Today was my first time seeing Dr. Nadim Daya. I had been in pain the last 2 months & he has finally relieved it! Thank you so much!

Dr. Sheldon was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. He was able to help resolve my lower back issues promptly!

Dr. Daya is super friendly and knowledgeable, he took time to assess my body and find things that I didn't even think of. Very caring and nice doctor. Front admin is also very kind. Nice and clean place. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Anna Rivard she works magic when it’s comes to massages and Dr. Nadim is by far one of the best Chiropractors I’ve ever been to. Online bookings with reminders make things easy as they have lots of flexibility when scheduling.

My usual clinic is in the NW but since I recently moved to Legacy SE, I decided to save myself the 1.5 hours trek and go to Legacy Chiro (which is 5 mins from my house) for an appointment about 3-4 weeks ago. I had an consult and adjustment done by Dr Sheldon Browse. He did a cold adjustment on my neck (both sides) and less than 24 hours later, I had what my doctor said was a neck injury and what my physiotherapist said was a mild concussion.

As a result of this injury, I couldn't drive my car, had to call in sick days at work, had book additional appts with my physio to help me with the pain and dizzy spells (inflamed and twisted nerves) and cancel a vacation which cost me $520 in cancellation fees since I was in no shape to fly.

I shared my feedback and experience with Dr Nadim Daya (clinic owner) who was very polite and apologetic. He asked me to have a call with Dr Browse and give him this feedback directly. I probably wouldn't have Dr Daya not offered that (quote) "After your discussion, I can look into ways to see if we can help limit the burden this is placing on you physically, emotionally and financially".

He offered; I did not ask.

I did as Dr Daya asked and it turned out that "help limit the burden this is placing on you physically, emotionally and financially" meant Dr Daya can “offer 40-50% off services in his clinic until I am well on the road to recovery". No mention of my out of pocket costs to deal with this injury, not even an offer to reimburse the $90 bucks that I paid for the adjustment when this happened. I also thought it was quite ridiculous for Dr Daya to think I would ever return to his clinic again or depend on the clinic that hurt me so badly to also fix me. Injure me and then charge me half price to fix me. What a silly suggestion.

I decided not to respond (even though I wanted to). I decided instead to share my experience as I think knowing that my review might save others from an experience like this is worth more than monetary reimbursement (it would have saved me). Had Dr Daya actually offer something substantial, I might have said yes and then I couldn't really write or post this review (also shared on BBB).

In the many years I’ve had chiro adjustments (6-12 times a year for over 5 years), I didn’t know that injury was so common as I’ve never had something like this happen to me. I found out people I know never go to chiro because of this possibility and because of the little to no accountability if something bad WAS to happen (like it did to me).

It has now been 3-4 weeks since this happened, and I am glad to say the dizzy spells are much less frequent and recovery is looking positive.

I have learned a lot from this experience. One lesson is that never compromise on quality care to save yourself a long drive. Another one is that chiro injuries are so common that some clinics don’t take or feel any responsibility. Another one is that I will definitely never return to this clinic again.

Dr. Nadim Days is not only a SUPERB Chiropractor, he's a wonderful human. Doesn't push or upsell, rather treats and supports your body alignment/ ailments with the utmost professionalism. As a bonus, ALL of his staff are so nice and make a great TEAM.and both Koby and Daniella are amazing RMTs!

Dr. Nadim is amazing. His staff arw very friendly and knowledgeable. This clinic truly cares about their clients and the service standards delivered to their clients.

I have never been able to find a clinic for all my needs. The benefits of having my chiropractor, massage therapist and physio therapist all in one place is amazing. They can communicate on my file and keep reassessing my health needs very easily with one another proving the best care for me in a quick time frame.

I truly appreciate Dr. Daya and his skills as a chiropractic practitioner. His respectful, kind and caring approach goes above and beyond my experience with previous Chiropractor's. Not only has he expanded the traditional skill set with additional training in the use of laser and other tools, he is also working on his acupuncture certification! To emphasize just how fantastic Dr. Daya is, he eagerly and happily researches information on specific topics of concern for his patients and remembers to check in and follow up to ensure that you are completing the home care he recommends! I am so thankful for his gentle and open minded approach in supporting his patients and community. He truly cares about the health and well-being of his patients! It's incredibly refreshing and a wonderful experience. He is a good hearted human that I am thankful for.

The Massage Therapist, Ms. Victoria Mstoev was so excellent. She’s very knowledgeable with her skills. The front desk staff were very welcoming and everything was organized

I loved this clinic! Dr. Daya was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable. My first adjustment was amazing and I went to work right after feeling refreshed! Would definitely recommend this chiropractor and have already recommended to others.
