Been coming here for years & I am a big fan of this location. Bought 2 pairs of glasses today!

I was there today to get my daughters glasses straightened as she had a Dodgeball incident. The woman working was absolutely amazing. She helped us and was so friendly. Her smile and friendly attitude had my daughter and I walking out and so thankful for the interaction. This place always takes great care of us and I highly recommend making them your place to get glasses.

Staffs were extremely nice to me, offered me a complimentary repair and also they are very knowledgeable, totally recommend it if you wanna get something professionally done!

Dropped my sunglasses off and they were repaired in a day. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Very well ran store!

I can honestly say for how expensive the glasses are, it's totally worth it. I remember when I first bought them. My perception was so strong and I could only fit so many frames, but they led me down the right path. From first choosing to final sale I was totally tooken care of. Zero Complaints. Purchased new glasses at the Deerfoot Mall location. Stacey our eyeglasses specialist was excellent! Very knowledgeable with the LensCrafters product line. A real pleasure to work with purchasing new glasses. My wife was very impressed as well.

"Accidently" sat on my glasses and they went flat and were incredibly loose. Walked into the Lens Crafters here at deerfoot and Amy, Arsh and Mary were all accommodating, very polite and engaging. They were able to fix me up and have me out of there within 15 min free of charge. By far the most exceptional service I've experienced at an optician! And no I'm not being dramatic.

LensCrafters is the worst they don't even deserve 1 star. I went in to buy prescription sunglasses, and 10 day later, they call me to say the frame I chose is out of stock! Unbelievable! I was expecting to have my new sunglasses in 3 days, but they haven't even started making them yet! 10 days, and what have they accomplished? NOTHING! This is the second time they have inconvenienced me. I will never shop here again!

Was needing my lenses to be swapped out between 2 different pairs and the staff were so kind to offer this service for free despite not having purchased my glasses there. No questions asked, just happy to help. Very grateful and appreciative!

Although my glasses are not from Lenscrafters are always get great service here when I need an adjustment. Libby got me all set this time around

Seems like they have great promotions and affordable options. Nice to see a store with a lab built in, can help to get glasses quickly when you are in a pinch. 5 stars. The staff at Deerfoot were amazing. They were very funny, professional and polite all the way. Helped me pick out 2 nice pairs of glasses and I will continue with coming to this location. Thanks you guys are amazing!

Love this place! Me and my mom are customers here and recently Dr. Tanner took her in and I didn't make it due to work, he ended up going out of his way and writing everything down for me that was wrong with my mom's eyes so I would get informed! On top of that, they're patient, they're understanding and super super awesome! 100 out of 10 Recommend! Keep up the amazing work!

Went to get my hunny some new glasses (specs), and an eye exam, the Dr. (Tanner Alyman), was very thorough, and he was very professional, informative, and answered all of his questions. The lady that helped us with the finalizing of the fitting and prescription Libby, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very cheerful, also she got us a great deal because she took a little bit of extra time to dig into the sales and discounts for us, which we thought was very cool beans. She saved us almost 300$! We definitely recommend this location, and it was very clean, and, well lit, and had a vast variety of selections. We'll definitely return! Thank you so much for such impeccable service!

As always. Whatever location I go - always good. Here I got my eye-exam. They were able to schedule me on the same day, so I do not have to travel here another day just to get my eyes exam

Liberty was a great help, and helped me find a good pair of glasses that suited me. She gave me very helpful quotes, and ensured that I was getting the best price possible. She was very kind and very helpful, and did her best to make sure I got everything I needed.

I went to this store to have my glasses adjusted to make it fit better. The Staff offered great customer service. The staff, Libby did more that I asked. She also cleaned the glasses very well and took her time to adjust my glasses. My glasses fit so well now compare to before.

Terrible service! They never asked me or show me different type of lenses, charging me with extra coatings and type of lenses. Only when I questioned, turned out they went for most expensive options without asking customer. I asked for same lenses but different prescription. When I picked up my sunglasses turned out the color was wrong, which they choose by themselves!
Some staff members are not professional and even can be a little bit arrogant.
I thought after few years I'll give them second chance but I guess it was a mistake.nothing has been changed!
I don't recommend this location!
