We are new to the Lathered family and are so far SUPER impressed! We have been with cleaning companies before that have been horrible and sometimes create even more work. However, Lathered has been so easy to work with. Christina at customer support is phenomenal and does everything to try and make your life easier! Lathered wants you to be happy and is willing to work with your fussiness (me) or any goals you have in mind to keep your house sparkling! Don't hesitate to call.time is currency and you deserve more time!

I built a custom home (starting late 2016) hired Lathered late 2017) (from recommendation of a first cousin (who was BF with owner) Complained to owner Kristen about snagging/wrecking my $2700 area rug in front entry way! Emailed, got a brief response (after I sent her pictures) of damage after vacuuming! Never even showed up to look! Speaks volumes! Never reimbursed, zero communication! 10 THUMBS DOWN (would have wrote this review years earlier, but couldn’t on ‘LATHERED’, ALL I have to say is complete lack of morals, values, integrity! My $2700 front Area Rug was replaced soon after! Obviously Lathered Owner will deny! Typical!

They are always phenomenal! We have been using Lathered since moving to Airdrie in 2021 and have loved absolutely everything. The cleaners are always lovely, the cleaners they use smell so good and they help my husband and I spend more time with our kids instead of having to worry about cleaning. We love our monthly deep clean. Our kids are also so excited on cleaning day because they always have their stuffies arranged and it's those little finishing touches that make them extra special.

I booked this service based on a promotional ad I was served. However, they will not honor that pricing stating that it is not applicable for move out cleans. EVEN THOUGH this is not stated on their website. I feel like I was baited and switched, and when they stated the rationale, it was from their perspective and not honoring the customer point of view. I appreciate that they asked for my feedback which I have provided. My caution to anyone considering booking is to be EXTREMELY CLEAR with what you THINK YOU ARE BOOKING so you will not be disappointed like I am. In the end, I am paying the full amount so that the cleaners will be compensated appropriately. However, I will not use this company again.

Once a month the girls or some time one girl comes to my home to clean. They clean the bathroom up stairs, Shower stall, sink, toilet, floor and the glass. Also hang the towels neatly. I like the way they make little folds in the toilet paper. Next they vaccum all the carpet upstairs and dust the furniture. They vaccum and dust the stairs. They leave the kitchen squeeky clean. Everything shines, Also scrub the kitchen floors, 3 steps and landing. Every one that came did a wonderfull. Job. The house smells wonderful. No complaints. Always am happy with a very clean home. Originally heard of Lathered from a social media connection… I was in need of having my house cleaned as with a newborn, I was not able to keep up on the house work. After several emails (in which all of my questions were answered in a timely manner) a cleaning was scheduled.

WOW! The team of gals that showed up to my home were on time and extremely professional, and well… nice! They did so much more than I was expecting and they were not offended that I stayed in the home while they cleaned nor that my dog was “helping”.

I am so impressed with the services provided that they are coming to clean a second time.

They do offer quotes for regular cleaning (weekly, monthly etc) which seem reasonably priced.

You will not be disappointed!

We were first introduced to Lathered for a move out clean, and they did such an amazing job that we wanted to pursue services once we settled into our new house.
Being parents to a toddler, having pets and both working, we both noticed that we could use a little extra help with keeping the house clean.
We opted for a monthly clean, which helps the big ticket items (cleaning bathrooms, carpet cleaning) that we often fall behind on getting done. Each time we come home afterwards, the house smells amazing, the clean is noticeable and they even organize our toddler’s toys in fun little scenes for us to find when we get home. It’s so fun!

Well run company that does a great job and is trustworthy. Good value for your money.

My only complaint is that they are quite busy, so sometimes they have a hard time being accommodating if you need to make a change to your regularly scheduled cleaning date. However, they are very understanding and flexible if you need accommodations made for time, and are more than willing to add you to a cancellation list to change dates.

We have used them for a while and will continue to!

Extremely poor quality of home cleaning. No attention to detail, did not vacuum & mop in corners, missed dusting, wiping of kitchen chairs was unsatisfactory. Special requests to vacuum under bed in master bedroom was not completed.

Lathered cleaning is my God send! After coming home from our week away, my house was gorgeous! The girls go above and beyond! My dishes were even unloaded and put away. Best idea we ever had was to bring in lathered. They use great non-toxic and sustainable products that not only clean and disinfect but smell great. Hands down the best team member they have is Kerry. I don’t get to see her as much as she largely works in other areas but when I do my house is perfect.

More importantly - the work done is top notch! Our regular cleaner, Laura, is so awesome! We love having her at our home. Personable, professional, thorough and just all around amazing. She treats our home like it’s her own more so than just “someone who shows up to do a job”.

Very easy and flexible scheduling process with timely email responses. They do a fantastic and thorough job with added special touches. Last week my messy cutlery drawer was cleaned and organized as a special surprise. I love walking into my apartment after a cleaning to the scents of cleanliness. The checklist is a nice touch as well as it highlights everything that was done. They are very pet friendly as well which gives me peace of mind as we have a very timid cat. I highly recommend Lathered.

We have tried other cleaning services but none have compared to the quality detailed job that Lathered does. While they may seem slightly more expensive then some others may quote you - you get what you pay for. We come home to an extremely clean and sparkling home (not just a superficial cleaning that we experienced with others) and we also do not need them to come quite as often since their cleaning is so thorough.

The work performed was top-notch, my house was sparkling and I doubt I could not have been more happy with the quality. Adding responsive and excellent communication and support, and I'll definitely be using Lathered in the future.

These ladies were fantastic! I was so pleased by the cleaning that was done in my home and I have already booked them to come again next month! With a toddler and a 3 month old, their service is an absolute life saver! The communication right from my initial request to the end of my cleaning service was fantastic. I also liked that they left a checklist of what was completed or not completed. Lathered will not disappoint!

I always wait for the honeymoon period to end before commenting on a business. We all have experienced the great service that fades over time. Well that is NOT the case with Lathered. These ladies are great, on time, thorough, little extras - like clean and refresh the dog's water bowl! Didn't know how this would all work with us working at home, but the ladies always are mindful and ask when best time to run vacuum is. Lathered was our first choice when we moved to Airdrie, glad we found them.

I have used Lathered multiple times over the years and they never disappoint! Love coming home to a beautifully clean home that smells of lemongrass they are so friendly and professional and always go above and beyond!

Lathered goes above and beyond with little extra's every time they clean. So much more than a cleaning company. They believe you will feel the positive energy they leave in your home and it's absolutely TRUE! I walk in to my home after a clean and the weight of the day is lifted off of my shoulders instantly. Excellent standard checklist (which is very detailed) and they always do a little extra. I love that they pay attention to aesthetics as much as they do with the deep cleaning. We have been so happy with our crew over the past couple of years. I’ve used 4 other cleaners in the past and our lathered crew has been the best; they always met or exceeded our expectations.

I don't know how they do it but they always make the house look way better than I ever could and it smells amazing! They are amazing to communicate with, accommodating and everyone is always nice and professional!

I have used Lathered a few times and won’t even consider using another cleaning service because I was so impressed. Very professional and they kept me up to date at every stage: before, during, and after cleaning. They managed to get everything on my list and a few extras which was a pleasant surprise. My kids never notice when I clean the house and even they commented on how clean our house looked and smelled. Will definitely use them again.
