Wonderful community pharmacy. Fariba gets to know her customers by name and provides excellent advice. Her needles are pain-free and she orders nasal flu vaccines for kiddos who have a hard time with needles. 10/10 highly recommend.

I like this pharmacy because they know how to probably take care of their customers they pay extra attention to detail and always prompt with refills and delivery of medications

Absolutely fantastic - the little pharmacy that could! The pharmacist, Fariba, is extremely thorough in explaining what the medication does, its possible side-effects, and how to use it. I am in good hands there. The staff are also professional, polite, and patient. Reza, co-owner, is uniquely nice and friendly too. I cannot praise that pharmacy enough. Fribia and the staff are amazing! She is really knowledgeable when it comes to medication and interactions. Polite and friendly and they go out of their way to help patients.

This is a wonderful spot. My mother came out of her way to be a customer here for many years before she passed because Fariba, the head pharmacist, is one of the most genuine and honest people out there. I recently moved to Edmonton, and my experience has been the same. There's a lot of trust here; Fariba really cares. Also, it's right next Sunterra Market, very handy.

We are so lucky in Lendrum to have a neighbourhood pharmacy! Fariba is extremely competent, informed, thorough, welcoming and pleasant. I’ve been going to her for several years now for all my prescription and vaccination needs. After my most recent vaccination, she reminded me that it’s time to see my doctor and have my blood work done. I’ve certainly never had a pharmacist keep track of that for me, before! Not only is it a pleasure to see Fariba, herself, but I almost always run into neighbours in her store and end up having a good visit with them.

We were visiting Edmonton and were scheduled to go to the drive through rapid test center. We paid our deposit of $75/test on Wednesday. We confirmed in person that they would be open until 8pm on New Years Eve. We needed the rapid test within 24hrs of flying home to Oregon Saturday morning. When we pulled up at 4pm on Friday, no one was there and it appeared abandoned. The phone line went right to voice mail. The Lendrum pharmacy was able to see us immediately and was able to get our verified rapid tests ASAP. The pharmacist was delightful and friendly throughout the testing. Her professionalism was beyond reproach. If we lived in Edmonton, having a pharmacy like this would make the Lendrum neighborhood a strong candidate for where would live.

I have been going to this pharmacy for the last 2 years and have never been disappointed. Fariba is an incredible pharmacist who is very thorough and professional. She also remembers her customers and always goes above and beyond. This is a wonderful place that is run by a wonderful person.

Went to get my booster shot and they weren't aware of the eligibility requirements and told me I was lying about my chronic illness. It was quite a shocking experience. They were super unprofessional and interrogated me about my very difficult illness. Said I was lying about being eligible in order to get the shot which is absurd. I don't know who would lie about having a serious very serious diagnosis.

Fariba is the best pharmacist I have ever had. She treats you like family and makes time to chat although she is always very busy. She is extremely thorough, always checking for contraindications with other drugs, blood work etc. She always offers free delivery and often works overtime to be accommodating. Fariba truly cares about her clients.

My family was well taken care of at this Pharmacy for our Covid Vaccines. The owner called as soon as there was a cancellation to get us in earlier than our booked time. The staff was very kind and super efficient. The owner was not only professional but personable as well. I would highly recommend going to this clinic/pharmacy. We will definitely visit again!

I was there with my son as he was getting his first shot of Covid 19 vaccine, honestly, it was my first visit to this location but certainly, it will not be the last one, The pharmacist was extremely keen and was thoroughly explaining each step to my son and to me as well in a very professional way and away from the complicated medical jargon so my son could understand the process,

The COVID-19 vaccination received yesterday, Wednesday, May 19,2021 was quick, professional and uneventful. The facility is very neat and the owner/staff are very professional and friendly for all the services that provided. Highly commendable!

My husband and I each received both doses of our COVID-19 vaccinations here. Fariba is the absolute best at giving a pain free inoculation! She is very personable and makes certain you understand all the details of the vaccine and possible side effects. She is working very hard to ensure as many people as possible can receive their vaccine. The pharmacy is clean and bright. The pharmacist's assistant is also very helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. It was very easy to book and receive our vaccinations at your pharmacy. Thank you both for working so hard.

Fariba has taken good care of me. She has pointed out potential drug interactions with my prescriptions and suggested appropriate testing to confirm there was no issue. She contact me family doctor directly to arrange refills. My prescriptions are promptly and accurately filled.

First time in, to have our Covid vaccine. Truly a warm and welcoming facility. Had a great conversation with the owner, who administered our shots. Exceptionally thorough in pre- and post-op instructions; absolutely painless injection. A great experience. Also noted that the Pharmacy itself is very well-stocked with high quality choices having been made regarding every item that I looked at. Although it is not close to our home, we'll be back for our flu shots, and as often as we can. Thanks so much for the wonderful care!

I can say enough positive things about this pharmacy, and Fariba in particular! She always goes out of her way to be helpful, gets to know her clients and provides beyond excellent customer service. I've referred many friends and family to this pharmacy, and everyone is beyond impressed.

My heart hurts for Fariba and other small pharmacy owners with the terrible planning in relation to the Covid vaccines! The mess up with supply is hurting these businesses and patients don't often realize that it isn't the pharmacists fault when they can't provide the vaccine to them. We have had nothing but fantastic customer service ever since making this our number one pharmacy three years ago. When I first went in with a long list of medications for my husband she was calming and caring. Fariba is friendly, cares about her clients and is very knowledgable.
