I've been dealing with them for about 8 years and so far I've been treated good.

I recently bought a great used van at a fair price. Despite a bit of miscommunication, this dealer went above and beyond to ensure they delivered a safe and mechanically sound vehicle

Worst experience I’ve had with a dealership. Aweful at calling back. Messed up the financing witch ended with me getting a huge bill.

Highly recommend Legacy dodge, I had been through a few different dealerships recently, all with very pushy salesmen trying to push vehicles on me that was out of my budget and that I didn’t want, they worked tirelessly to get me into the vehicle I wanted, took time to walk me through the entire lot and look at options. When I found my vehicle they worked magic to get me a lower interest rate then any other deal shop had given me. I never once felt pushed, they answered all my questions and was always available to me when I had questions or a short time crunches. Even staying after hours to deal with my spouses night shift work and availability, Won’t ever go anywhere else now.

Had my vehicle in for an inspection of issues I had been having. Service representative was provided with specific information as to the issues, and when they occurred. When I picked it up, representatives had done a road test and found nothing wrong. They cleared a code, despite me having done that a dozen times, and charged me for it - I specifically said that clearing the code had been done and did not solve the issue. Was charged ~$70 for a job that I had done many times before, and had asked them not to do.

In total, $340 for no new information.

Then I received advertisements from Sirius XM, whom had been given my personal information for advertising purposes.

Legacy Dodge not only overcharged and underperformed, but either sold or gave my personal information to third party companies in order to send targeted advertisements to me.

My wife and I have made a lot of vehicle purchases in our time and this was by far the best purchasing experience we have had to date. From lining up a single vehicle trade online to being so happy with sales/management and staff that we chose to trade both our vehicles into new ones. Salesman were very friendly while I waited and stopped for a chat, management was very polite to my wife and gave off great friendly vibes. We really appreciate all the staff going the extra steps to make our deal meet our needs. Definitely felt like they put us before the deal. Definitely gonna be the name I throw out when people ask me about trading or when we look at trading in the future.

Call them yesterday. Despitely needing a vehicle. Talked to a salesman by the name of Jeff. He said to come up, and he would have something decent by the time I got there. So in an hour and a half, he found me a vehicle well within my price range. Got all the paperwork ready. I would recommend this place over and over to anybody. Thank you immensely, jeff.

I purchased a set of tires for my truck, in mid-March and the service was great. However, I also inquired about purchasing a new truck. I was told that the deal was good but there was some issue with the lender. The finance guy kept stringing me along saying that he would make it happen. Today is May 17,2023. I still don't have an answer. I am not happy!

When I call to buy a vehicle I expect to talk to a sales person, not a voice-mail. Called 3 times today, directed to 3 different sales people, first 2 sent me to voice-mail and the 3rd disconnected completely. If that's their customer service standard, I will take my money elsewhere.

My experience was awesome, they got me a lower interest rate and the perfect vehicle suited for my family and style. Love the service and the team that helped me out though the entire experience and I would definitely recommend choosing Wetaskiwin Dodge Legacy for your next or first purchase. Unfortunately my only interaction with this dealership is practically having to beg someone to answer a simple question - if a vehicle has a tow package installed. If there wasn’t such terrible communication, you might’ve sold the car that’s been sitting there for 62 days.

Everyone was great for my long day at the dealership and my car drives just like brand new and I love the rims and tires they got me

They were efficient, courteous and were able to solve my issue in a timely manner, at the end of the day.

Wish I could give 10 stars! I bought a wrangler brand new two years ago, and started running into engine issues about a year ago. A few different dealerships were not taking the issue serious so I decided to try Legacy Dodge in Wetaskiwin. My service advisor has been Annette, and WOW! My concerns were listened to and taken seriously. I am so impressed. Getting a full engine replacement under warranty, the absolute best outcome I could have asked for. Friendly service staff! Always willing to listen to any issue brought forward and correct or update me with the information of when parts should be in and booked me in at my convenience!

Came across these guys on Facebook, was redirected to a man by the name of Jules. Long story short they got me the vehicle I wanted, got me out of my current vehicle loan and made it happen quickly efficiently without any problems whatsoever. I highly recommend them.

Bought a jeep there was no center caps on it they said they would put some on it they put hub cap on it.the auto start go then when you stop it stops and start again don't work then back tire keeps saying it's flat.

I was trying to purchase ram 3500 from them, and have been working with Samantha and JJ, Aaron put a deposit down and when i was ready to purchase they told me they want to sell it at a higher price to someone else. Crazy as it sounds, with false advertisment on their website, Aaron, the sales manager was just fine with me taking it to Amvic and said he could jot care less. Would not recommend this dealership and will definitely escalate it to Amvic and provide them with the screenshots.

Spent 3700 on work on my vehicle and they broke my bug deflector and played the dumb card said they didn't know about it. And rude staff. And to think I was gonna bring my other dodge in to get work done on it, ya right never deal with them again. And they didn't fix the issue with my transmission 3 times I had to bring it back, what a joke.

My fiancé and I recently purchased a used truck in January from them on a trade in. We test drove and tried everything out in the vehicle and loved it. We were also told the truck was looked over throughly and received a clear mechanical report. Two months later the check engine light kept coming on, once taken to our local dealership they said all spark plugs needed to be replaced because it was causing a misfire. Cost to us was $400 not a huge deal but fast forward 2 more months and we find out that the AC in the truck didn’t work due to a leak and no pressure. Repairs totalled $1300 for that as the compressor was cracked. We contacted the dealership to let them know we were disappointed and they told us there was nothing they would do because they weren’t safety issues. Definitely won’t be purchasing from them again.

Bought a used car recently, and had the finance manager say two protection plans would transfer over to our name. Never once mentioned fees. Zero disclosure and when I noticed the fees the next day, I called the dealership back to see why it was put into the deal. Said it was a misunderstanding, for $1200, and nothing could be done. Had contacted AMVIC on another issue, and they suggested going through the protection plan company to see what could be done. The protection plan company clearly said the plans could be cancelled within 30 days but I had to go through the dealership. When I finally talked with the finance manager again, she said she was directed by the general manager to not refund anything on these plans. I could cancel the plans, but they would keep my money. Slipping this into the deal and then not refunding my money when it is possible, does not seem very honest. Buying the car for my daughter, she found out how car dealerships don't have your best interest in mind when dealing with you. Sad.

We just bought an SUV and the experience was awesome, mainly due to Samantha, the very pleasant and professional finance manager who worked hard for us in both sales and service and made sure every detail of our purchase went smoothy. We couldn't have asked for a better result and highly recommend her. Oh, and we luv our SUV!

Out camping - where I was dodge dealer was terrible and ordered wrong part after needing to scramble and stay extra day - on way home stopped in wetaskiwin - legacy had part in stock got me in right away and was all covered under warranty - super happy with service and willingness to help! 5/5!

I Recently bought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Legacy and could not be happier with the service I received. The whole process from start to finish was extremely quick! I came in with some questions about my vehicle. Aaron met me at the door and said he would be more then willing to help me with my issue. He then introduced me to a Machanic named Moe (hope I spell these correctly) this Machanic was so helpful and went above and beyond any service I’ve ever received. These two men (Aaron and Moe) are exactly what you wish for when you go to get your car fixed. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Tried to buy a vehicle under 9000 with cash and Ciurtney who claims to be the manager insists on charging close to 700 fee even though I'm paying cash.

Just moved to Wetaskwin and met some awesome staff at this dealership! I went in and everything was a breeze from start to finish! Aaron was absolutely amazing, very easy to deal with and went above and beyond! When it came to the financing, Sam was amazing! She went over every detail from start to finish and I felt really good after signing my papers! I would strongly recommend this place!

A week ago (March 29/21) I purchased a Dodge Ram from Sheldon (Salesman) and Tom (Sales Manager). Both of them made my no pressure buying experience enjoyable and to date have made themselves available for any questions/concerns that I have had.
In the future I would not hesitate buying another vehicle from this dealership and highly recommend them.

Update: July 22/21. I just had my vehicle in for it´s first service. The Service Dept made sure I was taken care of, servicing my vehicle within a 24hr period of contacting them. They were very efficient and pleasant to deal with.
I contacted Sheldon revolving around a few questions I had about the vehicle, which he happily addressed. Good to see that the after purchase Sales Team, especially Sheldon, is still approachable!

Great customer service and very friendly staff! My husband and I bought a 2018 dodge 3500 dually, the whole process was incredibly fast- considering we had called looking for a very specific vehicle and they were able to find us one within the hour! Aaron and Jesse were fantastic with helping us very knowledgeable! Gary was fantastic as well! And Samantha was our finance who was absolutely amazing! Bought a used 2016 charger and when going through all the payments and financing the finance advisor told me the $1500 rim and tire warranty was mandatory and said I could not buy the vehicle without it. I later found out it is not a mandatory charge and proceeded to try and call them.

Called at least 5 times in which all said they will be back in touch fast-forward 4 months and still didn't receive a phone call.fishy dealership to say the least. Don't recommend

If no stars were an option that is what I would rate Legacy.
They have no problem committing fraud on your behalf without your knowledge. They lied to a bank about my employment and income. Now my creditability is at jeopardy with the banks.
Don't forget that they will have you sign the "wrong" bill of sale to trick you then provide you with a entirely different copy with a different numbers.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I only got out of my deal because I threatened to involve AMVIC and the banks about the fraud commited.

Actually one star means minus three stars for this dealership, there’s no option to rate like so. Mega unprofessional service provided by sales manager Courtney. When I asked her to take some additional pictures of the car I wanted buy she answered she could do it for me only if I agree with current price! Was disappointed with how the personnel make their business. Tried to contact with other managers Jessie and Gary to get some discount because the car in the past was in accident and rusty, but seemed like Courtney already told them about me don’t give him any discount. They stucked up with the price, did not propose any deal. Horrible and poorest service ever seen. Would be great if every unhappy customer will take their’s conversation texts to AMVIC to make them aware how this dealership is working. Strongly recommend to every potential customer: Don’t waste your time and money with Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin!

I wish there was an option to give this dealership NO stars. This dealer FORCES customers to pay for "optional fees". Extremely unprofessional service provided by sales manager Courtney. Super disappointed with how this place runs their business. I will be taking my conversation emails/texts to AMVIC to make them aware how this dealership is enforcing illegal fees and addons. Simply horrible. Dont waste your time with these guys.

Just purchased a Jeep Rubicon from Jesse. Right from the get-go he was super responsive, informative, friendly and the biggest plus was that he was not pushy. Avoid this dealership I bought a truck here 3 months ago, they were supposed to update my GPS is one of the deals we made. But instead they told me to buy the disc and they would cut me a check. It has been 3 months now of being ignored and passed on to the next person with more broken promises and lies. Don't get me started on the spare key that took 2 and a half months of the same back and forth and no calls being returned. If you make any deals make sure they happen that day before you leave. Very unprofessional sales manger ignorant and Rude. 3 months of interest you know they won't pay for either.

I have not dealt with these guys but my mother-in-law has been paying for a Santa Fe for almost a year and they haven’t even sent the transfer papers for it. She has contacted them about it many times and no results yet. Many problems with this company

Issac Boersma was great to deal with at Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin. Answered every text quickly. Provided solutions and genuinely cared. I highly reccomend Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin. I really like my new 2019 Ram Sport custom.

In January I bought a new pickup from them and was impressed with how they treated me. From the receptionist to the mechanics they were friendly and helpful. Everyone always treated me like I was a long time customer! In April my son asked me for advice on purchasing a good used vehicle. He had been shopping around at other dealerships and didn't feel comfortable. We went to Legacy and he bought a new pickup. His comments to me was that he will only buy vehicles from them! At the time they still treated me like a very important person! I am very impressed with the whole dealership and would recommend them!

Went for service there, everything seemed good at first until I noticed a leak coming from the motor and it was leaking into my driveway. So I took it back in with out washing under the hood so they could find the leak easier. Turns out the last time they worked on it they didn't tighten the oil filter and it was leaking from there, no big deal they said. They then tell me they cleaned everything up and I'm good to go. As I didn't pick the truck up from the dealership personally I checked when I got home and I'm not sure what they cleaned but it wasn't under the hood as the excess oil is still dripping onto my driveway. If you can avoid this dealership I would. If I could give zero stars that's what they would get.

The staff seemed nice but I am sure they recommended that I have work done that I did not need done. I feel they were trying to take advantage of me because I don't know about cars and I had that verified by another mechanic at a different place. I trusted them in the past but not any longer. I wouldn't recommend them to any one.

My husband purchased a 2015 jeep trailhawk from this location on November 6th. There was damage to the vehicle, which took the dealership 2 weeks to repair. It took another two weeks to receive reimbursement for the car rental for when the car was being worked on. 3.5 months later after repeated reminders he has still not received an owners manual that was promised in the bill of sale.
They are your top priority until they get your money. Then its like pulling teeth to get them to honor their agreements that you have in writing.

The legacy team, Pavel, Jessie, and Gary were great, they were on the ball and I got the truck that I was very happy with. I recommend legacy and will definitely keep doing future business with them.

Over the last couple of years I have had some bad dealings with car and RV sales people so when I decided to purchase a new truck I was pretty skeptical to sat the least.however all that changed when I went to Legacy Dodge in Wetaskiwin.right from the moment we got there till we closed the deal (about 3 days to find the right truck) it was a great experience! I actually left there knowing i got a good deal witch is rare to get when buying a new vehicle. Thank you very much to Pavel (sales).
