Booked Legacy Heating and Cooling or a Furnace maintenance call. Easy to book with quick reply. Technician Shadiik arrived on time and very polite. Shadiik inspected the furnace, pointed out the humidifier is not working and the inducer is drawing a lot of power and sound like a racer car. Since our furnace is far from new, so we choose to fix and replace parts. Work was done in a timely fashion and Shadiik was very helpful to explain everything. Thank you Shadiik for doing such a great job!
Had Arvin come to my home today and was very happy with his service. Didn't give me the best news but he was straight forward, easy to understand and very professional.
I called legacy when my furnace stopped working. They were over within two hours, only charged a call out fee when the furnace started back up with a few wire wiggles and left me with a quote for a few options of what might have been happening. Landon was great. Will call again - hopefully not too soon.
The service technician was prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain his findings and the furnace replacement process.
Update: Had a service call on our hot water tank with Kyle from Legacy today. He was professional, courteous, and friendly (and shout out to the woman I spoke with on the phone this morning - I don’t recall her name, but she’s always a pleasure to speak with). Kyle inspected everything thoroughly, walked me through the maintenance we should be performing and gave advice on the frequency, and took a minute to give our dog a bit of attention.: D Once again, 5 star service from Legacy!
Thrilled with the excellent service from Legacy Heating & Cooling! We had a new furnace, a/c, and water heater installed. Great products at a very fair price, and top notch service from the installation team. Dalton and John were professional, courteous, friendly, and respectful, keeping us well informed of their progress and walking us through everything when the job was complete. Huge brownie points for how sweet they were with our very pushy bulldog who insisted on supervising their work and following them everywhere! I think she’s pretty sad that they left. 5 stars!

Excellent service from day 1 meeting my sales rep and working through to arranging my install. I was also impressed with the install team sent to my home as they were working in very tough install conditions considering the age of our home and the outside cold weather work conditions! I recently noticed a minor issue with my humidifier and a service tech was dispatched to my residence within the hour. A very quick diagnosis and repair had things cleared up in no time. Excellent after install service!

UPDATE! Wonderful service from the time I reached out and received a call back, regarding our furnace not working, to our tech, Kyle S, explaining and showing the issues. Price was exactly as quoted for the call out. Would recommend just based on the customer service and knowledge. Within one day day we had a quote, measurements and a new furnace installed. Penny made sure we had many choices when selecting the furnace, from price, make/model, and warranties. Mike and Glen were efficient when they were installing the furnace and they let me know what steps they had taken and then they walked me through the maintenance of the furnace. Everything was cleaned up and the area looked like non one had been in the area. Thank you Legacy for taken care of us just like family.

The Service was excellent. Kyle was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get things resolved in a timely manner. I appreciated his thoroughness and his attention to the details and not once did i feel that he was in a rush on to his next call. Would reccomend these guys again.

Got some great info about our aging system and options for moving forward. Our system stopped suddenly and within a couple of hours of calling them we had a technician visit our home and our issue got addressed.
Used Legacy to come out today for a home inspection on my furnace. The two guys that showed up were very professional, explained what they did and options in the future for what I might need. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

Make sure you do your due diligence in getting a few quotes before going with Legacy! Kyle (technician) and Penny (home advisor) were great. Both individuals were very knowledgeable and very kind. However, I had another local heating and cooling company quote me $8,000 less (50% less!) for the same furnace and air conditioning. Gotta pay for those Oilers ads somehow I guess… Won’t be with my money!
I recently just had my heater installed with this company and had a fairly pleasant experience.
