If there was a zero I would give that. Anyone buying a used Chrysler product that is within the factory warranty timeframe BEWARE! This dealership charges you to transfer the warranty. It is against Chrysler’s policy to do this as the warranty goes with the vehicle AT NO CHARGE to the customer. They are stealing your money! And no they won’t give it back. Steer clear of this dealership! Unless you like a dealership that steals your money.

Just bought a used vehicle from this dealership and I must say, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal! You rarely see this level of customer service anymore. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic, including our sales rep, Letisha, the warranty manager Steve, and the general manager Trevor. If you are in the area looking for a new or used vehicle this is the place to go, you won't be disappointed.

Got some recommended service work done to my 2019 Ram 1500. The service team, Craig, Nicole and Gord were amazing to deal with. They explained the importance of protecting my investment (my truck) by doing the services to prolong the life of my transportation. I was happy with the quote that was given to me and the timeline that was promised was adhered to. I appreciated the updates throughout the day so that I could keep my life moving forward.

Absolutely amazing staff at this dealership. Going through town and lost all pressure in one of my tires, seen the dealership and made it back to it. The service side was closed but the manager and staff welcomed me, my son and dog inside and got my spare put on themselves! They we so nice and friendly, did not charge me anything after all that. These people are awesome! While driving through Claresholm on my way to Calgary, my passenger side front wheel well liner broke and was scraping on the road. I went to Legacy Dodge in Claresholm, because it was right there and it was open. The woman at the desk was so nice and took me to Craig at the service desk. Right away he looked at it and knew what to do. They put it up on the hoist and in the time it took me to wash my hands, the mechanic fixed it and drove it back to the parking lot! They were all so friendly and understanding and when they wouldn't charge me for their work, I had tears in my eyes! They "just wanted to help a traveler get back on the road". Such great service with the most kind-hearted people. They literally turned my day around!
