Well run, smooth operation. A little hiccup with them receiving the completed waivers (bring proof of completion with you). Parking was tight. Shuttle was well organized to the starting point. Lazy Day employees were well mannered and efficient. Excellent place to go experience the beautiful Bow River.

Experience was amazing. The equipment was in great repair. The staff was friendly and helpful. From arrival to water was fast and smooth with awesome staff. Definitely worth the price! Most relaxing float I have done in years. They set
You up completely with everything needed for your float and even help you dismount at the end. No need to blow anything up or take anything down. Will definitely use them again!

I booked but had to cancel (24hr in advance) because of inclement weather and some of the family members did not feel well. I got full refund with a simple click from the booking confirmation email. That’s the key differentiator between Lazy Day Raft Rentals vs Other competitor. I will use their service in the future when we travel back to Calgary. Thank You!

We had a fabulous day! There were 28 of us and everything went smoothly. My cousins wife made all of the arrangements for us, we just had to do the online waiver. Very economical!

Service and equipment was excellent. End point debunking terrible choice. High current, small space and large stones at the bottom. They could spend little money to clean and avoid people falling in water.

Such a fun experience. Need to work on my rowing skills and next time would book a bigger raft.the 4 person one was a bit small for 4 adults.

We had an amazing day floating river using Lazy Day. The starting point was accessable, the staff was professional and helpful when setting the raft up. Our friends used the shuttle and it worked really well! We rented 8 people raft, which was great quality. The nicest thing was that we could really take our time going down the river as there was no time limit on how long we could use the raft. The end point was clear and easy to access and on top off that, there were gentlemen from Lazy Day to help us out to get out. Will most definitely book with Lazy Day again next year, thank you for such an amazing day

A great afternoon out! Everything was made so easy from the online booking/payment, to the end where you just paddle to the side when you arrive at the departure point and get out and walk away. Lazy Day staff take care of everything else so it couldn't be more convenient. And the actual rafting was brilliant! Relaxing, fun, and a great way to see the city from a different vantage point. We were 4 adults and because the smallest rafts for 4 were sold out, we got the next size up (6-8 I think?) which I would recommend if the (small) extra cost is not a problem for you. It was lovely having the extra room. We will definitely be doing this again!

A great way to spend a few hours floating down the Bow seeing the area. Everything worked well. Check in is simple, the shuttle gets you to the staring point and away you go. Helpful and courteous staff at every point.

Great adventure, four hours long but still too short, disappointed when it finished. Stopped at Angels cafe for breakfast sandwhich, coffee and cakes.

I decided to book with Lazy Day for my friends birthday. She had travelled down from BC for the weekend and I thought it would be a great way for her to see the city. Boy, was I right!

Jordan, helped us out tremendously by offering advice on which raft to choose and had a great knowledge of the river and what we would need. He was very forward thinking and took the upcoming weather into consideration when communicating with me.

Our float was amazing, at the end there was someone waiting for us to grab the raft. No wait time! The whole experience was hassle free with every detail accounted for, which was much appreciated. It was nice just to show up and go!

We floated the Bow River two years ago with our own gear, tried again last year but failed to get all the gear and logistics sorted out in time, and then just this past weekend used Lazy Day's raft rental and shuttle service.

I've gotta say we'll likely never bother to do it any other way from here on out. The simplicity of it was so worth the reasonable cost. And now I wont have to worry about buying, storing, and maintaining, our own rafts, PFDs, paddles, lifeline, bailer, etc. And not having to go pick up a vehicle at the entry point saves us probably close to an hour of time. I'd be happy to pay for this service going 1 to 3 times a year easy. And perhaps even more often since we're taking our kids now and its great to just get off the water, go home, and eat.

Employees were nice and efficient. The whole system works very smoothly. We made sure to fill in our waivers beforehand so were in the water within 10 minutes of getting off the shuttle.

Had a blast toiling away along the Bow River! Definitely a memory that will remain in the highlight reel.

Lazy Day Raft Rentals was easy, efficient and all the staff were super friendly! They upgraded our raft from a 4 person raft to a 6 person raft for free, which made for a more comfortable experience (we only had 4 people). I highly recommend booking with them and I will be coming back for our next trip down the river!

Absolutely amazing service, they take care of everything for you from free parking to a bus ride through downtown Calgary where you can enjoy the city and kick back and taking us to the starting point. Clear safety instructions before loading and assistance at the end point to get off safety too. I checked out other places but Lazy days was the most affordable and better as the price did not reflect a difference in customer service. We had a great first float experience with Lazy Day. They make the logistics really easy, and were helpful in recommending the right size of raft for our group. We met the owner at the start and he was really friendly and answered our questions about what to expect. Our float took about 3.5 hours.

We had a great experience with Lazy Day Raft Rentals. The online booking was easy. The staff onsite at the launch site and the disembark site were very helpful and friendly. The rafting experience was awesome with plenty of spots along the river to pull over for a lunch. One of the best things is not needing to buy, store and haul the rafting equipment around myself. Well organized. Staff are in the water at the start and end of the trip. Lazy people like me don't have to get wet feet or shoes. The trip down the river takes three hours.

I decided to plan an outing for 5 of us (three tweens/teens) to float the Bow for the first time. I researched a few companies first but Lazy Day quickly stood out as being the best option. Their pricing and raft information was super clear (helpful for newbies) and I appreciated how easy it was to book online, including the waiver process. The customer service and convenience on our rental day was just as exceptional. Everyone was super friendly and things were very well organized from start to finish. I’ll 100% use them again for future adventures.

The River flowed at the perfect rate making the cost to boat with 5 people so worth it! We all had a great time. Everything was well organized. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because only one of the 5 waivers were posted although everyone had completed them prior to the float.

My friends told us that they had a great experience with Lazy Day Raft. We tried last week. It was so great. The staffs are so nice and helpful. We rented a small raft that is clean and comfortable. We will come back soon.

I rented a life jacket here and asked about renting a safety kit as well. They actually lent me a safety kit at no extra cost and were very friendly and helpful.

The bowyaks were easy to maneuver and comfortable. The staff was helpful and energetic. Make sure you read the website thoroughly as we had some confusion as to where we started and ended. It is best to have 2 vehicles or someone to pick you up at the end until the shuttles are working again as the cab ride to the launch site was $40. All in all it was a pleasurable experience and a great afternoon on the river!

Absolutely great experience! The new owner from Lazy Day Rentals got it in place! The RAFTS are great, solid and confortable. The young staff he has provided at the beginning and at the end are great, kind and very prepared to help us to enjoy the holly experience! Even if you have your only raft, it was not as nice experience! Besides all the prices are really fair for the service provided! After some hours enjoying the Bow river is amazing to have everything taken care off by the young generation that they have in their staff. So Allen congrats for the business you are providing to the Calgarians. Unfortunaletty there is no river rafting in the winter time! Congrats!

Had a great day! Both launch point and end point was easy to access and staff was great. We stopped a few times going down the river to “explore”. 5 great hours for us on our very clean and Cool River. So much fun and laughter. Felt like we were in the wilderness, yet we were in Calgary! Was my first trip.will go again soon. While we had a coupon, the regular cost would have been about $110 making for a great low cost experience.

Great company and costumer service! They made everything so easy. They put the boat in the water for us at the beginning and took it out at the end. Such a fun afternoon!
