I have been a customer of Laura Plus for many years. The quality & style of their clothing is totally excellent. I highly recommend the Laura Stores!

I would strongly discourage buying from this particular store. I bought a dress for a function but I wasn’t able to attend it so I decided to return the item. The dress wasn’t even taken out from the bag since I bought it from the store. So it was taken as is I brought to be returned and they said they can’t take it back because there should be some sort of a golden tag. I honestly didn’t know what they saying. They must have sold it to me without this tag. I’m suspicious that they do it on purpose so the customers can’t return high priced items. Never go to this store. Very rude customer service as well.

When a person is used to shopping in big box stores, you forget what really excellent service is like, and excellent service was exactly what my experience was like shopping at Laura. I went in to buy a blouse and was immediately helped out by an amazing associate named Noor. She helped me find the right sizes and complementary accessories without being pushy. In fact I left with a lot more than a blouse but couldn't be happier with my new clothes. I think I'm going to ditch the box stores forever now!

Ẁe had an amazing shopping trip to Melanie Lynn! Marcò (?) was fantastic. He has a real eye for fashion and clearly loves what he does! Our experience was a 10 out of 10, largely due to Marco!

Today I went to Laura for buying a coat and was not able to make it with a friend or my husband, but fortunately there was a lady named Rudeina, she was really helpful and nice. She gave me lots of perfect ideas and I really didn’t feel I’m alone. She was really honest and patient.

Went in here with my mom today, the lady at the front that greeted us was very kind. As we browsed the front of the store another employee approached us saying we were in the petite section, and told us to go to the back. It was completely laughable. After my mom said “my daughter is petite? ” Trying to give this woman the benefit of the doubt. The woman quickly got embarrassed and said she thought my mom was the one shopping, which was even worse to say. We walked out immediately. It was a situation that only happens in movies. I regret not telling your employee how inappropriate and disrespectful that was. Thus the 1 star review, this woman almost ruined our afternoon. Giant Yikes.

Highly recommend for Mother of the Bride/Groom outfit. Found several to try on with a good selection of sizes. Staff were very helpful.
