Not happy at all. Sept 2022 had air conditioning issues. They supposedly fixed the problem. Being Sept I had no use for using air conditioning. In May 2023 during the heat turned in air and it blew warm air. Made 1st appointment may 8, had to cancel. Got one for May 24. Had to cancel that 1 too. Finally got opportunity to take it in July 17 and was told it was a leak. The manager refused to listen to what I had to say. Offered 10% discount which I was forced to pay, or I don't get my vehicle. I asked for a better discount but the manager refused to even hear me out. I definitely urge everyone caution when going to this dealership for maintenance. I wrote In Dispute on the invoice but manager refused to give me a copy so all I had is whats attached. I certainly will be pursuing this matter further. I wasn't asking for a major discount and would've settled on 20%. The service manager instead started to tell me his air conditioning stories, which is typical of dealerships telling stories to upsell, or to buy their product.

Easy to book appt on their site. The servicing was great. They were fast signed me in quickly. Answered all my questions. The Service lady that dealt with me was very polite and friendly. Will definitely use this dealership for my service appts.

Had my vehicle towed to the dealership after hours, so left them a message. I called the next business day, they were already working on it. The communication, the service, the friendliness was top notch. When I picked my vehicle up, it was sparkling like it was brand new. Highly recommend this dealership.

My wife and I found the car we wanted at Leduc Dodge. From the initial contact right through to the test drive and purchase of the vehicle the guys at Leduc Dodge did a great job. There was no hard sell, condescending "car trade talk" or anything else that would have put us off this establishment. The whole process was very easy going and enjoyable. There is a cool vibe at that place. Neil (sales rep) and Natalia (finance) were awesome and really made this easy for us.

This is hands down the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I spoke to their Sales Manager, Brad McDonald, almost 6 months ago and asked him to find me a very specific vehicle.

Given the current stock levels of things since COVID I didn't expect much but 6 months down the road Brad found me the exact vehicle I was looking for! Features, model, color they got everything right.

They were able to provide me accurate pictures and upon viewing the vehicle it lived up to their description. The price was more then reasonable and negotiations were a breeze. I felt no pressure to buy being here and when I did buy, I got a great value for my trade in.

When a minor mechanical problem arose shortly after taking possession, the Service Manager Lonnie Artokivi was easy to deal with and had the vehicle in the shop within the week. The problem was fixed quickly!

I didn’t buy my jeep here but have been going for regular services over the past year and half. After one minor miscommunication I’ve been extremely happy with my experiences. During one oil change, they found 2 big issues that would have cost several thousand of dollars but luckily it was covered under my warranty that runs out shortly. Dawn is amazing at customer service and has gone above and beyond for me on 2 different visits.

Treated well, service staff are curtious and friendly. Sure I pay a premium for their work, but they have the tools, the space, the training I don't, and I am free to do what I need while they fix my car.
Have never had work done that was unotherized, and never had unnecessary work forced on me. No pressure tactics, they just tell the facts and I do what I can after that.

In August 2020, I ordered a new 2020 Dodge Challenger R/T from Richard Rivard. Richard was fantastic and great to deal with. He worked out a good deal for the car and gave me a good trade in value for my vehicle. When my Challenger was being built, he provided updates on the status of my car.

When my Challenger arrived at the dealership, Richard contacted me immediately so I could look at the car. Christina Randell made arrangements for someone to pick me up in Edmonton and drive me to the dealership. Natalia Sotnikova handled the paperwork and sales transaction. Christina delivered the car and showed me the different options & features. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, honest and straightforward. There were no high pressure sales and finance tactics.

What's great about Leduc Chrysler is they have a lot of long term staff (which is unusual in the car business). The Dealer Principal (Richard Rivard) has worked for Leduc Chrysler for nearly 30 years. The GM (Lonnie Artokivi) and New Car Sales Manager (Dean McGill) have been with the dealership for over 20 years.

I have never had such good service as I did at Leduc Chrysler. Kim and Dawn in the service department were beyond helpful and made sure everything was done that we were wanting. The courtesy shuttle ride home and back to the dealership was a huge plus as well. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone I know and be going back.

DO NOT BUY from this dealership. LEDUC DODGE RIPPED ME OFF! Make sure to check for factory rebates before purchasing from this dealership. They do not offer them and instead pocket them for themselves.

I purchased a 2021 dodge 1500 from this dealership last May and just found out that I was over charged by about $10,000.

When speaking to a friend that has a similar truck as mine that purchased around the same time but from a different dealership I found out that Leduc Dodge did not give me the manufacturer rebates, and overcharged on the overall sticker price of the truck. To say I am not happy is an understatement. RICHARD RIVARD full on over charged me and ripped me off.

The staff here (Neil, Natalia and so on) were more than accommodating and understanding of my situation of working out of town and living in another province and travel back and forth with minor windows of opportunity to sit down and accomplish anything. Once the vehicle arrived, the add on’s were installed, vehicle and paperwork were prepped and signing everything over was a breeze. Thanks for all the assistance.

I recently purchased a 2021 Grand Cherokee from Leduc Chrysler and Stephan, Dean (Go Leafs Go) and Natalia were excellent in every way possible to help me get my new vehicle. After a long-term wait on a repair (for parts) The staff was patient with me calling for updates, asking for options and doing their best to get my truck on the road. Big thanks to Chuck, Kim and especially Dawn!

I went to test drive a 2013 Traverse. Brad offered that he’d possibly let it go for 15000, and only 113,000 km. I jumped at chance. Traveled from north Edmonton to Leduc. When I got there he said there was a pending offer, but the guy only put $200 and doesn’t believe the person will be approved and suggested I put $500 down for my cash deal. The vehicle drove perfect. Then we started talking numbers and he started backpedaling with the offer. He said the car needed struts and wheel alignment so the price went up to 16,500 but 16,000 because he liked me. I wasn’t given the carfax immediately on request and later slipped my mind, but there was a previous 2500 damage claim on back bumper. By time this was divulged I already gave deposit.
Here’s the thing…. I went to another dealer who had same sales pitch…. There’s a pending deal so you better get on it ASAP and leave deposit. They should never hold 2 deposits on sane vehicle. Second I was looking at a Dodge Durango and he told me he was doing the same work on it. Struts and wheel alignment. Obviously their way of jacking up the price.
Brad would not budge at 16000 after offering 15000 and they are mailing a cheque after 5 days.
Buyers beware. This is not proper procedures

Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of detail from Leduc Chrysler. I brought my 2019 ram truck in for an inspection and 100,000km fluid change and interior detail. I got a call from service with a few items that need to be addressed. One of the items was an oil change.if they looked at the sticker in the windshield they would see it was completed less than 3000km ago. Then the "typical" air filters a dealership likes to sell. I explained that the engine air filter was replaced less than 3000km ago. He continued to say it was dirty and needed to be replaced. I finally agreed. They left the filter in the truck for me to look at. Yes it has a touch of dust on the outside but the rest is beautiful and white like it should be with less than 3000km.

Second item is they wanted to do a wheel balance which I agreed needed to be done. They charged me over $150 to clean some dirt from my rim. Ok fair. But when I went to pick up my 2019 ram truck after paying over $3000.00 for "service" they couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick wash. Maybe the guy who charged me $150 to clean my rims could have given it a quick rinse?

Third item: The interior/exterior detail was never completed. He did explain that the lady who does it went off sick. Ok I can understand but the truck was in the shop for 8days and there was nobody else that could do it?

The last item that makes me realize the complete lack of detail at Leduc Chrysler is, my driver door has an awful squeak to it each time you open it. Normally I just put a quick spray on it and it's good for months. The service guys were in and out of my truck numerous times and would have definitely noted the loud squeak. But couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick spray.

The only attention to detail you will find at Leduc is when it comes to your bill.

So disappointed.

Everyone at this dealership from sale, service, finance, & administration are awesome to deal with. Had a great no pressure experience buying my truck. And when I take it in for service they are awesome. I drive past 4 other dodge dealers to come here and it’s worth it.
