I work next door door to them.one of the staff has been harassing.us. I will be contacting them on Monday to speak with the owner.

What happened today I sold a truck, and our store has no space so I drove it out.and parked for a second.one of the employee was very rude to us when we were just switching seats.

We work adjacent to one and other, and they never have anyone in their lot.its basically public parking.

You would think you would treat your next door neighbor with a little more respect.

Amazing hardware store. I stopped by to find a window lock and they were the most helpful people I have ever met in a home improvement store. I'm really impressed and I will be back

Great place to get all your building supplies. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

Terrible place. 8 months to get a replacement window, and when they finally said it was in, I drive there and it was not there. Nobody cares and nobody tried to get things moving.

Love the family atmosphere! The staff are always willing to help! Always has what I need! My business is no longer right near them however I will gladly make the drive over from across st albert now!

As a contractor these guys have been a pleasure to work with, although I work in sherwood park I use them for supply and delivery of decking products. The organization is top notch, the delivery is on point and the communication is unrivalled. I really appreciate these guys making my life easier.

Anyone remember what it was like to have a small, local hardware store? It still exists at LBH. Selection isn’t as large as big box stores, but it’s nice to find staff who know their business.

Like home depot, but smaller, easier to find things, the staff are infinitely more knowledgeable. AND the prices are usually better. Wins all around.

Excellent family biz! Try their best to have what you need, may not be the biggest supplier for building materials etc but most times they have what you require! Supurb customer service!

They seem to really cater to contractors, have gone in with friends who have accounts there and they can’t help him enough. When I go in by myself I usually leave mad, and feeling like I have been an inconvenience to the staff.
Today went in bought an item listed for $8.69 on shelf, when I was charged $9.99, I went back and checked, told the clerk I was over charged by $1.30. Her response was “I don’t think so, we just changed them” basically felt like she was calling me a liar, and she went to look. When she pulled the tag of the shelf, did not say anything to me. So I asked “ was I wrong? “. Her reply, “I don’t know how that got on there”. No apology, no offer to refund my money, no nothing.

That’s why I only go to LBH when I need something quickly and don’t want to drive to Lowe’s at the other end of town.

So if your a contractor great, a DIY weekend warrior such as myself, be prepared to be treated like your bothering them
