This place is sucks the should do something about there customer service a lady named her Shannon was rude and mannerless she didn’t helped us with our shopping and when i asked for manager she said i am the manager and when i requested the customer service number to complain about her she denied to provide me that as well. She don’t the deserve the position and shouldn’t work anywhere shame to Laura for hiring her.

This was the first time I purchased in laura and will be my last thanks to the terrible experience. I purchased a dress online and went to return it. The lady who attended was absolutely horrendous. Instead of checking her records on when it was delivered, she was suspicious on when it was delivered since it was ordered a month back (due to 14 day return policy). I kept telling her it was less than a week and she kept asking about it again and again. I had to show her email confirmation on delivery. The order email did not say exchange only, but she said it was 50% off, so it is exchange only. "Sometimes they don't put it, but it's exchange only. " What kind if policy is that? I ended up paying buying a dress and paying more at the end. Never am I returning to the store or buying in Laura. Hire better people and provide better customer service if you want to stay in business!

The South Center store, in Calgary, is a great place to shop, in every category. Highly recommend!

This rating has nothing to do with the company, but does have to do with the recent customer service we had experience. On April 19th my mother and I (along with other family members) had gone there to buy a dress for my mom for her vow renewal. We were extremely happy with the quality of customer care we had and bough the dress ant original price.

2 days ago we went back in just to brows for me, and noticed the dress had been marked down by $100. We were told on April 19th if we come in and the price is reduced we can get a re-embitterment. We had informed the lady working there, and she had called over her co worker named Angela. The first woman helping us recognized us because we are long time shoppers there, and recalled us being told that since she was there when we bought the dress.

Angela was extremely rude to us the second we walked into the location, she was very polite to everyone else and well mannered, but with us it was the complete opposite. She told us there was no way for her to do so, and called the downstairs location to check and they said yes it can happen. She was VERY rude, kept throwing her book on the table, getting frustrated because she couldn't figure it out. But as soon as someone else came to her for assistance she was nice to them. While on the phone with the downstairs store, all my mother said was "We were told" and she brought up her finger and rolled her eyes to my mother.

We didn't bring our original receipt but had my dad send it to us over via text, she then said " It's been two weeks i can't do it for you" when we were, again, told it could happen under 30 days. She kept going on about how she's working alone, when there was another staff member there who was helping her out.

She kept rising her tone with us, being rude, told my mother to calm down, and there's no reason to be rude to her - when in reality we were being extremely patient with her, which is rare for us when we have an experience like this. And the other co worker had agreed with us, after Angela left to get a change room for someone else.

I've worked in customer service for 10 years, I know how it is like to be frustrated at a customer or a situation. But that is no way to treat ANYONE. Everyone else we have ever came across at this location is always so kind, nice and very respectful of anyone. No matter their color, shape, or situation. But if this is the type of people they have representing them right now, I don't this we, or anyone else would be comfortable shopping there.

I'm sorry for making this so long. Thought the management here should know what happens.

It's a very nice store the employees were two of the nicest ppl I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I honestly wished I could see their manager so he/she could give them a raise or increase their salary or something. The clothes were also nice but we were shopping for my grandma so I didn't rlly get anything, overall though it's honestly such a nice store and those two employees deserve a raise. P.s this is coming from a 13yr old so if those employees could impress a 13yr old then I have to say that's one of the nicest stores I've ever been to.

Poor service. Staff had little interest or enthusiasm. And never let public see management berating staff so loudly and obviously

Service is fine, not so good and not bad.the products are high quality but very pricey, I don’t know why I find other Laura stores cheaper.

Horrible experience I walked into the store and right away the woman assumed I was shopping for myself then proceeded to say I wouldn't fit the clothes there and said I should go to a plus size store like penningtons. I am a tall woman but I am not plus size.
