Lash Affair Lounge

I have been seeing Olya for the last 2 months and am so happy with my experience! When I first came to her my lashes were really stressed out from the previous technicians over loading them with too many extensions. She has worked with me these last weeks to restore my lash health which has been such a blessing! She comes highly recommended and has a very gentle, loving energy. You can’t go wrong with Olya.

I saw Candace on August 23rd for a lash lift and tint. I am now booking an appointment for October 14th to get another. That is about 7.5 weeks. I still have the curl on all of my still dyed eyelashes, but my new eyelashes are notably outnumbering my dyed ones now.

Candace was really nice, she explained what she was doing, why she was doing it, and answered all my questions. She told me what to do to care for them, and even recommended other services that would help me out in the mornings. The beds are super comfy and I struggled to stay awake.

I absolutely love being able to wake up and just go without having to do my mascara. I have straight blond lashes normally, so I need to curl them with heat, and then apply waterproof mascara to get them to stay up so this is an awesome change in my morning routine. I can roll out of bed, make sure my bangs aren't being weird, and go about my day still looking put together. I can rub my eyes and not have my mascara get everywhere. I come out of the shower with my lashes done. Its amazing.

I was skeptical that they would keep their curl the whole time, but they did. It's nuts and I don't think I will ever go back to mascara. Absolute game changer.

I have never been disappointed with Lash Affair. I get my eyebrows tinted/henna and waxed. Olya was wonderful, I appreciated that she outlined my brows with the white pencil to ensure perfect precision and showed each stage of the process with the mirror. Susan, the owner, is amazing! She's so friendly, easy to talk to and very understanding. I mentioned that I live farther away now and can't come in as often as I'd like to - to which Susan suggested trying their PMU powered eyebrow service that lasts about one year. Will definitely be doing that in a few months! There's just no place that compares to the quality of Lash Affair in Edmonton!

My first time visiting Lash affair and i’m so happy I came to see Olya! She was personable, sweet and made the experience so comfortable and easy. Olya is an expert and just knew exactly the lash look I was going for. The moment I looked at the finish result, I was beyond happy and so amazed with her work. I can’t wait to come back to see her again soon! The entire team was friendly and welcoming from the moment you stepped in. Best experience and best results ever from Olya!

Lash Affair Lounge is a welcoming place. I see Candace. She is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I wouldn't feel comfortable seeing anyone else to help me with laminating my brows or getting my eyelashes done. She is truly the best and I am so grateful for her!

THE BEST LASH LIFT EVER! 10 out of 10 would recommend! I had Olya and I’ve been to a few other places but this was the best yet and I will continue coming back for as long as I can. Super comfy beds too. I fell asleep which I have never done before.

I booked the appointment over the phone and the lady told me its 11: 30 and after two days sent me the text with 11: 15 am is your appointment now, I had work and was there 11: 25, but these people started calling me, we will charge you late fee, I said the person I talked to while booking the appointment, she told me its 11: 30 am. These people just wanna charge you money for no reason, lacking in customer service. Not a nice place to go get your lashes done.

I love the atmosphere very comforting but i came in to do my lash i ask for volume eyelashes and after 2 hours i ended up having little or nothing on my lashes and i paid over $170 i was very disappointed i been doing eyelashes this was the worst I've ever had and for 2 hours of my time to come our such it just not worth it all.

(Using my boyfriends account!) Came in to get a lash lift and tint.was super nervous, as I have never had lashes done before (extensions AND lifts/tint, never). I LOVE the results! So so beautiful. I never felt so beautiful without mascara on. And I have never wanted to come back to a business so badly. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. + Super sweet employees.

Got my eyelash extensions from another place removed here by Susan. She was great! Very welcoming and friendly! Will definitely be back.
The beds are super comfortable and sturdy.

My 1st tint and wax after A few Years. And at 1st I thought it was pricey but I see why.not only do they outline and take their time.but they take pride in what they do.and do it right. Im picky and Id give 100% here.and definatley suggest to treat yourself with A tint and wax for your eyebrows.they offer Henna and other services as well. Thankyou!

Color is still great after just about 1 week.

Olya is amazing with PMU. She does it by hand, which is less invasive than a machine. She's extremely professional and very considerate to ensure a pain-free experience.

I wanted to thank the receptionist for getting me in on short notice and Candace for making a very poor lash experience (elsewhere) into a very positive one. You've gained a loyal customer for going above and beyond.

The lady on the front was very friendly and chatty. The Lash tech who was doing my lash lift was very quiet. However, she did do a wonderful job on my lashes. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice if she could explain to me the steps when she was working on my lashes. All in all, it's a good experience.

Wow. I did not know my lashes could look this good. Not only was everyone so kind, welcoming and professional but great conversations and results of course. I'm definitely coming back

I saw Kiana for a lash lift in December and for some reason the lift just didn’t take. I contacted the shop and they were so willing to accommodate with my schedule to book me in for a fix. I saw Kiana again last week and my lashes have never looked better! I’m so happy with the customer service and the experience I had!
