I have gone here for both lash lifts (and tints) and lash extensions. I have always been so pleased with my results and if I ever wasn’t, they made sure to do what they could, free of charge, to fix it. I got a lash lift recently, and my lashes didn’t take to it the first time, so I contacted them and they fit me in just hours later to fix it and gave me results I am so so pleased with. Staff is so kind and accommodating. They ensure you are comfortable and that your wants are met within your service!

I need to agree with some of the low rated reviews. Little to no notice when they cancelled my appointment, I was headed out of my house when I got the message. The message stated someone will reach out to reschedule but that hasn’t happened, I even decided I would check their online booking and book another day. To be fair I was getting complimentary lashes so I wasn’t too upset but I was disappointed with the lack of notice and no one reaching out in a timely manner to let me know it was being cancelled and when looking to reschedule myself online it’s not something available anymore. Just overall disappointed with the way it was handled and not a good first impression

I also noticed my technician had changed in the conformation email and booking so I’m unsure to which one ended up sick last minute today

Would highly recommend getting your lashes done with Natalia! She’s phenomenal and my lashes always last such a long time.

During my service I burst a blood vessel in my eye because of how much pressure the technician was putting on my eye. I know the girl was in training, but when I sent the photo to reception, no apology was offered to me for their staff member causing injury to my eye. Quite honestly all I wanted from reception was for them to say, I’m so sorry for your experience at lash up, this isn’t up to our standards even for training staff, please be assured that we will be following up with this staff member and we assure she will have more training before performing services on another person’s lashes. I just wanted to see that they took what happened to me somewhat seriously as I have been a customer of theirs for many years. I wasn’t looking for anything else. The customer service here has gone so downhill and I have had nothing but problems with lash up since Alana left. I have given lash up many chances but honestly after the lack of care after injury I will no longer be able to come back to lash up any longer or recommend this location to my friends and colleagues. So disappointed with lash up sad to see such a good business go so downhill.

I just want to say thanks to my lash tech-Donna! She takes time to make sure I get the appointments I needed for important events and takes time to know her client and knows what lashes fit best for her clients! I trust her 100% and she creates such a positive environment and I am never shy to share my opinions! 100% recommend

The customer service has been exceptional! Any concern has been addressed. My tech, Donna, is so very friendly and she is a cut above in her profession! Her experience shows and I love my lashes; I am a client for life!

The most amazing and kind staff! I had a horrible lash experience at another salon and this place came to my rescue! I called early in the morning and the front desk lady was so so sweet and understanding and offered me a 20% off coupon if I ever wanted to get lashes done again. She also squeezed me in last minute early which was so kind of her to do. Donna was amazing she saved my natural lash and made this process a lot less painful and was so kind, gentle and very informative! Carly I believe was the owner she was kind enough to re-book her appointment and prioritized me to get my lashes saved! I can’t thank this staff enough for the help they gave me. You guys made me want to try and get lashes done again. I will definitely come back to this location to get them done soon!

This was my first permanent make up appointment and first time going to Lash Up. The studio is quiet, clean, and comfortable! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Chelsea was amazing! She walked me through everything and did an amazing job! She was friendly and quick.

I went into the sherwood park location last night to get a full set of hybrid lashes put in for my event this evening. I had an apprentice work on me, which is awesome that they offer their services for a discounted price. However, the work itself was extremely poor. I would up this morning with extreme lash loss and upon comparing the two, I realized that one eye had more of a "classic" look rather than a hybrid look that I paid $120.00 for. I went in this morning to try and have the tech fix some of my concerns, as they are big on "satisfaction guarantee" and will offer a complimentary top up for loss of lashes within three days, I was met with the argument that there is no fixes with apprentice work as it's not guaranteed (totally unaware of this policy, as I did NOT sign anything, nor is it on their site) and if I wanted my lashes fixed I would have to pay either 51.00 for a top up or pay 65.00 for fill, or, I would have to pay 100.00 for a new apprentice to re-do my whole set.

I am super disappointed that lash up has decided to run their business like this. I think it's fantastic that they have opportunities for people to train and gain experience, however, to charge someone to have their lashes fixed less than 24 hours after their appointment is just terrible business practice and it's also not allowing opportunities for apprentices to actually see their mistakes and fix them!

They say they are big on satisfaction guarantee and will offer a complimentary (free of charge) fix for lashes within 3 days.but that DOES NOT INCLUDE APPRENTICE WORK, apparently. Only includes senior techs (backwards if you ask me).

I did reach out to Melissa, from the YEG location, who handles all the customer complaints and was hoping to have my lashes fixed (yes, for free) but unfortunately her manager who approves things like this was unreachable.

I decided to give lashup a try since my other tech retired her business. I was not disappointed.

Alice did my service. It’s been a few weeks since the service and my lashes are still nicely curled. As a busy mom with a hectic life, I can really appreciate a tech who lets me just relax in silence but has a calmness about her so that the silence isn’t awkward. That is so hard to find. I will be back to see Alice again she also did an amazing job on my lashes and I could tell she was very thorough and cared while doing it.

I’ve had last extensions for 5 years and was looking to get a fill. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I had my appointment for a fill booked here for 11 as I am a new customer. They called me at 10: 59 as I was in the parking lot to tell me they couldn’t fill other techs work. No apologize or compensation for the inconvenience. Such a slap in the face I will never send anyone or go here!

Great service, clean facility and friendly staff! My first try was through groupon as recommended by my sister in law. She was not wrong! She raves about Donna Nguyen and now, I rave about her too. She’s awesome and does great lashes! I feel good waking up everyday with less time getting ready for work to do my facials. My lashes looks stunning even with just signature fill. Can’t do without them! Don’t think twice, just commit already. You won’t regret it! This is a promise.

Bought my wife a gift card for our anniversary, the front end staff were very welcoming, the store was also really clean! Her lashes turned out great!

Lash Up was my first experience getting extensions and I couldn’t be happier. Donna was super informative and my results were exactly what I asked for in the consultation. If you’re hesitant about getting lashes and are a newbie like me, go to Lash Up! The studio is welcoming, calming, and clean. I’ll definitely be back!

Pro tip: ask for Signature lashes with medium length, dramatic curl, and natural cat eye look. Perfect for everyday. Everyone will think they’re real ;)

I came to visit Edmonton for the weekend to shop and get my lashes done. My regular tech in my town was not available. I was nervous because I have never been to Lash Up, and have never been to a lash studio. (My tech works from home)
Isabella was amazing and did a phenomenal job, I am really impressed with my lashes. She also put me at ease and was pleasant to chat with. The only down fall is that I do not live in Edmonton and wish Isabella lived in my town! Lol

Isabella is fantastic and does a great job at keeping me relaxed throughout the session. The studio is gorgeous! I feel like my lashes last so long and I can go more than just 2 weeks without a fill. Definitely recommend!

I encountered some of the worst customer service I have ever received on a phone call with a Lash Up receptionist. This review is in no way affiliated with my amazing tech through LashUp, but is a direct review of the customer service team.

I called the general Lash Up number this evening as I noticed when my appointment confirmation email came through it said I was booked in with someone who is not my regular lash tech. I booked this appt at the salon at my last appt so I was not the one to book this appt (or else I would take full responsibility). I called the general LashUp number to inquire if this was an error in the system or if I had in fact been booked in with the wrong individual and instead of politely explaining what had happened, they very aggressively told me there was nothing they could do and had no idea what had happened nor would they be able to find out. This individual was speaking in such an aggressive and condescending tone, I decided to thank them for their time but end the conversation. I can not believe a person would speak to someone else like that. I was not upset when I called, simply inquiring. I don't understand why I was treated the way I was or why they could not tell me why I was not booked in with the proper person. I was only trying to find an answer so I could ensure it didn't happen in the future, instead I felt berated. The fact that another human treated me this way, despite being a customer service rep, is astounding.

Edited to add: the feedback from this conversation was passed onto the individual who called me to apologize.

Amazing experience! I felt so bad for staff due to a really rude customer that was being very rude for something that was not the staff's fault! They are really amazing! I love Madison's work, I definitely abused my lashes a little over the weekend during my friend's wedding and they held up beautifully! I got natural looking hybrid extensions and I will be coming her for all my lash needs!

My lash lift did not work at all; had 0 results. Was promised a lash fix appointment to do the treatment again, which was rescheduled by the staff an hour before my appointment and very inconvenient. The bed on which I had my lashes done was visibly soiled with materials right where I was supposed to lay my head. My technician said out loud that she didn't know how to perform the lash lift (on my fix!) which did not make me feel confident that they would be fixed. My eyes were blurry afterwards and ended up with a stye. Needless to say, my "fix" did not work either. Do not recommend!

I had a great experience at this location today my lash tech was Sunny. And she did a great job, was very friendly and made sure I knew what to do going home with my new lashes. The place is very clean and super relaxing. I will be going back again! I highly recommend this place for great lashes

Avoid this place as all costs as it appears to be a dishonest/money grabbing business. I had purchased a second Groupon for a set of classic eyelash extensions and when I went to go pay with my Groupon - the manager had spoke to me in what I perceived a condescending manner, stating that 'it says on the fine print that you can only use one Groupon once for this service'. Made me feel as if I was illiterate. I double checked the fine print (included in this review) and it states 'Limit 3 per person' and above additional information states 'If a voucher has already been used another voucher can NOT be used as a gift. Lash up studio strictly only accepts one voucher per person no matter the service type'. As a consumer reading this, it indicates that another Groupon can be purchased with the limit of 3. Multiple services are offered at this location so the interpretation could be of purchasing a Lash and Brow Groupon is not allowed. The voucher does not clearly state 'first time customer use'. 'The additional information CONTRADICTS the fine print. Manager appeared to be very un-empathetic and judgemental. In addition, the experience was unpleasant due to the lash tech aggressively removing the tape and pads under my eyes causing immediate pain/watering of the eyes. Overall, I would recommend supporting a small business over Lashup.

Edit: Would like to emphasize on 'Can NOT be used as a gift', which is confusing as a consumer who also looked at the purchase limit of 3 assuming that it can be used on myself since I 'cannot gift them'.

Also to add that the manager had told me that I should of called to book an appointment. However, when I called to redeem my Groupon on February 15,2019, I was advised by the receptionist to book my appointments online.

First time getting lashes and it was such a wonderful experience. Raya was very gentle and ensured that my first appointment would be a pleasant one. They're absolutely stunning and she took the time to curl them a little more so they're not bumping my glasses. Definitely recommend this place

I purchased a groupon for a full set of classic lash extensions ($48 on groupon) and I LOVE them! I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything other than what I paid for. They have a 3 day policy if anything goes terribly wrong with your lashes you can come right back in. I was given a coupon for %50 off a fill and %50 off for writing a review. I had Sydney W as my lash tec and had a wonderful experience. Overall I definitely would recommend and will be back!

I had for the first time hybrid eyelashes and the experience couldn’t be better! First of all, the place is amazing, very well decorated, make you feel very comfortable when you arrive. One of the staff guided me about what would fit best my expectations. After less than an hour my eyelashes were looking amazing! Just as I want them. I wish I’d have done this before. I totally recommend this service.

The salon was very clean and felt safe esp with COVID going on. I really like how my lashes looked in the end, they were exactly what I asked for. She also did them fast which I like because I get really impatient. They were really friendly and welcoming.

Rayna did such a good job making my lash extensions look super full! My natural lashes were pretty sparse when I went in but I was amazed at how full they looked when I left.

I decided to wait awhile before writing this review, maybe I would feel better about my lashes but no I am not happy. I had a lash lift before from another place and loved it but they were pricey so I decided to give Lash Up a try since their prices are more affordable. $50 instead of paying like $125 at the other place. But you get what you pay for and what I got was a bad lash lift. I had to get them re-done because the first person did not do it well and was not friendly for that matter. She did not make me feel welcome or that she cared. The second person, although also not personable, did do a better job.but because I "permed" them twice.my lashes are fried and the lift was not that noticeable compared to my first lash lift at another lash studio. I feel like I ruined my lashes by going here.

Ive enjoyed how long my lashes actually last between fills. I feel like they do all the steps in lash prep and care, as it was alot different then places I’ve gone before. Autumn does an amazing job and gets it done in just under an hour. The salon is super cute too!

I have been going here for about a year and a half now, I love it! The atmosphere is great and the staff are always so friendly and willing to accommodate. Rayna always has me leaving there with amazing lashes! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get some bomb lashes.

I recently got my eyelashes done by Autum and they looked amazing! The studio is super clean and Alana is always friendly at the front door! I love their customer satisfaction guarantee as an added bonus.

I totally loved this place! It was my first time getting really anything done on my lashes and I was looking for a very natural look. The technician showed me pictures of what my options were and was very kind to me. The staff were all very professional and mine especially provided me with great service. Overall, it was a great experience and my lashes came out looking great!

I have been attending Lash Up for a few years now, at one point I tried another salon and I quickly came back to Lash Up. Not that the other salon was bad. It just wasn't for me. My lashes have always been top notch and the staff is super accommodating and helpful. I remember running late for an appointment (a fault of my own) but they still accepted me for the time left and did as much as possible.

The girls are as wonderful as always the cleaning measures are stepped up emmensily. You still feel welcome and importantly, safe. Highly recommended to anyone looking for beautiful lashes and a great environment.

Honestly, if I could rate this location higher than 5 out of 5 I would, this place is AMAAAAAZING! This past Saturday (June 18th) was my first time visit Lash Up YEG. First impression upon walking in is just awe. Such a beautiful studio and the technicians were so friendly as well. I received a signature set of lashes and so far, the lash retention has been amazing (considering i had some lash glue sticks in my lashes that i hadn’t been able to remove). Very minimal fall out (I think it’s been a max of 3-4 lashes TOTAL) and my technician Gabby was so friendly and did an amazing job on my lashes. Really looking forward to going back for a refill and all my lash needs!

Coming to Lash Up is like a mini vacation, they have amazing services, super friendly staff and a very sanitary facility. The studio is stunning and the beds are comfy. I always look forward to visiting Lash Up and leave feeling fabulous! Thank you for your wonderful service Lash Up
