Recently had the pleasure of visiting your store without an appointment, and I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the outstanding service I received. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist warmly welcomed me and promptly scheduled the first available appointment, showcasing a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease.

The experience with the Eye Doctor was equally impressive. Not only was the doctor welcoming, but the appointment also proceeded efficiently while being highly informative. The doctor took the time to address all my concerns and thoroughly explained every step of the process, leaving me feeling confident in the care I received.

Furthermore, the assistance I received during the glass and lens selection was exceptional. The staff demonstrated a deep understanding of the products, guiding me through the selection process with patience and expertise. This made the experience not only smooth but enjoyable.

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with LensCrafters in Market Mall location. They are all very professional, extremely helpful and just pleasant all around. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable. Carol especially! She was adorable and personality plus. She was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured seaching for what I like and also, she will definitely give honest and fair recommendations on what looks good on you. Oh, and I love the sunglasses! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Therese was so helpful! I thought my glasses wouldn’t be repairable (especially not so quickly), but I got a call within 10 minutes of dropping them off saying that they had been fixed! She was so friendly and kind as well. Thanks Therese!

WOW! I just finished a walk-in appointment with Anne at Market mall and she was so nice and attentive! I needed my glasses adjusted and she did it for me with no problems! Completely fixed! She was really sweet too, very easy to chat with and professional! Got it done in no time! It’s gonna be easy to say I’ll be getting my new sets of glasses from here simply for the customer service!

Updated: went in to have another adjustment for a different set of glasses and Therese helped me this time! She was so attentive and very quick with it! They look great! They were just an online pair and she was really careful with them since they probably are not the best quality but I’m so so soooo happy! I love it here so much definitely getting my real pairs of glasses from here!

I had purchased a sunglasses from LensCrafters 1.5 years ago. A few days ago I slipped and my sunglasses fell and broke. I took it to LensCrafters in Market Mall and met with Stacey, the manager on duty. She spent over 1 hr.to fix my sunglasses to her best and didn't charge anything. I'm very grateful of her for this.

Anne went above and beyond to help me find my next pair of prescription sunnies. This LensCrafters location is the best!

I haven't had my eyes tested for about 15 years. Had tested at Lenscrafters with Dr. PHAN. All staff where great and helpful. I then bought new glasses from THERESE. Staff at Lenscrafters. She was very helpful in every way. Good prices on Sale as I'm retired and on a budget. Thanks.

The eye care professionals at this store were very efficient and able to respond to questions. The price for excellent lenses was very reasonable. They put the focus on what matters: your prescription and lenses, but also have a good range of both designer and lower budget stylish frames.

Clean and tidy place with efficient customer service. My only feedback would be that the staff seemed a bit lethargic at certain times, but maybe it was just a more groggy/slow time of the day. Otherwise, they were all very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The selection and prices are also great.

Carol is the rockstar! I really enjoyed and felt more satisfied with the service including the rest of the team. They are really friendly and accommodating. I will recommend this branch to my friends.

At first when I went in there was an elder woman working there who was very stand off ish and grumpy. Hardly answered any questions so I left the store to come back later. I came back the next day and was greeted by Anna and she was an absolute ANGEL! She was super patient and kind, let me look around and then had me sit down while she took all my information. She was honestly so incredible. She not only did her job well but went above and beyond by getting to know me, made me feel comfortable during the entire process so it didn't feel like forever. As someone who works with customers face to face everyday I need to give attention and recognition where it's due! I say she's the best and I'll definitely get others to see her! Please go to her! I promise you won't be disappointed

We went to Lenscrafters today to get a new pair of glasses, Carol has helped us out during the entire process and was very accommodating and friendly. She was able to provide detailed assistance with regards to the frames and lenses that they offer. She was friendly, helpful and professional. Great eye products and services. 10/10 will recommend. I returned to lenscrafters because the glasses I had recently purchased were not working for me. The optician that helped me today was very knowledgable and helpful. She was highly conscientious in identifying the problems and explained everything very thoroughly and clearly.

1st time to this location. The technician was a pleasure to chat to and made the exam prep process fun. Dr Buzea was very professional. He explained every process of the exam clearly and made this portion of the visit a pleasure as well.

I had good experienced with LENSCRAFTERS in Ontario around 5 yrs ago. I had decided to go back again for my prescription sunglasses because their quality lenses and variety of frames to chose from.
Prior to the store in the Market Mall, I've read some review and I was skeptical to go because their service.
But I still like their shopping style that I can take time to pick the frames in the given tray and sales associates don't bother me at all. Once I had decided the frame, oh.very fast. Jessica, she is friendly and VERY efficient.
I would go back again, if I need another pair of glasses.

Wasted my time earlier today when different staff told me contradictory stories when it comes to bill timing then fobbed me off by saying it was all a "misunderstanding. " No reasonable efforts were taken to make things right. I most assuredly will NOT be "coming back another day" to spend any additional money on eyewear.

We visited the Market Mall branch of LensCrafters in Calgary today. Anne was very helpful and of course knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable as well. We will definitely shop at this location again.

I used to go to the Deerfoot location but I'm so glad that I switched to this location! The lady who helped me (Pamela) was so nice and helpful. I got my glasses earlier this month and it was a very easy and fun process because she was so involved and helpful. Thank you so much and I cant wait to pick them up today!

Great staff but terrible products.both 2 frames and both lenses have lost coating.disappointing!

I went to other optometrist to replace the nose pads on my glasses and Lens Crafters was the only one that would do it even though it wasn't one of their frames. FOR FREE. I was SO GRATFUL. Staff were kind and efficient. THANK YOU.

We have always found LensCrafters to be a most helpful and delightful experience. Our old site has now closed, and this was our next closest. We were not disappointed. The assistant Ann was very helpful in helping the three of us select frames and the appropriate lenses and finding the most reasonable price. We will certainly be back.

I went there to grab a new pair of glasses with my updated prescription, I fell in love with a pair that Janine and Anne had picked out for me! Something new and different, but not completely out of my comfort zone. They were amazing! Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for new glasses or buying glasses for the first time!

I visited the marketmall store. Pamela was extremely patient and knowledge about glasses. She gave me very detailed explanation on each type of lenses and options. I was pretty happy with the purchase today! Looking forward to my new pair of glasses now before Christmas.

Horrible customer service especially from the manager. We asked for prices and we were about to purchase $1100 worth of products and we had a great employee helping us yet after that the manager started helping to finalize the quote she gave us a higher price and she gave us the worst attitude ever. She doesn’t want to listen to what we say and when we told her that the price should be different from what she is saying she told us and I quote “I am not forcing you if you don’t like it then don’t buy it”

I was very impressed shopping with Lenscrafters. I did not have to argue about how to save money. Anne Viray found the ways for me. Your company direct bills my insurance health plan and I loved that. I will very happily shop with Lenscrafters again.

One of the worst customer experience I have received here every single time I have visited this location. You end up waiting for 20-30 min to see the opticians chat around, laugh and waste time with each other or 2 of them are helping the same customer while you are told to wait without given any indication of how long. The optician that was free totally ignored I even sat there that long and chatted around with everyone in the store. Not visiting this location again!

Dr. Nhi Phan was amazing. I had issues with dry eyes for almost a year due to having too much Botox for my migraines. I had already seen a specialist at the Foothills hospital. He was extremely dismissive and did not explain anything about having dry eyes or how to treat them. Dr. Phan explained everything I needed to know, including pictures of my eyes and diagrams. She was so thorough that I completely understood how to move forward and be able to take care of my Dry Eyes so that I wouldn’t have permanent damage. I will only see her for anything eye related moving forward. She really cares about her patients and the health of their eyes.

Carolyn and Anne were very patient and helpful, when I went to get my glasses. They took the time to make sure I got the glasses I wanted and needed. I am very pleased with my prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses.
Dr Nhi Phan is very thoughtful and she takes the time to answer any questions and to educate me.
The service provided by both LensCrafters and the Eye Clinic is excellent.

I’ve bought a few pairs of glasses over the last few years at this location and continue to be exceedingly satisfied with the service provided. Most recently I have been in to have a new pair of progressives fit to fine tune the vision fields. Very thorough to determine where my problem areas were. Double checked the prescription to ensure it was correct. Adjusted frames fit a few times. Measured the fields to ensure placement was correct. They determined what the problem appeared to be and made a decision to relocate the vision fields in the lenses which requires new lenses be ordered. To me this is incredible in this day and age of poor customer service. They could have made frame adjustments, called it good and sent me on my way but they didn’t. The ladies that helped me out were super friendly, professional and thorough. Anne and Gisselle (I hope the names are right) thanks for being the best at what you do.

Normally I try to keep my reviews positive but there is something a bit off about this location. There is one employee that works there that altho seemingly polite on the surface is quite abrupt and one gets the feeling beneath has a bit of a bad attitude. You can't actually call them out on it because the rudeness is not overt but any normal person can feel it. Overall I got the glasses I wanted and the pricing was fair but will not be returning to this location again. I walked away feeling like I was a bit walked over and my business taken for granted. I suppose every store has that one or two people that work for it that leave a bad taste in a customer's mouth. Maybe because Market Mall is such a busy place the management at this Lenscrafters feels they can ignore the overall vibe it's store has and they are probably right. But I won't be returning.

I had a very poor experience at Lens Crafters Market Mall, dealing with possible race based bias and micro-aggressions.

Unfortunately, it appears I was treated differently because of unconscious bias and endured micro-aggressions because I am visibly Afro Canadian. Assumptions around unlikelihood to purchase glasses (which I did) may be present. Other customers that were White were treated respect and received polite help and service. When I was addressed the tone was curt and hurried.

After my husband joined us in the store, he also noticed the difference in service we were receiving versus White customers.

I hope that staff can receive some Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training with a focus on unconscious bias when serving others.

I deserve to be treated the same as White customers. I am always polite and I am a paying customer. I did not just leave the store without purchasing, in protest, because my time has value and I really needed to get my glasses ordered.

I hope something can be done to improve the customer service experience for all customers, including those that are from minority groups. After I pick up my glasses, I will never be shopping at that location again. It is important that the company invests in this training (if not already being conducted) and hold employees accountable, so that clients are retained.

They told me i'll get my glasses in a week so I called in earlier to check before i drive to the store, the staff told me "it's still in the LAB" and will check on me this tuesday. THIS IS VERY INCONVENIENT AND UPSETTING! YOU GUYS COULDVE SAID 1-2 WEEKS! OTHERWISE CUSTOMERS WILL BE EXPECTING! IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY GLASSES WHEN I GET IT, I'LL BE GETTING MY REFUND!

The Market Mall LensCrafters is a very professional and I have always received great support after I’ve made a purchase there. They have a great selection and knowledgeable staff.
