Did a bunch of shopping for Air Conditioning for the Edmonton area and discovered Leduc Plumbing and heating. I had several business come by to do quotes.
LPH has the most thorough inspection for my home for the AC installation. It showed attention to detail compared to all the other businesses.

I got my ac installed with them and they did a very good job. A few months after the install, I had a couple questions regarding my unit and they came by to follow up on my questions and explain things. They didn't charge me for the visit either which was really nice customer care touch to the entire experience. I'd easily recommend them to friends and family.

I dealt with John from Leduc plumbing and heating (LPH). Very prompt response. They sent Chad and Ken at the time they specified. They did another trip from Thorsby back to Leduc at no extra cost. They were both very professional and clean. They took the time to explain answers to all of my questions. I called around to a lot of different places and I decided to deal with LPH and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for it. They’re professional services at very reasonable prices, and a prompt response. You can’t ask for anything better than what they provided.

I called on the weekend. Chad came and fixed our water leaking problem. We were very surprised the price was very reasonable. And best of all the repair was done immediately. We were very pleased.

Had my furnace repaired by another company and it had developed a vacuum noise and had the repair person back and he could not find it or fix it. Had PLH out today and they had it fixed in short order knowing what they were doing and will save myself money and just call them the next time I need service. Than you LPH.

Had a technician show up today to unclog out main drain, super friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend and call them again!

I've used LPH to install an ac and a furnace in two seperate occasions.

Most recently I had a blower motor go and had to replace the entire system. My furnace totally died and I was left without heat. I had 3 company's including LPH give me a quote. The second company that came said that LPH would beat their price 9/10 then went on to explain that its because LPH is a smaller business they can provide prices closer to cost but that warranty would not be the same and repairs wouldn't be done as well. I was quoted 5500 at the lowest price for a new furnace by the other two companies and they bad mouthed one another

When LPH came, they were extremely professional, did not bad mouth any other company and simply described what they needed to do and offered me space heaters until I could get a new furnace in.

I got a quote less than an hour later. Cordelle brought me 4 space heaters, and booked me in for the next day. The installers were great, friendly, respectful of my house and professional.

If I can save you time booking several quotes. Go LPH. It's cheaper, less hassle, more personable and very professional

I had a similar experience with the AC install years past. I dont think I'll ever bother going with a different company for anything HVAC related

Everytime we have a problem, Matt always comes out he's developed an awesome relationship with us, and the Garlough family is same way keep up the good work.

We called about 4 weeks ago in regards to having a tech come out to quote us on an AC unit. Tech called and said they were coming out on Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and no one shows up…we called a couple days later to inquire. The woman on the phone was very nice and said they would get the tech to call us back ASAP. 4 weeks later and we are still waiting for a call… horrible service. Glad we went with someone else who already installed the system for us.

I had a plumber from LPH come to my home last week to fix a few issues we've been having around our home. One of the issues was that one of the toilets in our home was not filling so the water kept running through the tank. We have a top flush toilet and when he opened the lid on the tank he said he's never seen a fill system like the one in our toilet and said he couldn't get the part for it, and even if he could it would cost $300 plus labor so deemed our toilet not not fixable and said we should get a new one! He replaced the valve on the fill line and did a few other things and was on his way. Later that day I called LPH not believing what this plumber had told me. He did some investigating and called me back and said the toilet was from home depot and that I could get the part there. A few days later I turn the valve on, and low and behold my bathroom is now full of water because the plumber didn't screw the fill line back onto the valve! I call LPH again with my complaint, I was told he would investigate and call me back. Guess what? HE NEVER DID! I take the part I was told needed replacing and ran all over the city to find a replacement. No one sells them. Wanting to see the water run in the tank, today i put the piece back in, turned the water on and the fill assembly does not need to be replaced, the float does! Had the plumber turned the water on in the first place he would have known this. And that fill assembly he said needed replaced is actually called the flush assembly.

When I mentioned we've been having sewage smells coming up through on of our upstairs sinks, and the main floor bathroom he told me to dump vinegar down the drain!

He did do some plumbing work in the basement which I am having second guesses about considering all the above mentioned.

From this whole experience, I am more upset about not getting a call back after my last complaint because of this I will not use LPH again.

Service was great, fast and friendly. Weekend charges are ridiculous. I get there is overtime for workers but what they charge is horrendous!

Check into using someone other than LPH. They replaced the control board on our furnace & did not put the correct igniter in at the same time. I called & they said they would reimburse for the 2 igniters that burnt out as we were getting the one that they left in the furnace not knowing it was the wrong one. Then they reneged and would not pay for the parts that were burning out because they didn't do the job correctly in the first place. The tech Mike said it was the wrong one & should have been replaced when the board was put in.

5 stars for the plumbing work that Simon has done for us - some of it involved repairing a previous owner's DIY, and we can't say enough about Simon's skills, profesionalism, troubleshooting and quality of work. Thank you Simon - you are a lifesaver. We're beyond pleased with your work and will have you back again soon for some routine maintenance. Merry Christmas!

I asked for a quote for my house for a new furnace and tankless water heater. The tech came out on January 3,2022, and took some measurements and then told me he would get back to me with pricing. It has been a week and a half and I haven’t heard a thing about the quote. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

We Have used LPH on a couple of differentoccasions for different services and have had great service and quality workmanship every time. Simon was very professional on his first visit to us, so much do that we specifically asked for him on subsequent visits.

Just had my new Lennox furnace installed by LPH. Previous experience dealing with these guys, same results.
They call before the hit the road, they show up early, they work hard until the job is done. No complaining, no fuss, and they respect your property. And the work area is spotless before they leave. Friendly and professional, exactly as quoted and that even included for me, some unforeseen extras that needed to be addressed. LPH was the
ONLY company that actually performed a site visit before providing me with a quote. Everyone else lacked the professionalism.
**I sleep in the room right next to the new furnace with only drywall separation and I can't hear this machine fire up or run at all. Just a couple of days but so far it's all perfect. I can just feel the air moving in the room. I've seen a few reviewers mentioning noisy Lennox furnaces, but this is the low end high efficiency model and trust me, she's whisper quiet. Don't hesitate to call LPH, and don't worry about a noisy furnace. These guys are pros.

These guys were great, I called really early, talked to (Sarah I believe), she is great. I was scheduled for a late appointment for the afternoon, they showed up way early. Got the furnace goinq quick. And the price is right. I will definitely use them again.

They came out fast to diagnose the problem with my furnace and it was fixed as soon as they got the parts in. Would 100% recommend them!

Leduc Plumbing and Heating has given us very good service. We hired a plumber to come in to fix a leak and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to get the leak fixed, including two return trips thay they did not bill us for. They are prompt, friendly, fair and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend their services to others in and around Leduc. LPH replaced my hot water tank and furnace. The plumber Dennis is an artist with copper pipe, and Jarrod and partner were very good and quick at replacing the furnace and exhaust. The installation looks very professional and clean. I am impressed with the equipment, and with the attitudes and professionalism of the technicians.

I would highly recommend this company! I've had them clean our furnace and ducts for the past 2 years and always receive very professional service. I am a tenant and due to a miscommunication within the company managing my property I was without AC or heat for 2 months. Finally I got a call from LPH and they genuinely cared about getting my furnace up and running as soon as possible. They were very friendly on the phone and managed to squeeze me into their schedule on very short notice. The service was quick and professional. Highly recommended!

We had our Central Air unit quit in 30°c on Sunday of the long weekend. I called the service number looking for the part I needed to repair it myself. The repair tech called me right back confirming he had the part and he met up with me between repair jobs at 7: 00pm on a Sunday evening. Thanks for going above and beyond to help me out so I could get our home back to a comfortable level.

My 2nd call to them in a year. Ist visit was quick and to the point with repair, 2nd visit had a quick fix for my problem and minimal charge. Got me in on a next day cancellation. Well done.

Appointment was set up by a wonderful woman (Sharon? I can't remember her name!) who was a delight to talk to. Technician (named Tyler) called before coming and was able to make it earlier than planned, which is a bonus!

Tyler was professional, relaxed, confident, knowledgeable, and respectful. As I'm a former tradesman, I can say that he's definitely the type of guy I'm comfortable having work on my home equipment. He even caught a few things from the previous owner that I hadn't noticed.

The price was bang-on what I expected as a fair price as well. It was a pleasure to be able to have him, and I'll definitely be contacting LPH again.

PS: I've also used LPH on a professional level in a past career in Devon and personally had no issues with them or their pricing. I can vouch for them both for commercial and residential.

I would not hesitate to refer this company for a second. I called on a Monday morning with a water issue, they arrived within an hour and diagnosed the problem immediately. Cordell was extremely professional and honest on what needed to be replaced. He was back the very next day and within hours, had everything installed. He left the area cleaner then when he arrived and was respectful during the entire job. I would highly recommend this company and they will be my only call for future problems and maintenance! Price is very reasonable and all staff are organized and great to deal with

Come on time and delivered what was promised. Job was done quickly and without needing constant attention. Big job, needing 2 days. When all done, brooms came out and everything was cleaned. Very pleased every time we used LPH.

Earlier I wrote a poor review. I was stressed with the death of my husband and things not working that I was now responsible for. Since then things have been resolved and I am very pleased with attention I have rec'd.from the owner. I would definitely recommend this company.

They have always been great and fast during an emergency. Sometimes there very busy though and I have had a couple times my call wasn't returned

Very helpful when my main floor washer over flowed they were at my house in no time to make sure the water didn't travel to far and fill my furnace!

We contacted a few companies last October when our hot water tank died on us. We decided that since it had to be replaced, we'd look at also replacing our furnace at the same time before it decided to do the same. Of all the companies we contacted, LPH was by far the most professional and responsive of the many questions we had, and offered several options to choose from for not only equipment, but payment. The installers are all friendly and professional, and the work was done with care and attention. They also took care of the paperwork required for both manufacturer and government rebates, because we were too busy enjoying the new furnace to do it ourselves. Rob, Marty, Janine, Tyler were all great to deal with (as well as those that I have forgotten the names of, and I apologize!)

They were careful and attentive of surroundings,
Minimized messes by laying liners and boxes,
and cleaned up well after the work was done, as well, which is greatly appreciated!

Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed.

A+ Outstanding service Rick and Will. Woke up this morning with a dead furnace at -25. Called in at 7: 30, and Will left the shop at 8 to come out and fix the malfunctioning parts. A couple hours, and we were back on the road. Top notch emergency service. These guys also installed a fairly large 2 unit A/C system for my folks years back, they were very pleased as well. Great guys and gals to deal with at all stages. Would definitely call again. So very thankful to have heat again. Call with confidence.

Fantastic service! We used LPH for our central air installation and furnace cleaning.

One of the owners, Curtis, came to do the initial quote for the installation. His quote was dead-on. There was no b/s or hidden fees with him and he was very kind. They were cheaper than both Reliance and Weiss-Johnson even with a larger unit and superior brand. Don't rent with Reliance! The rep from WJ had a copy of their rental contract and it wasn't good.

The installation went well and the staff at their office was always knowledgeable and friendly when I would phoned in with questions.

We chose them to clean our vents and furnace because of our past experience. Their initial quote was more than double Advance's quote, but it included an a/c bypass and a few other things we needed. LPH was more thorough in their quote, whereas Advance's was just for a bare bones clean.

Our home-builder had done the pre-possession clean with Advance. They didn't even touch the cold air returns where the dry-wallers had swept their dust into. Rob from LPH was incredibly thorough and professional. They went above and beyond and just like their a/c quote, it was dead-on. No b/s, no hidden fees.

We haven't had go use them for a service call, and I hope we never have to. But if we do they are the ones we will phone first.
