We recently had our stucco repaired and painted by Legacy Exteriors. Richard and his team provided excellent customer service and a high quality finished product. We found Alberto and his painting crew to be especially professional, trustworthy, polite and hard working. We love our newly repaired and painted home and would highly recommend this company.

Our home experienced a curious water leak during a recent extreme thunderstorm. Based on online reviews we called Legacy Exteriors, and we were't disappointed. Richard took my call, listened patiently to the description of the issue and showed a sincere willingness to investigate the cause of this leak. Right off the bat, even without getting eyes on the situation, he assured me that the visit and proposed exterior sealing work would be done without cost - to promise this without a preliminary assessment speaks to Legacy's dedication to their customers and reinforces their reputation.

Richard immediately responded by sending his crew to evaluate the situation. Sheri and Blero showed up within a few hours of my call, patiently let me walk them through the situation, and then got to work assessing the issue. They spent almost 30 minutes surveying the area inside and outside the house, and came up with rational possibilities.  They immediately began working on the problem, reinforcing seals that were likely the breach, and even took the time to run tests on the area to see if any further leaks emerge. Sheri and Blero were professional, super friendly and very respectful of the property.  They also took time after the job to explain what they could try next if this didn't solve the problem, reassuring me that there were still mitigating steps that could be done without an invasive process.

We are totally satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard and Legacy Exteriors. No payment until we were satisfied. They did a great job repairing the stucco and painting it. The crew was prompt, efficient and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. A very quick turnaround. Legacy and Richard went the extra mile by fixing up some areas that was not in the original contract since they thought would make the job complete. To our surprise the cost of the contract remained as agreed upon. There was a minor concern that was dealt with immediately. Great customer service.

Had Sheri and Bolero do some stucco and parging repairs on my 34 year old home. They matched the new stucco to the old perfectly. Cannot tell where the repairs were made. High quality work. They cleaned up after themselves. What more can you ask for?

I was trying to get a better understanding of houses with stucco exterior - pros & cons, etc. I was doing some research online (Google, Reddit Calgary, etc.), but I was getting mixed information with respect to stucco, its potential problems, drawbacks, repairs, etc. I wanted to get the information from somebody who deals with stucco in Calgary day in and day out. I found that Legacy Exteriors had good reviews on Google, so I decided it would be worth a shot to call them up and just ask my questions to hopefully clarify my understanding of stucco. My call was promptly answered by Richard who, to my pleasant surprise, took the time to explain various concepts when it comes to stucco, EIFS stucco, how woodpeckers and birds in general affect it, windows maintenance when stucco is involved, etc etc. I was very happy to chat with Richard for 10-15 minutes and just pick his brain on various aspects of stucco. Even though I have not used Legacy Exteriors for any services, I was happy that Richard gave me some advice. When a person is willing to spend their time like that to educate somebody, it says a lot. To anyone who is wondering about stucco and who questions or problems with stucco, I would recommend to at least give Richard a call and just talk. The worst case, you'd get some more knowledge about stucco.

Legacy Exteriors responded to my inquiry for some stucco repair and painting right away. By then end of the same day the crews were out to starting the work and 2 days later you couldn't tell that repairs were done. Everything blended right in, even the paint next to the 4 year old original job.
Neighbors saw the work and hired them the next day!

It was such a great pleasure to meet Richard, I called him out to do a stucco inspection and he responded promptly, He went out of his way to get his crew to come and inspect a home for me and got back to me right away with a quote. Richard is a straight up type of guy and tells you the truth. I would highly recommend his company for his honesty and prompt service.

I was extremely happy with the stucco/ parging and roof repairs completed by Legacy Exteriors. Richard took the time to walk me around my house; detail and explain the repairs and the repair process. I originally wanted a quote for cracking/ missing stucco and parging repairs but proceeded with roof flashing, dryer, and bathroom vent replacement as well. The crew showed up as scheduled, was very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond my expectations. The missing stucco/ parging was repaired and blended so you really could not see the difference between old and new. The colour matching to my 30 year old stucco was exceptional. I already have recommended Legacy Exteriors to several friends/ neighbours and will definitely have them return to repair any future problems.

Would I recommend this company? ABSOLUTELY! The crew were on time, polite and professional. Legacy were prompt in coming out, fixing all the stucco damage from over the years and painted our house. The work done exceeded any and all expectations. Finally the price was very reasonable.

We had out house painted this spring by Legacy Exteriors and were really impressed with the crew. They were kind, safe, and took their time to complete the job well without rushing, which put us at ease. We had other contractors working previously who completely rushed their job, had low standards, and were not accountable to the project. This experience with Legacy was the opposite, I really appreciated how personable Jose and Andrew were. Vert respectful and skilled at what they do!

Legacy Exteriors restored my damaged stucco due to roof change, they started the work on promised timing and on schedule. Richard suggested me all the necessary repairs, which are just good for my current needs. Now my exterior walls are turned like new. In addition to the stucco repair, Amilcar installed cladding to my exposed wood cased windows, no more worries of leaking and maintenance free! In short, you can always trust Richard's advice because he really knows his business.

We used Legacy Exteriors to do stucco repairs on our home (there were several cracks and some areas chipping away due to water drips). We were very satisfied with their work. The crew was friendly, worked efficiently and left a tidy job-site at the end of each day. They went above and beyond - repaired a few cracks that we had not even noticed and even installed some kickout flashing to prevent further stucco damage (we had expected that we would have to hire another contractor to get that done). The colour match was spot on and and our entire exterior looks fresh again! We wholeheartedly recommend them.

Richard picked up right away and had us meet in person to showcase some of the work he had done. The workmanship and the quoted work easily beat the other competitors.

I contacted this company during a stressful home inspection for a home we’re about to purchase. It turns out there is large amount of water damage on the exterior requiring extensive stucco repairs. When I called, Rich immediately asked me to send photos of all of the issues and then called me back right away and walked me through all of the repairs. He also included potential related issues that we would need to think about and quick estimates in terms of cost. This was an eye-opening experience and it made a stressful situation easier talking though everything with such a passionate and obviously knowledgable professional. I was able to see a number of other houses in the area this company has worked on and the work is immaculate. I can’t believe how quickly I was responded to and how quickly I had a detailed estimate in hand to go back to the seller after contacting this company. I feel so much better about this unfortunate situation because of the service I received here. And I wasn’t even a paying customer yet. Thank you SO much!

Legacy Exteriors did a great job on the stucco repair and paint for our house. Richard helped us with the paint colour and it turned out beautifully. The painter crew were very professional and friendly. I would hire them again for any interior or exterior paint work.

Josie and his son worked through some adverse weather and did an excellent job; -all necessary stucco repairs were completed before painting; all windows and doors and beams were covered with masking tape and paper before painting; the downspouts and evestroughs were painted in matching colours; and all window trims were painted very carefully. They also installed four outdoor lights to match the colours chosen. A first rate job using very high quality paint!

Richard at Legacy Exteriors came highly recommended. We visited a number of homes/projects that his crew had completed prior to selecting them for our repair. We had all of our windows replaced, which resulted in a significant amount of stucco repair, with many stucco batons that needed to be repaired and/or re-built. Sheri and Blaro worked tirelessly to get a large job done in some challenging weather conditions. They were always willing to answer questions about little items of the job, and flexible to adjust as required. The quality of the repair work and their attention to detail were excellent and the entire stucco project was exceptional.

When it came time for the painting, Alberto and his paint crew were meticulous in their prep work, helpful in finalizing colour options, and did an outstanding job. Their quality of work was amazing, and they got the job done much quicker than anticipated.

Throughout the entire project Richard and his team were very proactive with communication regarding the job, provided helpful input and answered all of our questions. They completed the job quicker than anticipated, and were able to fit us in sooner than we had expected. Over-all they far exceeded our expectations, and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service!
