I was dealing with brent from sales. We agreed on a price on my truck he wanted to purchase and he said he would purchase my vehicle after I did an out of province inspection out of my own pocket. Paid $250 for inspection and then the very next day he said he’s not interested anymore. Don’t deal with this dealership. They are very unprofessional and wasted my money and time as I also had to buy a plane ticket to leave my job out of town to make the deal happen. Anthony the general manager that was overseeing this deal also shoulve been more profession towards clients

Got the truck I wanted… but these guys should be criminally charged on what they have done to me. Terrible place

We purchased a car from this dealer a 2019 Tesla model 3 from (Cheryl) and had the car delivered to Vancouver island. The car came to us dirty, without a safety inspection and no working charger, no adapter to charge the car and a pile of headaches, we will never buy a car from here again we are in the process of hopefully having Alfonso send all the items (he did not sell us the car so we hope they make it right) this is basic stuff required to drive the car and also have the car cleaned and polished as it was delivered dirty (yuck), we will then have to take the time to bring the car in to have it detailed and polished the cost is $700.00 for cleaning and polishing, the charger is $599.00 from Tesla website, the is adapter $189.00 (Amazon) and safety inspection (out of Province) $200 @ Canadian tire. The funds need to be transferred for all items, just to be able to utilize the car and have it comfortable and clean. We will update the review upon completion of this dealership sending the items and properly cleaning and polishing the car, we really hope that the dealer can rectify this situation. For $60000 the car we purchased should at the very least be drivable chargeable and clean! Disappointing to say the least. We will update this review if the dealer follows thru with the basics that we have asked for. Sean Oliver

Drove from south of red deer to look at a car. Car did not start wasn't even offer to look at the car. Manger calls two days later and was not at all professional. Will never darken there doorstep again. Complet wast of time.

Chase helped me find a reliable vehicle after having such bad luck with other used vehicles from kijiji. I’ve referred family members here aswell I’ve been fortunate enough to still daily drive my 2014 Dodge Charger for I believe my fourth year of ownership. Ask for chase if your going through this location.

I’ve been working with Mackenzie over a few weeks on buying a Jeep. It was my fault I prolonged the process but she was VERY patient and kind through out the whole thing. She made everything very simple for me as well and I’d highly recommend her for anyone especially if you don’t know what you’re doing!

Great service, but needs to pay attention on detailing vehicles. (Jeep Cherokee was not clean/detailed to proper standard, had dirt in the spare tire compartment.)

Tom helped us order our new 2021 Jeep Wrangler! Was so easy to deal with! Legal gave us $7000 more for our trade then our local dealer in Redwater! They also ordered us exactly what we wanted and had it in just a couple of months! I should also mention that the sale price was $2800 less then the lowest quote we received out of the 12 Edmonton and area Jeep Chrysler Ram dealers we spoke to.
