Hit the jackpot this time and caught a Fabulous Jean sale, just what I needed, purchased 3 pairs as the price was right!

The seam in a pair of pants I’d recently bought had a small split. The staff went out of their way to help me. They didn’t have a replacement pair in the store but found a pair at a different location and arranged to courier them to me at home. They were delivered the next day.
I know I can find something I’ll like at Laura.

Terrible Customer Service: I had the misfortune of purchasing a dress from Laura, but due to a slight delay, I couldn't return it within the specified timeframe, exceeding it by just two days. Initially, their response was that returns were not possible, but they suggested an exchange instead. However, their stance took a turn when they accused me of tampering with the tag placement, specifically claiming that one of the tags was not on the seam as it should have been. The truth is that the dress remained in the exact condition I purchased it, with no alterations made. It was still in its original packaging, complete with the receipt and all tags securely attached. I strongly caution against dealing with their extremely poor customer service and policies.

I visited this store yesterday for party dress.amazing designs with huge inventory. Inderjit was assisting me and she was fabulous.not only she helped in selecting perfect dress but was also very friendly and patient with my little one.

I came in to find a dress to wear to my daughter’s grad after visiting many stores. So many options. I was helped my a lovely lady who gave me her opinion on the styles. The winning dress is a stunning wrap dress with pink roses.

Always a bit sad when I come here with hopes of filling a gap in women's fashion by finding larger sized professional wear except it chronically disappoints. Only 4 pairs of nylons in the store and in 1 size.

Cloths are changing, not as nice. Store changed and went passed one section which I always seen as smaller clothes. So there was no purchase today. Not impressed.

I went here for the first time on the advice of a friend and was pleasantly surprised. I went to the Dress Shop to look for two special dresses. An attendant helped me with sizes and didn’t hover over me when I was looking. I would recommend this place to my friends.
