracked while theirs are 1% less?

We had a completely excellent experience while building our home with Landmark. The attention to detail was superior as was the level of professionalism, matched only by the openness, friendliness and transparency of landmark homes employee specially ANKUR MADAN. We are happy to recommend Landmark Homes to anyone and had a smooth and enjoyable build with Landmark.

My gf and I went on different Open Houses today from different developers. Great experience but Kim was a standout. We enjoyed her energy. It’s contagious! Keep it up!

Landmark homes was amazing to work with. In our single family detached home we made a number of floor plan changes as well as built a custom basement suite for my parents. Alison at the single family detached show home in Maple was amazing to work with she had a great understanding if what we needed and didn't hesitate to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. My parents were extremely adamant as to what they wanted in the suite and the drafters at Landmark made it happen for them! I couldn't be happier with what were able to come up with. The design studio was amazing, Deirdra was great to work with and made sure you were absolutely happy with everything you picked.she let you know when she felt like something wasn't going to work or when there was something she felt may work better which was extremely helpful seeing as I am not a designer. Along with all this Landmark offers awesome stands with their homes! I can't wait for possession day!

Not the greatest quality of building. Doors open onto other doors, design wasn't thought through.vent fans are in the middle of the rooms, visible, look awful, and you can even cover them up coz they must be open. After construction was completed, I've discovered that there will be some pump hole in the middle of my office room. Also because you can't go to the design center until you complete the purchase, you don't know how many design options you will have. As it turn out -very few. A lot of the time, materials that you select get discontinued and you have to go with other less appealing options. Would not recommend Landmark, homes and will not purchase from them in the future.

Recently purchased our 1st home from landmark builder. So far it was wonderful experience. Specially our area sales manager Ankur and Harpreet, both are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Landmark has good design's and quality seems awesome. We will be taking possession of our new home in 2 months. I will write another review after possession.

Updated review: First and foremost- despite the below our concern was NOT rectified. There are still SEVERAL outstanding issues- many of which are unsolvable because they were costs we had to absorb to get the dream home we wanted. We have been charged for items that we were told were standard (a $6000 railing for instance), we had to pay for exposure that we should not have been required to pay (another $5000) - so we are not talking petty cash here.
We have largely had to advocate for ourselves to get what we PAID FOR- ie. A driveway, rough grade etc. Landmark has been completely unwilling to bend to our schedules to meet with us as “there are members of our Management team that have obligations are business hours”. I suppose our schedules and our level of service is not as important as working Monday-Friday from 09: 00-15: 00 which by the way, is unacceptable in the real estate industry.
Again, the construction team has done an amazing job at helping us with issues we have had. We understand there are hiccups in the construction industry- our only expectation is to be met with a reasonable level of customer service and integrity- something the sales and management team at Landmark lacks greatly.
It is clear these issues WILL NOT be resolved as Landmark already has the sale. So here it is…. Landmark, you asked if I would recommend you to family or friends-. The answer is no.

The only reason I am giving two stars is because we had an amazing superintendent named Steve, and our designer (Deirdra) when selecting our interior was fantastic. I think that the sales team and the seasonal coordinators could learn a thing or two from these two employees. Landmark was very efficient at providing good customer service until you handover your deposit and then you were just another number in the books. We have had a terrible time in trying to complete outstanding items with the company and as a result of this I would not recommend them to family or friends.

Bought a home from them 3 years ago and couldnt be happier! Great value! Energy efficiency is proven at utility bill time and service has been great!

Visited the Aspen Trails showhome in Sherwood Park and was incredibly taken aback by the demeanor of the sales person there. She was bad mouthing the other builders and making it personal, which was so unprofessional. I expect greasy sales tactics when I'm buying a car, but not when I'm buying a house. I definitely won't be going to Landmark for my home, and 100% not with Janette.

Looking for our first home, there were definitely some nerves. From the initial walk-in at the sales centre to time of possession, Lynn Ly was nothing less than exceptional and I can see why Landmark has such a great reputation with people like her representing the name. Lynn was patient in helping us understand everything throughout the whole process, and was always approachable for any hiccups along the way. As with any construction project, there are bound to be areas of disagreement, but Lynn would go above and beyond to smoothen out any rough patches. I also enjoyed Landmark's Ingeva Design Studio which was filled with high quality options of products and finishes. Deirdra and Brady have a great talent for design and worked with us to achieve our vision. We love how our home turned out with their expertise and suggestions. Overall, our experience with Landmark was smooth and comfortable and I would highly recommend working with Lynn, Deirdra and Brady.

While we had a different builder in mind, we decided to browse some other show homes. We came across Elina Dedo.from Landmakr Homesand were very impressed with her professionalism, enthusiasm, extensive knowledge of their houses, and overall friendliness and enthusiasm. She walked us through several plans after we explored the show home. She walked us to a house that was being built to demonstrate the quality and process Landmark homes uses.

Elina continues to impress us with her dedication to customer experience; she is always ready to answer questions and takes the initiative to get tings done for us, and answers questions we had not asked yet. Great job.

She is very involved in this project and advocates for the customer - which is essential for me and my family - to feel comfortable and welcomed by the representative.

Because of Elina, we purchased the Belize model and are excited to get this project completed. If our experience continues to be this great even after we take possession, we will be purchasing another (attached unit) within a few months after this one is built.

Elina does Landmark Homes proud - we switched focus from another builder to Landmak Homes because of her.now if I could just get my cable and network run to the bonus room, I would be ecstatic and the rating would be 5 all the way.
