We went to buy a new palisade. Made an appointment as well. We got the price details over email. The salesperson we made an appointment with was really busy and had no time to come say hi. The manager was apologetic and requested us to deal with another salesperson. We hesitated but agreed. This salesperson who was trying to help us asked for our budget, we said we don’t know the budget but we are here to look at Palisade Caligraphy 2024. The salesperson then asked if we are going to pay cash or finance. We asked if there is any incentive if we choose one over the other. The sales person said there is no incentive. So we decided since it doesn’t matter what option we choose, we might as well decide at the time of payment. We insisted to test drive the vehicle. On that the salesperson said they don’t want to show a vehicle which a customer cannot afford. We were surprised to hear that. We asked what is the price of the palisade calligraphy 2024. The salesperson said they cannot tell the price! That was a strange response because the price was on their website. So we spoke to the manager and mentioned we are here to look at palisade calligraphy and we like to drive it before we purchase. The manager acknowledged and gave us the vehicle to drive. The drive was good and the price was something we could easily negotiated on however, we decided not to purchase the vehicle from this dealership and instead go to a different Hyundai dealership. We felt there sales staff is more suitable for conventional customers who prefer to talk about monthly payments first rather than things such as options, reliability, warranty, total price and the cost of ownership in 5 or 10 years. Anyways, thank you for reading my long rant. Just thought I’d share my experience with the community. Hopefully this helps.

Dave and Sydney are reliable, honest and made the car buying process very easy. They are very personable and help you feel at ease. They take the time to answer any questions I may have and even offered me driving lessons in my new Manual. They go above and beyond for you. These people sold us a car that had preexisting conditions, and told us it was in perfect working conditions.we spent a lot of money to buy a car only for it to go completely out on us a few months later. They basically stole our money and we have to pay even more to get it fixed now. I would not recommend buying a car from them.

The above is one of the many issues the Consumer Protection Act protects consumers from.

I tried to price and build a vehicle with Hyundai Canada online and use Leduc Hyundai as the garage to pick up from. This dealership would not honor what they said they would provide, and insisted on trying to upsell me into their existing stock, saying that there was no way I could buy from them at the price they'd given me.

I will be making a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act. Extremely unethical. The sales women were amazing. This issue was coming from their manager.

STAY AWAY! Zero Stars if I could
Left with a bent clutch and fork and
odometer rolled back 40,000 Km
$5000 to repair Leduc Hyundai's shoddy mechanical work.
Worst and most incompetent management and service imaginable. Brought my Hyundai Elantra GT in last year for a warranty engine replacement as I broke down in Leduc and it was the closest Hyundai dealership. It took about 4.5 months for all repairs to be completed. I picked up my car 4 times and had to returned it all 4 times (3 times back to Leduc Hyundai and the last time to a different mechanic). 1st time I picked it up the speedometer wasn't working at all and my breaks didn't work. Made it about 100 m down the road before returning the car. After being assured that everything on the car had been looked at and repaired I picked it up a 2nd time. This time the speedometer worked intermittently and the clutch pedal was sticking to the floor intermittently as well. My car stalled with the pedal pressed to the floor. This time I only made it 50 m down the road before turning around. The mechanic and service manager assured me that everything with my clutch was looked over and was good to go. They also told me that my entire instrument cluster needed to be replaced as that was the cause of the speedometer issues and all other connections were fine and had been checked. While waiting for the cluster to arrive I took my car home and my clutch continued to stick. When I took my car into get the cluster replaced I asked them to look at the clutch again. They took the car for a short test drive with me and told me everything with the clutch was fine and they couldn't fix something that wasn't broken. Upon paying for the cluster replacement I was told to never return by the service manager as we had had many heated discussions through out the 4.5 months about how the service of my car had been handled. After this I immediately took it to another mechanic to get the clutch looked at. Quickly they found that the clutch and fork had been bent and an extra piece had been added onto the slave cylinder piston to make up the distance due to the bent fork. Which is weird because I was told that nothing was wrong with my clutch and it had been looked over by Leduc Hyundai. During this repair they also noticed corrosion in and around the speed sensor which again I was assured by Leduc Hyundai was perfectly fine and not the cause of the speedometer issue. Also, while driving my car from Leduc Hyundai to the new mechanic I noticed that my odometer had been rolled back 40,000 km in the cluster replacement. Recently the brake caliper that was replaced by Leduc Hyundai seized and needed to be replaced after 8 months of use. All in all my free engine replacement has cost me close to $5,000 in repairs and a car that can't be sold with a rolled back odometer. So thanks Leduc Hyundai!

Customers Beware!
We took our 08 Santa Fe in for a recall February 7/23. We were told the recall involved replacing the front value cover gasket, alternator and serpentine belt for a serious oil leak. We told them not to rush as we would pick it up the next day. Here's what happened next!
When we went to pick it up we were told that the mechanic had stripped 3 bolts when putting it back together.
(Probably used an air ratchet)
They said the head would need to be removed and sent to a machine shop at our expense no less. They also tested the alternator and said it was fine, having oil leaking in it is not fine but a dangerous fire hazard. That's why it should have been replaced. The serpentine belt was cracked and frayed so why was it not replaced as also promised.
Bottom line they broke our vehicle, expected us to pay to repair it. They listed a number of front in parts we needed, to our surprise they had just been replaced and we had it aligned at OK tire and everything was fine. Maybe they thought a woman didn't know much but I'm a farm girl and married to an interprovincial licensed mechanic. Maybe their mechanic should consider a career change.
For the love of all that's good and honest, DO NOT take your vehicle to Leduc Hyundai as they have lied to us and are totally dishonest.

Update 3: They lied directly to Amvic even though I have evidence of the contrary as to what was said to them. Blatantly corrupt and dishonest. Hammad and Gaby will lie right to your faces. Do not trust this company. Habitual liars. Instead of owning up to their dishonesty you have lawyers involved for them to take any responsibility.
Update 2: Avoid this company like it can give you cancer. Untrustworthy and scammer like mentality. Avoid at all costs. If Hammad or Gaby are trying to sell you anything expect it to fail. Incompetent company.

Update: Brought vehicle in for repairs. Left without it being completed and having to pick up my vehicle from another dealership because they didn't have the equipment to fix it. Hummad specifically told my wife and I that the vehicle was inspected twice yet it was given back not fixed? Extremely incompetent and Hummad is a morally bankrupt individual who refuses to acknowledge he didn't do his job correctly.

EDIT: 5 weeks after purchase, car breaks down, 3k to get fixed,? I think not. BS excuses. Do not recommend.

Can't express my gratitude for the service provided to me, shout out to Gaby for exceptional service.

The worst experience ever Leduc Hyundai delivered my truck in a very unsatisfactory condition and unsafe very filthy tires were no good, oil stains all over the seats, stains on the plastic panels, check engine light on, cups holder is broken, head rest on middle seat it’s missing, upholstery it’s coming of the trim on top, battery are bad with corrosion, air filter completely clog up, oil filter old, hood lift hydraulics not working, dents on front and rear bumpers, scratches and paint chips around the truck, truck brakes are making loud squeaking noise, i don’t know how they say that this truck passed the safety inspection, there’s some pictures on how the truck arrived, non of this things ware mentioned to us and now they are avoiding us because they don’t want to take responsibility

I had no idea! I bought my beautiful Veloster last spring and took it in for its first service. Amber offered me to purchase a maintenance package that works at all the Hyundai's in the land and saves me money. It also ensures that I won't be offered things that aren't necessary. Now all I have to do is take the car in and have them do what needs to be done! Thanks Amber! She also hooked me up with some steel wheels and winter tires (cheapest in town!) and stored my tires for me. At the end of the day, I saved money all around and my car was ready to be picked up before it was supposed to be! WAS IT EVER CLEAN!

Oh! Finally! I forgot to mention, I asked Amber to check my alignment as I had enjoyed a few road trips this summer and she recommended a free check. It turned out it was out of alignment just by a hair. So important as I was putting on winter tires, I know they are softer and would chew up quicker. They got the alignment done that day and I still go the car back early! WOW!

I came in for an oil change and Ambyr let me know the recommended services for my vehicle. She was polite and informative without being pushy which I greatly appreciate. It’s a busy time of year so I didn’t do the services today but I’ll definitely be calling her when the holiday craziness is over! I had been searching for a truck when i stumbled across an ad on tiktok. I filled it out and expected nothing to come off it but i was wrong. I was contacted by Michelle at Leduc Hyundai and she was courteous, professional and diligent. She found me trucks that i wanted and worked hard to stay within my budget. She also had Josh the general sales manager working to find me the right situation and When i made the decision that a truck wasn’t right for me and that an suv was a better fit for my family they found a 2019 Santa Fe well within my budget. I had noticed a different Santa Fe on their website which was a bit beyond my budget and they worked with me and made it work for my situation and now i have an amazing vehicle and couldn’t be happier. Jesse the finance manager was also tremendously helpful and checked in after the delivery and i just can’t rave about this group enough. Go see the great team at Leduc Hyundai, you won’t regret it. I started my experience cautious as this was the first new car I had boughten on own. I was pleasantly surprised with all of my interactions. I was originally talking with Hummad who took the time to listen to my concerns and set up my initial appointment. Gaby was the salesman who listened again to my needs and wants with a new vehicle, he was so much fun to work with we laughed a lot, he is a super friendly guy. Jesse was the finance guy, and this is always where it get awful buying cars, but not this time! Jesse was fast and professional and did not once make me feel like I was under an interrogation to get car financing. He tailored my financing to my needs and was clear, thorough and not pushy. Finally Samy was the salesman who did my delivery. He was clear and straightforward. He asked thoughtful questions to ensure I fully understood the features of my new Elantra. I would absolutely recommend anyone to this dealership! Top notch customer service and a friendly environment. Thank you all!

I'm only leaving a 1 star because I can't leave zero stars. Josh Dugal and his brother Dan are terrible people. I took a used truck for a test drive and I had it looked at while on the drive and my mechanic said it wasn't remotely safe to drive. When I asked about it they wanted to charge me more to fix a car that they had on their lot! Like, a car should be safe if you are going to try to sell it. Not a vehicle with completely bald tires and leaks everywhere. Beware of these guys. If a Dugal works or ever worked there do not buy from!

They have low ratings, the place appears like a run down, mostly found that business quiet and they deserve that.
Personal experience:
I work close to the dealership so decided to give it a try and booked a service appointment over the phone at least a month in advance.
After a couple of weeks, I was passing by and thought to change the service date. I stopped and went to the service department, they couldn't find any information about me (so there was no appointment booked over the phone). Anyway while I was there, I provided them all the relevant information and did set up another appointment for May 22nd.
* They do not have a courtesy shuttle service but have access to uber. I asked a co-worker to pick/drop me to save them uber money.
I arrived a bit early for my appointment since I was just dropping off the vehicle and would have to return to pick it up later.
The attendant took the maximum time to book the first vehicle in and then it was my turn. Mostly the checks other dealerships/workshops do themselves, the attendant kept the customers to check the lights, indicators, etc (that is an old school practice).
Also to add other dealerships offer complimentary vehicle washes (free) for any service work. Here there was nothing and their work charges are the same as the other dealerships.
Anyway, I dropped off the vehicle. The attendant called me after a couple of hours and asked if I was interested to replace the cabin and air filter. He gave me a price quote and I asked him to replace those.
Later, they called me to come and pick up the vehicle. I went there, paid the bill and left.
Later, I checked the given invoice and noticed that they charged me for cabin and air filters and also charged me the labor for those. Just to add, I bought a service package.
I wanted to complain about the overcharge though next day I received a call from the dealership asking about my experience. I asked them that I would prefer talking to a service manager. They said that the service manager would call me back. Next day, I called and asked for the service manager. They said he will call you back. Later, Travis one of the managers called me. I explained to him that since there was a service package why did they charge me for the labor separately, also I stated that in case, if I asked them that I didn't want to replace those filters, they had to perform the same labor to put the original filters back in, also I mentioned that if I was told about the expensive labor charge to replace two filters, I could do it by myself.
The guy had no good reasons to justify the overcharge though he backed up the attendant that these are their standard work charges. I informed him that I would not return to their dealership again.
As I stated earlier the appearance of the dealership is exhausted and they have some isolated location work practices in place.

I purchased 2022 Tucson and traded leased 2018 Honda crv two weeks ago.
They said that you don't worry about leased 2018 Honda crv, we will take care of everything that car. Because there is leasing buyout amount. If they keep that car, they have to pay off leasing buyout amount.but they haven't pay yet. I know Honda dealer ship doesn't accept other company's dealer ship pay the leasing buyout amount. Honda only accept me to pay it. I told Leduc hyundai about this issue. But they didn't listen to me. So I gave them a solution. They never gave me a solution. There is only solution that I pay first to Honda, then Leduc hyundai pay me. This is only one fast. It has been two weeks since I purchased.
They did nothing. Just wait and wait.they don't care if my lease deadline which is in 5 days. I have too much stress.
How damm they are.
Worst of worst experience ever.
I recommend not to go to this dealer ship absolutely.
Sales and financial departments they're all same damm. Sales manager even tricked me. It was not confused. It was a trick. I know there are lots of victims as me.
Trick, lie, excuse these are all in their mind.
I recommend again don't go to this dealership absolutely.

I just bought a Mazda CX-3 with the help of Ray & Olga! They were so incredibly helpful, caring, knowledgeable, very personable & genuine people, that were also both so fast in their responses & doing what needed to be done! Olga went to my bank, not once, but twice to get me the best interest rates possible, and drove to my work in the evening to show me the vehicle. Ray, amongst many other things, even figured out a way to add a remote start that I so wanted, but I didn’t think I could afford. And he also took other measures to help make the deal more affordable for me. Even after the deal was signed, Ray continued to go FAR above & beyond, even cleaning out my old car for me & driving my belongings to where I was working & helped me with several other things that were really not his obligation to do, just to help me out. He has a heart that wants to help-a legit a genuine soul who truly cares. And that’s a rare thing, I’ve found. I was truly blessed, not only by all they did to make this happen for me, but truly, by the people they were.

Took my car in (which was totally fine) for routine service appointment and was informed my tires needed to be replaced and an alignment completed on my next checkup.

On my way home my car veered horribly to the left constantly and a strong vibration felt in the steering.

They apparently rotated tires without my consent and when I came back they told me they would not fix it unless I bought their tires. They did what they could to trick me into thinking I needed to buy their tires and pay for an alignment. And that the alignment issues and vibration were from potholes. I didn’t hit potholes.

After wasting my time there and feeling unheard I took my car to an independent mechanic and was told my tires and vehicle was fine. Since then, my car drives fine and there’s no vibration at all.

These people will go the extra mile to make you pay an extra dollar.

Stay far away.

Probably one of the worst dealerships I’ve been to. I am at a point where I regret purchasing a vehicle at this dealership.
Service unfortunately takes forever (longest I’ve had to sit was 4 hours for a simple maintenance), they did not even offer a shuttle at that point, also totally overpriced. They switch up appointments. After confirming my appointment on the phone a couple days before my scheduled appointment it did not show up in their system anymore after I’ve already arrived at the dealership and they were full for the day. Besides a simple “I’m sorry” they did not show any effort to satisfy me as a customer.

This was the second car that I've purchased from the Dealership. I love my Kona. The staff this time around was SUPER friendly. They listened to what I had to say about my wishes. They also listened to what it was that I needed in my car. They were able to give me exactly what I needed/wanted at exactly the price that I wanted to pay. There was no pressure put on me to sign the deal. I would highly recommend seeing Ray & Olga for your next vehicle, tell them that I said hello! What do you have to lose?

We recently purchased our first Hyundai and couldn't be happier to have found Leduc Hyundai.

Our salesman Jamie Vaillancourt, the sales manager Hummad, and the finance manager Jesse were all unreal.

We booked an appointment with Jamie and from the very get-go we felt welcomed, comfortable, and never rushed or pushed into anything.

Jamie and Hummad made the negotiation process easy and worked very hard to fit our brand new 2021 Santa Fe into our bi-weekly budget, while Jesse walked us through all the finance aspects in an easy to understand manner

The trade-in process was easy, and everything was incredibly well explained all the way through. They held to their word on every promise, price, and the delivery date and we could honestly not be happier.

We would absolutely recommend Leduc Hyundai, Jamie, Hummad, Jesse and the team to anyone looking to purchase a new Hyundai!

I went to Hyundai Leduc over a year ago to get a 2019 Kona and my service at that the time wasn't good at all, I will leave that experience at that.
I returned there to Trade in my Kona and got over the top service by my salesman Jamie, the Sales Manager was awesome and a great Finance team to help me get everything I wanted in a vehicle.
Hyundai Leduc is under new Management and I noticed it hugely.
If you had a bad experience in the past with this dealership, I highly recommend trying them again, everyone deserves a second chance.

I am so happy with the way I was treated here. Its been a long time since I left a dealership feeling proud and not like I got the dirty end of the stick. My new vehicle is great! Had a rocky start to my 1st service with them, as apparently all their techs were late because of the storm. (I had just driven from Red Deer through the same weather) I was worried that I wasn't going to get back to R. D.in time for work, but they made it up to me with a very speedy service, friendly customer service and filled my gas tank for me. Thanks! More pleasant experience then I have had from the dealership I bought it from Gary Moe Hyundai in Red Deer (Whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle from Red Deer Hyundai)

We dealt with a salesperson named Michelle and a manager Shawn. They were both absolutely fantastic. They are honest and have integrity. No hidden fees and they do everything they can to give you the best deal! I would travel far to do business with them!

Place is an absolute joke, had my serpentine belt blow after 35,000 km. First of all the tow through road side assistance only covers up to 100 k to closest dealership which would have been grande prairie but we were set to leave from Edmonton to Mexico in like 21 hours asked if it could be sent to Edmonton and still cover 100 km nope. Only 35 to “one of our choice” even though the difference between going back to gp or Edmonton was only about 50 km. So then we had to have it sent to Leduc Friday morning. They called later that day and let us know it’s not covered under warranty because I guess belts are only covered up to 20 k which is completely ridiculous considering these belts should last at LEAST 60k + and gave us the quote, we tell them okay go ahead with it and we’re leaving to Mexico in the morning so we would just pick it up when we return. Then we call first thing Saturday when we got back and they tell me it’s still not done, they’re still waiting for the part that they didn’t even order until THURSDAY, so 5 days after we dropped it off and that even if we got a belt from Napa or something in town they still wouldn’t be able to complete it till Monday.even though it takes 45 minutes to put in. So we had to cancel our plans to go to Calgary and had to sit around with no vehicle till 2 pm Monday. Then we go in to get it finally and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to compensate for their lack of diligence in getting the part in, Dan from service told me I was “abusing my car” because it was muddy from our friends farm road. Which when my husband looked at it in the first place there was literally no mud in or around where the belt is that should’ve caused it to tear. And it wasn’t a clean tear either, it looked like a defected belt. He then proceeded to tell us about 5 times that we need to properly wash the under carriage to prevent further damage, so after having my car sit in there lot for TEN DAYS they couldn’t even give it a courtesy wash, because according to Dan “that would’ve taken 2-3 hours to do”. Then to top it off another service representative laughed at my husband when he was voicing his frustration. LOL literally the WORST customer service I have ever had.

Service Advisor Thomas is so polite & so energizing, he made me feel so welcome, great customer service, service department is the most important department at the dealership. It's like many years after purchased a vehicle. Keep up the good work.

The guys and gals at Leduc Hyundai are high energy, curteous, and respectful. I have gone from Red Deer to do repeat business and partly because their service department is always on time, curteous, and all appear to like their jobs! That's tough to find in the service industry anymore. Keep up the good work Leduc and I look forward to referring family and friends.

We worked with Leo to help upgrade a 2007 Ford Focus to something more fuel efficient, travel friendly, and a few new bells and whistles. We very happily drove away in a 2019 Tuscon from Leo's recommendation. All of the staff at Leduc Hyuandi were great to work with. Leo especially took all of our needs and wants into consideration to find the perfect fit for us!
