Leduc Auto Body

I had a truck stolen from a work site and the great guys at O. E Motors recommended Luduc Auto Body after my insurance informed me a auto body shop will need to do the appraisal before OE would be able to do mechanical repairs. OE trusted thier relationship with Bob by recommending him, however when it came time to do mechanical inspection not only did Bob not repesct my wishes and his relationship with OE he took the truck somewhere else. To finish it off he had 2 weeks after i brought the keys to get a cleaning and mud flaps done but when I showed up in the afternoon of morning it was supposed to done at the latest he showed up at seating area where I was sitting with one of my staff and just flew off the handle. This management is clearly over worked or incapable of meeting my expectations of adequate communication and commitment. I do not recommend using them and consider it a big mistake not visiting this place before allowing them to work on my truck.
Additional when I pointed out issues he said it was because they still had not done initial inspection.

Edit: the following day I received a bill for this inspection that apparently hadn't been done!

Bob and his crew are awsome to deal with. Very professional and my car wad done extremely quick. Would highly recommend them.

Had vehicle towed to wreckers without consent and before I could get my belongings out of it. Truly rude and unprofessional staff when try to speak to them. Got hung up on for asking where I could find my vehicle. Save yourself the trouble! Stay Clear!

In 43 years of driving I have never had to deal with an insurance claim and repair. Bob and staff at Leduc Auto Body were my saviours! From the get go they totally took over all correspondence etc, with the insurance company, booked my rental car, arranged pickup and repairs were completed a week early. I was overly impressed in how quick and easy they made this experience for me, it was greatly appreciated. 100% recommended.

Horrible job, this place does not back up their work, had paintwork done to my ram and it’s horrible. Paint is bubbling everywhere, looks like there is dirt mixed in it. The colour is not right. They put a good chip in the fender and said it was not them, looks like they dropped something on it. Had the manager look at it and he said it’s “good” and walked away. Now it has to go to a different body shop to fix the screw up this place did. EVERYONE STAY CLEAR, Super unprofessional facility

Excellent service! Body work required due to a collision. They were quick to get my vehicle in, parts ordered, and work complete. Stress free. Customer service was excellent with communication in the office, and very accommodating to give me a ride. I am happy to recommend Leduc Auto Body.

Had work done On my jeep commander. Had to take it back twice. They cut corners and the work did not last. My rear lift gate still leaks to this day. Won’t Warrantee their work. Terrible service find somewhere else to go.

Great body shop, very communicative, good service, will always refer and go back (hopefully I don't have to though!

The staff were very good at keeping me informed.
I met with the paint guy, who is exceptionally talented and takes alot of pride I his work.
