Sarah Hall gave us a warm welcome as soon as we walked into the showroom. After some conversation and questions answered she brought us a vehicle from the lot that we liked right away. She took very good care of us, guiding us through the paperwork and addressing all of our concerns in a positive manner. Because of her caring personality we were convinced that we had the right vehicle at a good price point. If you go to Landmark Mazda, it would be a good idea to ask for Sarah Hall you will be treated as a somebody and I assure you that your needs will be taken very good care of. Not many places have such an outstanding person in their employ as Sarah Hall.

We went to buy a car from Landmark a few weeks ago. We agreed to buy a car that had been ordered, had a VIN number assigned, and was to arrive within a matter of weeks. We were disappointed when the "out the door" price went up as we negotiated, instead of down. It did not feel good. An "out the door" price is the final price when the vehicle is taken out the door. When the finance person came to do the paperwork the VIN number was not on the document. We asked the sales lady about it and she went to the manager's office to get it. We became suspicious when it took terribly long. Finally we were told that the car had NOT been ordered yet (that's why there was no VIN number). It would take months to come! We felt like we could not trust this dealership. We didn't know if anything we had been told was true. The worst thing is that there was no apology from the sales lady or the manager.
We left there with a bad taste in our mouths and drove to L. A. Mazda in Leduc and bought a vehicle the same day from Alex (a pleasant experience).

They worked seamlessly with Michael to get me in a new car. Michael did whatever he could to make sure I walked away with exactly what I wanted. Smooth and fantastic vehicle purchase experience!

Transparent staff and they will do their best to accomodate your vehicle search suited to your financial needs. That being said, they don’t settle for basic! They give you the top of the line at a reasonable and BEST price.

Unlike another Mazda dealership 15km away out west from these folks, they don’t try to squeeze out your money and rip you off! They care about the customer and ensures you’re the winner at the end. You get realistic pricing here!

Bought a Mazda CX30 GS from this dealership a few weeks ago, we are new to the country so wasn’t sure about the process with buying a car as it’s a lot different to Wales (Where we’re from). We dealt with Michael who was absolutely superb and couldn’t be anymore helpful than what he was, a great guy who helped all the way and very easy to talk to.

TLDR/ Best Dealership Experience Ever

From the moment my spouse phoned Landmark Mazda to view and test drive a CX-9 a of couple months ago, the customer service at this dealership has been exceptional! Our Product Advisor is Michael Flamand. He is hands down the best product advisor with whom we’ve dealt with this past year and a half in our car buying journey. Michael is honest, knowledgeable, patient, attentive and a great listener. He responds very quickly by phone, email or text even post purchase.

When we came in to test drive the CX-9, it was near the end of the day. Michael stayed past the dealership close time to answer many of our questions. We had a budget and Michael helped us stick to it. Michael was always transparent about what products were already on the vehicle and cost. There was zero pressure whatsoever to upswell any products, accessories or warranties - we’ve experienced this at other dealerships. We happily purchased the CX-9 from Landmark with accessories and warranty that we knew we wanted.

About a week later I also ordered my CX-50 with delivery date of 3-6 months. Of course Michael Flamand was my product advisor. This guy listens - when I put in my initial order, I told him to communicate with me if another color arrived with same specs. He emailed me a video (smart idea to send video) a couple weeks ago of a CX-50 in another color than what I had ordered which arrived and became available. Went to see it and I was sold and I happily got my CX-50 within a month of ordering.

The rest of the team we dealt with were Alyssa and Kirk from finance as well as General Manager Mark and Sales Manager Alberto. EVERYONE at Landmark Mazda is top notch as they are all knowledgeable in their areas and work as a cohesive team and help each other out if one of them is not immediately available.

My spouse also took his old Mazda Tribute for mechanical inspection and some much needed repairs in preparation for selling. Jess and her service team did an amazing job with servicing.

Looking forward to working with this small business again when my kids are ready to drive!

Was going to buy a vehicle from here, but the sales person seemed very pushy, insisted that we go on a test drive before anything else even though we didn't want to, and honestly didn't present himself in a professional mannor. Wasn't dressed to sell cars, I thought he was a customer. But overall, he was very pushy and did not seem very customer oriented, seemed as he was just there for the paycheque, and that's it.

Great place, super friendly and patient. I don't know a lot about cars but the sales manager Mark was really good at going through the details so I could understand the value for the price. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and they allowed me to make the right decision that best suited my needs.

Just picked up another new vehicle which I usually purchase every year to keep the fleet at home fresh, and must say this was a very uneventful pleasurable experience.
From the salesman Mike to the finance gentleman Kirk. Mark the GM stopped by to introduce himself and we all had a nice short chat that made my wife and myself feel welcomed.
In a truly crazy marketplace that the auto industry is in currently, we felt no pressure and the staff over delivered in their promises.

Not a beef with this company but mazda canada itself bought a 2022 red mazda and the paint is chipping off at an alarming rate and mazda refuses to take responsibility for it buyer beware

10/10 experience from this company! Mike is so awesome! He made our journey smooth in purchasing a new car. Despite our paranoia and unending questions, he never showed a single sign of impatience. So too with Alyssa! They never took advantage of us. I highly recommend Landmark Mazda! Thank you guys for everything!

Totally disappointed. Used to have good faith and trust on Mazda, but not anymore, transmission issues are rising on Mazda vehicles. Recommending service department pay a bit closer attention when customers bring in their vehicles for regular maintenance services.

Just purchased a CX 3 from this outlet. The purchase experience was fantastic. The salesperson Sarah was super helpful and friendly. She showed me all the features of the vehicle.
Kirk who is the financial services manager guided me through the purchase formalities including the payments and agreements.
Overall it was a hassle free and smooth experience for a first time car buyer. I strongly recommend this place.

This is the worst experience in my life overall. At the beginning, I was told that my interest rate will be about 2%. With this info I put $500 refundable deposit. When I was processing financing, everything was changed. They, at that time, told me the interest rate can be 2% but I have to pay $1700 for secured insurance with the bank as the beneficiary, which means I finally will pay extra about 10% fees. After I told them I will pay cash instead of finance. They changed their words saying I don’t need to pay insurance but interest will be around 6%. The finance guy name Kirk is very hard to communicate and not kind at all, especially after we refused to buy products from the dealer, he totally became impolite and even didn’t tell us some necessary info. When we went to pick up the car, I got bank draft to them. He said I can’t pick up and have to do that next Monday which made me super stressful because I have no time to do that on Monday. And he didn’t mention any of these in advance. Finally, with the help of manager, I made it.
I really recommend their manage teams have to look at this situation and get it improved.
