Chelsey Hobson is a Master at her craft. Her hands can see even subtle disorders within the musculoskeletal and myofacial structures. Her applied knowledge brings them back into proper form in a timely manner. I am very grateful to Chelsey and the Leading Edge team for the work that I have received.

Chelsey and Matt are amazing physiotherapists. Everyone who works at Royal Glenora location are attentive, caring, friendly and professional.

Highly recommend seeing Taylor Gray for your physio needs. I've been seeing Taylor for a variety of issues for four years. He was first recommended by a friend that was in a serious car accident that had tried great physios across Canada, and swore Taylor was the very best. So I booked an appointment and have been extremely happy with my treatments from Taylor. He listens to my concerns, provides insight and reason behind what he's doing, we discuss how my lifestyle / habits hurt or help my progress so I can make changes, provides a wealth of info on stretches and exercises, he is an IMS master, does hands on work/movements/adjustments, etc.etc. Really he does it all and is an expert in his field. All the staff at this location are especially great - positive and energetic, it's always a pleasure visiting this clinic for an appointment.

I'm pretty disappointed with my experience especially because this is in the same building as the club I go to and it would have been very convenient. If these guys put the same energy into their service that they do their marketing, things would be a lot better. I have never felt so rushed in my life. I showed up to each session prepared, exercises done and a notepad to take notes. Tayler never took the time to explain anything to me. He was always in such a rush and would spend 20 minutes with me, manipulate my neck then I would get billed a 100 bucks. They didn't even direct bill my insurance and I would have to submit it myself. These guys are clearly too busy to give you good service.

Was told that I would be a great candidate for IMS during the initial consultation. So for the second visit I tried IMS and was charged a special $125 IMS fee (greater than the regular follow up fee of $95 - the increased fee was noted in paperwork prior to doing the IMS). This recently increased to $130 at which point I've decided to stop going. In shopping around this seems extremely inconsistent with the way other physiotherapists charge their clients.

Been attending a few weeks now, Josh has be awesome and super understanding! Super patient cautious and caring as well as extremely knowledgable and helpful with any questions I have. Works with me to find out what process assists me the best and understands everyones different and some things will be trial and error. The staff are all great! Happy and positive atmosphere as well as super clean! While we're here in Edmonton this will be my go to physio.

The uplifting atmosphere and energy of this place begins your physio treatment the moment you want in the door. From receptionist, to assistants to therapists, the entire team plays a part in your improved health and well being. The fact that you are valued and cared for by each member of the team is eminently obvious throughout your experience. Amazing people!

My experience with Leading Edge, Matt Picard in particular, was a veeeeeeeeeery strong 5 out of 5!
I was fortunate enough to be able to be a candidate for their new chair helping vestibular rehab clients. It seemed quite daunting at first, but Matt was extremely professional. He was a calming and very patient presence. Matt educated me re: my condition and coached me thru everything that was going to be happening before we even began. He talked me thru everything he was about to do even during the procedure.
It was an extremely effective procedure. Immediate! I left the clinic feeling NORMAL again.
Please know that those of you that may not be able to attend a physiotherapist for vestibular rehab in the traditional manner due to certain restrictions……. This chair is a GOD send. I am so thankful for my experience with Matt and Leading Edge

Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Kristen, Matt and the staff at Leading Edge. It was my 11 year old son's first time at physio and it was such a positive experience! You've really helped him get back to running and feeling confident playing basketball after 6 weeks on crutches with a broken foot.

Great service, updated technology, friendly staff, newly renovated and immediate results. Will never go without this service again.
