Leader takes care of their customers without question. They are the most honest and thorough mechanic shop I've known in my forty odd year life. If you're thinking about going somewhere else to get work done on your vehicle, I would take moment to reconsider. Leader is probably your best option. I've been a customer for over six years and have never had an issue with their work.

I've come to Leader Auto with a multitude of issues on my SUV over the past year and each time I'm both grateful and impressed with the knowledge, reasonable pricing and repairs I've had done. I've dealt mainly with Brad and Michael when coming in but had most of the qualified team working on my vehicle, everyone has been incredible with diagnosing and repairing things.

It's hard to find people who are honest, empathetic and go above and beyond with car mechanical work, I have recommended them to anyone who talks about needing a mechanic because of how amazing they are. I've been living partly on hail mary's with the issues that popped up my vehicle and they've played no small part in helping me manage some extremely stressful situations. Brad is a really spectacular manager here and keeps the place running smoothly, always has detailed explanations or options for me no matter the problem I'm facing. I just feel confident that I'll figure things out hearing his voice on the other side explaining things.

Michael is a wonderful owner and you can tell he's invested in taking care of his team and customers. He's helped me with more than car related things even while I waited at their shop, he's literally a jack of all trades with his widespread interests and knowledge base.

They've taken time to walk me through the underlying issues, always taken me seriously where other shops have had underlying currents of sexism in their responses to me. I find it comforting to hear the more technical information behind repairs so I can continue building my skillset for repairs I choose to take on. I know when I can't manage something though that I'm getting the best possible price and repairs done here, they're always willing to walk me through the diagnostics, repairs and parts costs while being understanding of my financial situation. You couldn't find better people to run diagnostics or do repairs than here.

My car's exhaust pipe rusted-out and broke completely. I took the car in for an estimate and the mechanic showed me the problem and suggested a solution - grind off the rust and weld the pipe back together. They did this on the spot and charged a very reasonable fee.

Very good! Friendly staff with great knowledge and honest opinions of what is best for your vehicles. After taking our 2008 Silverado to the dealership for a vibration when stopping, and the dealership unable to determine the problem, we took the truck here. The staff was able to find the problem within a few ours. It was a broken control arm which was a serious problem for the safety of the vehicle and us inside. The staff fixed everything up good and the truck is driving like new again! Definitely going here for quality, honest service!

Very satisfied with the service they did on our Highlander. Honest, knowledgeable staff that made the repair process very easy. I trust them and will bring my car back for any repair, big or small.

They walked me through every step of my vehicle diagnostics and repair. They let me go in to the back of the shop and explained why the other 2 places I had taken my car to misdiagnosed the problem. I am from a small town and the Owner and staff were so friendly that it made me feel like I was back home. All in all I will be bringing my vehicle back here from now on and would most definitely recommend to others.

It's hard to find a shop that you can trust and know they have your best interests at heart. This is leader auto. I will not take my truck anywhere else in the city. They are fair, they are detailed and I know I can trust them.

Had my brakes changed there in 2019. They squealed a lot immediately after changing them for a week afterwards so Leader changed them again. Still had noise coming from them afterwards but I left them as is. I had ordered what the mechanic classified as a better tier. Fast forward to today when I had my car checked at another shop the first thing they noticed is that the pads installed were what they considered bottom of the barrel quality and likely why they were always noisy. Tldr: paid for higher quality brake replacement got low grade instead.

I've been here before and all was good. This time, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection and when I called about the report they sent, the mechanic informed me he couldn't get my engine air filter out and that would take serious work to replace. I replaced it in avout 10 seconds. The instructions were on the tabs he was having so much trouble with, "pull to release" This makes me question the knowledge and troubleshooting abilities of this shop. Otherwise, they're nice and they get my vehicle in quickly. Originally this was a 3-star review but the owner called to apologize promptly after leaving the review so I upped to a 4-star. I won't be back but the gesture does show they take responsibility.

All I can say is, "wow". My husband and I were about to purchase our first pre-owned vehicle and wanted an independent inspection done prior to sealing the deal. I called Leader after being referred by Gigantelli and despite how busy they were, Brad managed to squeeze us in that afternoon. They identified things that could have caused us some financial heartache down the line and we learned a lot throughout the process. Fantastic experience, we felt like they really had our back.

Absolutely great people, honest and did great work on my 98 sierra. Would recommend to anyone in NW Calgary.

Had a lug nut stripped while changing my tires and brought it in to get the lug nut off. The guys were great and took it off in no time. I will be bringing my vehicle back to them for sure

A great auto shop with honest, friendly, and industrious mechanics! The prices they charge are very reasonable as well.

I was treated well at the shop when I came in for some suspension work. They provided speedy professional service and didn't charge me for some labour (which they could have). I had a pleasant experience sending my vehicle to them. I will be back for a wheel alignment now.

The owner Mike went above and beyond! I came in at 4: 30 and his crew swapped out my winter tires and still closed on time! The entire staff were very friendly and skilled. This is a true local garage. I recommend this place with a doubt! Thanks guys!

I had an issue with a tire swap I did myself, causing some noises, so brought it in for a quick inspection. Despite them being super busy this time of the season, they still took the time to inspect and resolve the problem (it was my old rims). Swapped back to my all seasons and it was gone. It was a simple solution, but I really appreciated their honesty and quick turn around, despite me just dropping in without an appointment. Will definitely come back for other services.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. They take the time to actually listen when you are trying to explain any issues with your vehicle and then they are very thorough about explaining exactly what needs to be done once it is determined. I had them do a fairly major repair for me and even though the vehicle gave them all sorts of issues (older vehicle, so seized and rusted bolts) they still invoiced me for LESS than what they originally quoted me for the job. If you are looking for a place where you can really TRUST them to do the right thing, this is the place. Cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with both their work and their customer service.
