Have some great dresses for any occasion. Some are a bit pricey some are not. But always worth a look.

Went today to find a dress to wear to a wedding. Myrna at the WEM store could not have been more helpful. All staff were so helpful and kind.

The sales ladies were so helpful and patient when helping my sister find a dress to wear to the wedding. Our experience there was absolutely amazing!

Love the dress I bought. I sold the dress I bought that day I was in the store with JaCam and the reason is because I don't fit it no more but I will be back to get another one when the covid stops.

The sales staff is not cooperative, overpriced clothes, it was my birthday I bought a few clothes. I saw a billing mistake which I realized and went back to the store the next day. They refused to rectify and refund me and offered me a gift card. They said they can not rectify the mistake as their system does not allow them.
Pls be cautious and check your bills twice before leaving. I cannot rate 0 star else I would.

My husband and I were today just few hours ago and we found something special, one nice lady help us at the fitting room and then when we were ready to pay, we were first in the line, a couple was behind us but suddenly we saw the other couple go first because one lady call them.wow! Totally rude, disrespectful and unpolite. Before we left emtpy handed we talked with the lady who help as and let her know about what happend.

We found another store where the people was nicer, had an excellent customer service and defenetly the blouse we found is gorgeous.

Went in to LAURA today on Friday, November 8th at roughly 1: 00pm to an absolute laughable experience. My mother and I went to West Edmonton Mall because she was in need of new clothes, and was willing to pay for decent clothing. We stopped at multiple stores but when we stopped into LAURA, we had an awful experience. Firstly, not a single staff member acknowledged us, even in the slightest. We walked by, I’d say, 6 or 7 employees who weren’t busy and didn’t greet us, ask us if we needed help (which we did) or anything. We were in the store for ten minutes and still nothing. I noticed as we were in the dress section, an employee (who also didn’t greet us or give us the slightest bit of good customer service) was pretending to organize a display of jewellery and kept watching us from afar. I made eye contact with said employee and she scurried away from us. My mother found a dress she loved and needed a size and no one was found. She was going to find someone to get her a size but at this moment I realized her money was better spent elsewhere. We left and went to another store (I won’t name) and the employees there were phenomenal and treated us like human beings. Crazy concept. She then spent a lot of money because that store deserved it. I work in the service industry as well, and this is disgusting and hilarious in my opinion that Laura is still open at WEM. None of my family members will be back:)

Good selection of new and sale priced items. Excellent service: staff always gives space to browse and know when to start a room; give honest opinions on clothing selections. Professional and friendly service at the till.

It's incredible that here in Canada the same workers are treated so badly.and they fighting himself in the same workplace.the manager or owner need to know about this situation and selecting better who will work for them.there is no professionalism in that store.the work place are jungle of animals kicking and in competition all the time saying offenses and mistreatment.but this situation all word will know about it.thanks

Went in with my girlfriend to shop for a dress, and immediately found the one she wants. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I love everything about the store. It is on the more expensive side, but with sales prices becomes reasonable. And the quality is undeniable!

Had to return a coat (it was nice, just not as warm as I thought it would be). They were gracious and the return process was easy peasy. I'd definitely come here again to try out something else sometime!
