Leavitt Machinery

I trained this oast Thursday at the Calgary branch of Leavitt Machinery. My instructor was Robert Cermel.

He was thorough, patient and a wonderful instructor. I feel safe, competent and confident on a forklift. I'm able to better serve my employer and it's a lot nicer than using a pallette jack.

Robert C.is an outstanding instructor who prioritizes safety and ensures that all participants fully understand the proper handling and operation of forklifts. His expertise and attention to detail made the learning process smooth and enjoyable. I feel confident and well-prepared to operate a forklift safely after completing the course with Robert C. Highly recommend his training to anyone in need of forklift certification!

Had the pleasure of taking a telehandler certification with Robert C.and had a great experience. Provided me with some great info and took the time to teach me a few things I struggled with. Gave me great feedback and made the course fun and enjoyable.

Our organization used Leavitt for on-site forklift training and it was wonderful. The instructor, Robert C, explained concepts very well and worked with our beginners to make them feel comfortable on the equipment. I would definitely use Leavitt for training again.

Robert was very clear and knowledgeable and talks you through every step. Very helpful as it was my first time operating a telehandler. 10/10

Completed the skidsteer training here. The online lessons were easy and straightforward. The practical lesson and test on site was fun. Steve Bailey does a great job teaching and making you feel at ease. There is a small obstacle course that you get to drive through and do tasks, all the while Steve is right there to answer questions and give instruction. You get to practice this until you feel ready to test. I never felt pressured and I recommend this course.

We had Robert come out to our worksite to have our recertification on rough terrain telehandler, as well as basic rigging. It was very evident that he cared we had the tools and resources to be safe and retain the information that was brought to us. He took the time necessary to ensure the course was as thorough as possible. Absolutely no complaints and would love to receive more training from Leavitt in the future!

Vary helpful course, my instructor Robert was awesome, he explained everything clearly and he gave me a lot of information that I did not know on some stuff in the course Robert did a amazing job on this course today

I took the skid steer TT course with Steve Bailey. He did an amazing job. Vey easy to approach. Took the time to answer all my questions. His teaching style was very thorough but easy to follow. He is very knowledgeable and makes learning fun and enjoyable. If you are taking Leavitt training course I would highly recommend you try to get Steve as your instructor.

I did the counterbalance course with Stephen Bailey. Forgot to bring steeltoed boots, so Stephen had me step out. I asked him if I could arrange the steel toes and then come back? He agreed! I went and bought the steel toed shoes came back and after the class, Stephen went over the safety checks with me individually and then I did my test and passed. Stephen went out of his way to accommodate me and was a fine instructor. What an awesome course.

Thanks Rob. Rob does one hell of job teaching. He has taken the time know the machines that he will be using in his practicum that’s some serious dedication.

I vouch Trainer Robert Cermel for clearly explain how to operate Skid Steer and very patience bloke, as of today i got pass and now certified operator i thank him a lot.
