I recently had the unfortunate experience of using the technical services provided by LDI Technical Services Ltd, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster, first of all, their customer service was lousy. When they sent a technician to my location, it became clear that their so-called "experts" were anything but.

The technician was poorly prepared and lacked the necessary knowledge to diagnose and solve the problem I was facing with my equipment, it is supposed that in the company's policy, the first hour of service is to give you a general diagnosis of the problem or failure that your equipment has, the technician, never communicated anything to me during the first hour of diagnosis, I was just confused and gave me different possible failures or problems that my equipment could have, but nothing in particular, which cost me even more in terms of time and money in the long term, in the end before the technician left the only solution he could give me was that my equipment was a little old and that I did not have the technical sheet of it.

To make matters worse, the company overcharged me for the poor service I received, the technician arrived at my business at 1: 30 pm and left the place around 3: 30 pm, which means it was 2 hours of technical service, on the invoice the company sent me, I was charged 3 hours of service, In addition, they were charging me for the technician's parking service plus a charge for truck service, which to date I am still waiting for the response from the company that these are charges that generated me, Their prices were scandalous due to the level of incompetence shown by their staff. It felt like a complete scam, and I regret the day I decided to use their services.

Overall, my experience with LDI TECHNICAL SERVICES LTD was a total disappointment. They are unprofessional, and they do not respond, Frankly, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who is considering their services or who is looking to solve a technical problem with any equipment you have, PREFERABLY TRY TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER OF YOUR EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY, in the end, it may have the same cost or even a little more, but you take the guarantee that your equipment will work again since they do know well all the technical data sheet of your team, and they are going to be able to provide you with a solution and not only are you going to have to pay an exaggerated sum to a company that is not going to be able to help you solve your problem and the only thing you are going to do is lose your money and stay with the problem because the company can only charge you but not solve your problem.

Poor customer service. After multiple conversations with the service manager to arrange a site survery in order to proceed with a time sensitive project we have yet to hear anything back (4 emails, 2 telephone conversations).
In years past this company has also processed unauthorized payments for service work conducted and are simply a challenge to work with on all levels it seems. Zero stars was not an option so one it is!

We are not left in the soup for so long because LDI professionals, especially Chris and Dan, save our skin quickly and bring us out of the soup in the same day! They provide top notch services promptly and more importantly with a smiling face! Thank you guys for being friendly, prompt and courteous!

So I called LDI and I got service today
Technician name is Greg
He has great skills for machine and he explained well about how to take care about machine
I had an excellent experience today, thank you!

Lucas was here to fix our refrigerator and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue and was kind enough to explain what the problem was and how to try to prevent it from happening again.
I appreciated he took the time to give us some andvice and tips.
I was so happy with the service that I actually decided to have them come periodically to do preventative maintenance. If I could I would give this company and this Technician 10 stars out of 10.

Brian the Technician and Ashley the office administrator from LDI were absolutely amazing. They were both friendly and very knowledgeable at getting my problem fixed.
I would without a doubt recommend LDI Technical Services to anyone seeking repair to their industrial refrigeration equipment.
It’s nice to know that there is still excellent customer service out there!
