We got a new garage door opener. Quick and friendly service. We went with the top model, and it does not disappoint. Super quiet, great lighting, and the camera connected to your smartphone is awesome. The video keypad upgrade is amazing also.

We had searched around for companies to replace our old garage door and got a quote from Leduc overhead door and they were amazing right from the beginning when we dealt with Suzy, right up to the installation. Suzy responds promptly and professionally to any enquiry. We contacted Suzy about a minor concern, and she sent out someone to do a minor adjustment and they came the very next day. I highly recommend them, as they are always extremely customer service oriented, professional, polite, and do amazing work.

Our garage door frame popped out and pushed the garage door back 1.5’. Called these fine folks and they came same day and fixed and added screws around the frame to keep it from happening again. Thanks again for your quality service

We had a small emergency at Walterdale Theatre. Our fire door between the theatre and the shop would not stay open and although we could prop it open it could be unsafe for our cast. They sent out a two man crew and they were very nice and professional. They took care of it in no time at all. Take a bow!

Mike, from Leduc Overhead door was incredibly accommodating! My garage door unfortunately stopped working yesterday as I tried to shut it.it got stuck sideways and would not close all the way. I called this company today and after only a couple of hours Mike arrived! From the moment he arrived he was polite, knowledgeable and had no problem explaining to me exactly what I need to look for! He was also great and patient with my 4 year old who was asking him multiple questions about what he was doing my door was fixed in no time!

We had a break in where our large overhead door was completely smashed down to access our shop and valuables. Our local contractor was not interested in helping us short notice so we contacted Leduc overhead door. Within minutes we had confirmation of materials and crew dispatched to our site. We are building a new house. Our builder was having trouble getting garage doors from his supplier and I was set on a Steelcraft door. Everyone told me that it was going to be a long wait and we may have to move in without a door. I contacted Suzy and she came to the rescue. I placed the order on February 24 and the door was installed on April 13. Thanks Suzy and the team at Leduc Door. I have already referred a friend to them.

The spring on my overhead door broke early in the morning. I called L. O. D when they opened and they had a service technician come by the same day in the early afternoon. Mike, did a great job replacing the springs, and fixed a couple of other issues: replaced some broken hinges, new cover for the activator and also sprayed my tracks with graphite and rust coat.

One of the springs broke on our garage door over the weekend. We called the company who had originally installed the door when the house was built (5 years ago) and they sent us Mike. What can I say, very personable guy, efficient, quick, explained what he had done and went above and beyond by doing some adjustments and lubricating the moving parts. The door is now better than ever and we’re very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely great sales and service. I am completing a shop in a remote location. Needed two new 10 foot doors and 3 door openers including one for 14 and 12 foot door. Suzy got us a reasonably priced quote very promptly. She knew what we needed and exactly what would work. The new doors and Lift-Masters are amazing. Battery backup. Remote motion lights. WIFI compatible and phone App. Programmable. 3 Inside and 3 outside door openers and 6 remotes. Way more then we expected. Installation was on day promised and done professionally. I would strongly recommend this firm.

So my garage door stops working on a Thursday night before a long weekend. I'm thinking, "great, I won't be able to get it fixed before the cold weather sets in as everyone will be booked already and some folks will take the Friday off to make it a 4 day weekend! " However, I called Leduc Overhead Door Friday at 8 AM morning and my door was fixed by 10 AM.

My garage door stopped working. The springs had broke and the cables detached. Mike was able to come to repair the door within an hour of my call. He had all the necessary parts in his van so my door was fixed within a couple of hours. He was pleasant and professional and offered some great advice regarding my door.

I phoned you guys for some work on door as it was grinding. Talked to Raya and told her about problem. She said she could have the guys over in a couple of hours. In less than that, there were 2 guys at my door. They asked the problem and with in a couple mins they new what was wrong and proceeded to fix the problem.
