The food is outstanding, we ordered a couple dishes that we had no idea about and they were fantastic. Can't stop thinking about the awesome flavor got to go back. Such a friendly place too
Wouldn't imagine we would find an authentic 자장면 (Black Bean Noodle) in Edmonton. This is our second time here and we enjoyed every dish we ordered. Black Bean Noodle, Bibimbub, Tofu spicy soup, Garlic fried chicken, and Sweet& Spicy fried chicken.
If you're into Korean, or want to try something you watched on K-Drama, this is the place I would recommend for an authentic taste.
We enjoyed our experience here. We had pork bokkeum and claypot bulgogi, both are flavorful and have generous serving. Potato salad, kimchi bean sprouts on sides are fresh. The server was polite and attentive.
I had a spicy tofu stew, damn really yummy, side dishes are yummy, great service, clean washroom, here is more likely fine dining restaurant with decent price by the quality, if you have never tried Korean foods, I recommend you to come to check here
We ordered delivery and the food was simply delicious the portions are good! The preparation and delivery time was fast and the value for what we got was amazing. Will certainly get food from this restaurant again. Happy I tried them
I like to eat Korean noodles, but because I like to eat so much so I feel that the noodles are not enough to eat. This time I felt that there was too much oil in the pancake, so the taste was mediocre, not as good as last time, and there was super little seafood in it. I lost a lipstick in the store. I'm really upset.
I’ve been going to this place since 7th grade (2015-2016) and they never disappoint. I am not Korean myself but the food they serve always has a home cook feeling (not sure if it’s just déjà vu but after having a meal at lee house I always feel so happy). Not only is the food there great if you’re looking for home cook authentic Korean meals but the servers and owner of the restaurant are always so welcoming and kind, open to answering questions when you don’t know what to order or don’t know the dish. Also very accommodating if to spice levels if ever you need to tone down the spice. LEE HOUSE also hands down has the best kimchi in town, I’m not sure if they sell just the kimchi but whenever we have our meals I always constantly ask for refills on the side of kimchi. Portion size wise I’d say it’s moderately good, most of the dishes are good to serve 2-3 people (the soups though are likely serve 4 people). Definitely recommend everyone to go there if you want a home type Korean meal. Parking is just a little hard sometimes, and I wish the location of the store was not near such a sketchy area (not really a problem during the day time). This store deserves more recognition and more visitors though. The food is truly amazing here.
