The hot sausages were actually hot. At other places, the sausage is very bland. Not here!

Favourite butcher shop in town. Love the tuna and the Mahi. Steaks and sausages etc are all good.

1. The meat. I have NEVER tasted anything so fresh. I was surprised at how full I was able to get with a smaller portion than I normally eat. No fillers, way less water, and easy to cook. Everything I'd prepped and packaged extremely well and the prices are insanely fair for what you are getting.
2. The staff.extremely friendly and kind. Got greeted at the door with a smile. They were happy to help and were very, very knowledgeable about their product, processes and needs of clientele. And if I didn't know something (which steaks were best for what for example), they were quick to either explain or happy to direct us. We even left with new types of food to try and great knowledge of how to best prepare it.
All in all the best experience I have had in a butcher shop in lethbridge. 10/10, highly recommend.

Excellent service The butcher took the time to chat with me. He knew exactly what I wanted and even made suggestions on different oils and salts for dry brining.

Absolutely love this place. Best quality and prices. They also carry exotic meats. A must for everyone

Amazing guy! A wealth of knowledge and always there to answer questions! The meats and spices that he has there is out of this world and well worth it! Doesn’t sacrifice quality for quantity, top notch!

Always been treated with nothing but respect and they’re nothing but kind. They know their stuff and have answers for every question you have. The customer service here is what other places need to study. Awesome people and the only butcher I’ll get my meat from in the city. Best ribeyes and pork in town.
