Great place to shop, esp in late April. Back of store has discounted items at 70% off. Clothing is a higher-end but well made!

Francis, the Manager at the RIO Can Meadows location is absolutely fantastic. I have dealt with here several times over the last couple of years and she has always been fantastic and definatley goes the extra mile and is always so pleasant.

I finally found a dress for my daughter's wedding because of the great customer service I received. Frances was incredibly helpful. After we went through many dresses, she suggested I could order on line and have it delivered to the store. We worked from her computer in the store and she helped me choose the perfect dress. I picked it up today and it is perfect! I've always had great service there.

I purchased an item from the Melanie Lyne/Laura website on April 22. Up to date I got no response whether my item was shipped or the order was cancelled. I also noticed DAILY pending charges on my visa for this order, from this retailer. First the put the charge through then they reverse it. I have over 6 charges on my visa now. I contacted Laura's customer service by phone, email 3 days ago and so far got no response and still have the pending charges posted on my visa. Please address this issue immediately! This is the most poor unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered! Please contact me and address this issue immeidately!
