Just purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport from Rory and Frank, and I have to say I received a amazing buying experience from the sales team and when the battery froze off at -45 the first week I had it, Lisa in the service dept went above and beyond to get me going again (even if I wasn't the most understanding client) 10/10 service, 10/10 sales, and a good experience all around!

I'm from out of town and had problems with my work truck and Lisa in Service went above and beyond, not sure the techs name but I appreciate him very much as well.
I do recommend this dealer, they're 5 star in my opinion.

Failed to mention unable to do any brake or steering repairs on a 1ton dually until after they had charged for safety inspection and told us to go somewhere else. On phone did not mention that would charge another $180.00 again just proof of completed repairs.

Inquired with these guys about getting $5,000 worth of work done on my truck and informed them I would need a loaner truck and as I'm from out of town by about 100km. Went back and forth for just over a week starting June 8th about parts, delivery, times and bookings only to be told on June 16th that they do not provide trucks as loaner vehicles and they simply did not notice that I asked for a loaner truck over a week prior. Pretty disappointed and surprised that a Ford dealership does not have loaner trucks and are not willing to provide one. Any other place I've dealt with has provided a vehicle similar to yours. I will find elsewhere to get my parts from.

Our family ordered and purchased a new Bronco from Shawn and Rory this spring. Our experience was phenomenal, they were very professional but still made us feel like more than just a customer! 10/10 would recommend them and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have had to use the service department a few times now and the folks at Legacy are top notch. Lisa is patient and listens to the issues, they have found my issue, and are on the way to fixing it. Happy to be heard and great service provided in this small town!

Came into Service for a quite simple issue with my old car. I was greeted and served in a very professional way. Service was performed quickly and solved my issues. Many thanks to Lisa and the people that help her do that! Absolutely excellent!

These folks really care about their community and it shows. They have been great to deal with regarding my mom's vehicle and Lisa even topped my oil off as a courtesy after I realized how badly my own car was leaking oil. Great customer service, I will be back when in the market for a new vehicle myself

Lisa took the time to look up how to reprogram my after market command starts and figured it out. Didn't have to go into the shop and she reprogrammed them as a courtesy to me. Now that's great customer service!

I purchased a 2022 Ford Escape Plug-In Hybrid from Legacy Ford Rimbey. Shawn Hatala helped me and he was fantastic to deal with. Actually everyone was! The customer service here is wonderful and I would recommend anyone to check out Legacy Ford Rimbey when vehicle shopping. I’ve had my car now for around 8 months and I’m just as in love with it today as I was when I first picked it up.

I had such a positive experience dealing with everyone at Legacy Ford Rimbey. Frank was so patient and punctual at getting back to me as I have never bought a car from another province before. It felt like a family the way they look after you and I believe that’s due to the manager Rory modelling that to his staff. From picking me up at the Edmonton airport to their non pressure approach it made car buying enjoyable. Meghan (finance) was an absolute joy! People might think I was crazy going from Lower Mainland to Rimbey to buy a car but I would do it again to work with these people! Thank you everyone!
