The ladles were amazing and friendly. They fit me in after work and did a great job on my nails.

I got the mint pedicure and shellac pedicure and it was heaven! I got a very kind younger lady today and that is the perfect pedicure for tired feet! Even after biking home I feel relaxed and amazing!

I went to Lele's Secret Nails for a Mother's Day surprise with my mom, and 6 year old son. The tech working on my son was down right AWFUL. She gave attitude when I told her he wanted colored polish on his toes and hands. Super rough and when he said she was hurting him, she kept going and called him sensitive. I spoke up and told her to stop cutting his nails and digging the gunk scraper under his nails as well. The color on his nails is already peeling off. I had the most rushed and rough pedicure. I paid for the most expensive package and it wasn't relaxing. I got cut on two separate toes. They were so rough and did it quickly. My mom got an amazing pedi from her tech which is what I originally wanted. I wish I got their names as well. But I did not. When we went to pay she refused to let me pay with debit. Kept saying I needed to take cash out and pay in cash. It was $245, for the bill and I HAD to pay cash. She kept letting me know it only came in $20's, I took out $260 and I WASNT offered change back. I waited a few minutes and she completely just ignored the fact I was waiting on change. I wasn't going to tip because of the horrible service. I didn't have a choice because she didn't want to give me change. I was so stunned I just ended up leaving. It was an older woman probably in her 50 - 60's age range who did my son's nails and cashed us out at the end.

Had my acrylic nails removed and they used another fake nail to remove which is horrible for nails, didn’t even offer a top coat or nothing just ripped them off and tried to rush me out with busted nails. Feels very rushed and unprofessional. Never coming back
