I really enjoyed my staying at the Laure meadows (Broadstreet properties) Apartment for almost 4 years. It was great especially Leasing office associates. They are AMAZING and wonderful especially Kiran and Ravkirat. They gives excellent customer service and understand our issue, troubles and solve them in timely manner.they are a very good listener have lots of patients as well. Also, its safe place to live.

One of my friend rented this place for more than 3 year. When he moved out the management charged him extra money for damage deposit that was completely wrong. Please before rent this place take everything carefully so that they can’t charge you for the name of damage deposit.

I have been looking for a place near Mill woods area to rent and I met Ravkirat and Kiran at Laurel Meadows location and I have nothing to complaint but praise for these two gentlemen. They are very humble and for an appointment they take out proper time to discuss everything with you. They explained the application process very well and Would love to come stay here once they have an availability, but I definitely recommend this place to others looking for an apartment in this area.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. One of my friend was living there they didn’t get their deposit back. They become very nice at first but once you rented the place they will never take your complaints seriously. Maintenance service is really bad. Manager is very rude. They never answer your calls on time. If you are going to rent this place make sure to check every little details or take pics otherwise they will put onto you when you will be going to move out.

Quiet & clean place to live at. Building management is very helpful, especially Ravkirat & Kiran are always ready to help.

We recommend these apartments if you're looking for rental places. Mr. Kiran and Mr. Virk are very helpful. They try to solve the problems with patience. Apartments are kept clean and quiet. It's lucky to have a nice neighborhood. Credit goes to the whole team.

These are one of the wonderful apartments we have ever visited. The apartment is quite spacious as compared to others. We also very great full to Ravkirat virk who helped us alot to reside in the apartment. We are in India when we are looking for a place to live in and it's ravkirat who makes it really easy and possibly to get a place to live in. He is really such a hard worker. Moreover, he also take action quickly if you have any problem or if your apartment need maintenance. Once again thanks ravkirat.

At the very first time when you go their rental office to get a rental unit they are trying to be nice with you because your giving them business that’s why they welcome you and at the end when you give them a move out notice then you will realize how these people are? They will rip you off they will try to get as much money as they can. All thief people in their office. I would not recommend anyone to get a rental unit with them. They are all

Its been one year living in this property everything went well guys at the front desk Ravkirat & Kiran both are dedicated to their jobs & responsibilities and always available to help and support regarding any concern and always welcome us with smile, backend team also doing best of their abilities to maintain building neat & clean.

Me and my husband was living there for more than 4 years we had very poor experience with his apartment our upstairs neighbour was too noisy we couldn’t sleep at night at all we went to their office so many time and tell them our upstairs neighbour are too noisy they said oh we will talk to them they will not make noise after this but our upstairs neighbour never stopped we called to the customer service and told them that our upstairs neighbour are too noisy they told us we will sent notice to them but again nothing happened.my work schedule was 5 am everyday at work I always had headaches because of the noise of our upstairs neighbour I couldn’t sleep at all then I told my husband I can’t live here anymore.we went to the office and told them we want to move out as soon as we told them we are leaving they forced us don’t move out we have empty apartment on the fourth floor you guys go there no one make noise there I said no enough is enough when we moved out we asked them about our 500$ deposit back they didn’t gave as our 500$ deposit back they said you guys used the bathroom and kitchen and the carpet, i don’t recommend anyone to live this poor apartment they are reaping us off.

After 3+ years of complaining of my neighbours playing their very loud bass (which goes against the lease agreement) for 3+ years now, management has done nothing to remedy the situation. Management seems to be limp-wristed with upholding the rules of the lease agreements.
