This branch has redeemed my trust on LensCrafters service. The staff was accomodating and listens to what I need and want.
My previous home branch in Don Mills Toronto always forced me to get something that I did not want. I'm glad to have came in this branch and gave LensCrafters another shot.
Patricia, Lisi, and Alice went above and beyond in providing our family the best customer service yesterday. Patricia assisted us in finding the best eye glasses and sunglasses that perfectly make us feel good and accentuate our faces-that’s why we always love going to South Centre LensCrafters when she’s around and always look for her to assist us. Patricia, Lisi and Alice helped with billing and measurements which was a very smooth process. 10/10 customer service. We are very happy and satisfied with their customer service. We love coming back to South Centre Lens Crafters because of Ate Patricia-she never disappoints!
I have always had great experience with my glasses at LensCrafters. I give them 5 stars for that part. The 3 star review is because they don’t answer their phone. I have been needing to get a hold of them for 3 days and nobody answers the phone. I live out of town and just need to talk to someone

Had a great experience on Saturday because of Gita and Dan. Gita was extremely helpful as well as patient helping me pick from a huge variety of glasses. Dan also stayed late to finish my glasses so I could have them in 1 hour since I wasn't local and that way I didn't need to make the drive again the next day. Wonderful people and will be back.

Brought in my glasses as the nose piece had broken. They offered to change them out for free even though I didn’t purchase my glasses from them originally. Awesome customer service! Didn’t have to wait long to be helped!
Exceptional service! They fixed my lost plastic nose piece and a screw on my Prada sunglasses within one hour and free of charge. And they stay on my nose even better then before.

I especially appreciated not being rushed in my decision and did not feel like the staff was “just trying to make a sale”- excellent and thorough explanations and a wonderful personal touch from Gita, the optician who took care of me. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. It was very busy but everyone was super efficient and the whole process from the eye exam to picking out new frames went incredibly smooth. France helped me pick out the new frames & was very considerate & conscious about my budget. She was really sweet & patient and definitely knew what she was doing. Very efficient! I'll be back.
I got a new pair of glasses that just kept sliding down my nose. Several times I took them to be adjusted here and other places but no one could get them to fit correctly. Finally, Gita at the Southcentre LensCrafters worked on the arms and got them to fit my face and ears! No more sliding! Thank you, Gita!
Even though I bought the frames from this location. The lady said she wouldn’t adjust my frames because she deinstalled recognize the frames. I cannot believe the incompetence and profiling I experienced. I would never shop here again
The best place to get your glasses hands down. Super friendly staff and great customer service, especially Victoria. She had such a passion for her job that it translated to pure excellence in her job. I’d like to thank her for taking really good care of my family for all of their glasses needs. I believe this is my second time to this location and i certainly don't apprecjate being treated any less than anyone else because of the tone of my skin. My daughter's glasses measurements were taken with her standing up. Just by observation i don't believe we received the same treatment as other clients and hopefully upper management can look into this.
I went in to LensCrafters and purchased new lenses and frames. Sibylle took care of me in a friendly but professional way. I would highly recommend this location.
Jason is the sole reason why we keep coming back to the Lens Crafters location on the south centre mall. He is simply irreplaceable. Attentive, patient, professional, remembers absolutely everything about us. He was able to clarify any doubts we had in a very friendly matter. Outstanding customer service every single time. If he is not a permanent or full time employee, he should be as he is an extremely valuable asset. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Lenscrafters Southcentre, while waiting my turn I witnessed customers touching, trying on and returning the frames back onto the shelves. It's shocking that with Covid 19 the staff allows this uncontrolled touching to happen. There was also customers in the store waiting with no mask on, again the staff had no concerns. Stay away if you have heightened concerns regarding Covid-19
The staff at Southcentre LensCrafters (Calgary, Alberta) went way above and beyond to help me find a solution for my broken pair of glasses that were out of extended warranty. They also were awesome at helping me find another new pair as well. I can’t express enough my gratitude and appreciation for their understanding, service and professionalism. I would recommend anyone to visit this location! Please send my regards to the staff that worked the evening of November 9th, 2020. It is rare to get such great service these days and my appreciation is beyond measure! THANK YOU!
The workplace is so professional and very easy to trial your glasses I was served by sybilla, employee of the store, she is very professional and best sales person. I recommend this store.
Once you have paid for your glasses expect a dramatic decline on the level of customer service you receive. After waiting 3 weeks for my glasses I spent 2 more weeks making follow up calls speaking with France, Jofrey and the manager Monica. Not one of them could give me an estimated time of arrival because of their ‘system’. Nor did they bother with their promised follow up return calls.
So 5 weeks after payment for services NOT rendered I returned for a refund. Processing my benefit portion at the time of purchase was instant. Today, Assistant manager, Shalene, was unable to reverse the transaction because of their ‘system’. And once again I was left without a timeframe for when this transaction would be complete. I have very little faith it will be unless I post weekly updates on this forum. And sadly this is the only forum Lensecrafters pays attention to.
Covid is only an understandable excuse for the first 3 weeks, and that was a stretch. Shame, shame, shame Anderson Lensecrafters for a 5 week wait with zero results.
I had a great experience at this location. Monica went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I went to go and pick up my glasses last week and they were unable to find them since they are so backed up from covid but they had found them once I left. Monica phoned me and came to drop them off to me after her shift to ensure I had them for my vacation. I was very appreciative and grateful that Monica was kind enough to drop them off to me on her own personal time. Definitely shows the kind of leadership & values the company has. I will definitely come back to this location & recommend them. Thanks again Monica, you’re amazing & the company is lucky to have an employee like you!
We have visited LensCrafters at their Southcentre Mall location for about a decade. Their new relocated place in the mall is even better (and bigger and brighter) than previously, and the level of service has remained just as good as it has always been.
Be it Shaylene, or Jason, or Veronica; they are just splendid in finding a time slot that works and then addressing what one is looking for in a pair of eyeglasses, and are sure to find just the right pair amidst their large inventory. Always a pleasure connecting with them in person, walking into the store, and being assigned a station by Monika; ahead of being fitted for a new pair (or adjustments to an existing pair).
The team at LensCrafters Southcentre Mall has our highest praise and we recommend their services.
Couldn't bother to call me as promised to inform me my order was shipped and has finally arrived after waiting 3 weeks and is ready for pick up. Had to call and spent 15 min to find out they are in fact there.

The asian lady with glasses was very unfriendly and confused as she lost my glasses and overall didn't know what she was doing, they were very slow and unprofessional, i wouldn't recommend this place
I will never go back to this location to get glasses. The location is very busy and in my experience they were not able to effectively service the customers. I ordered glasses and sunglasses and was told I wouldn't be able to get either pair for 10 days. When I said that I would go somewhere else they magically recommended a different lens for my glasses which was in stock (same quality but less expensive). I was told that my sunglasses would still take the 10 days; however, that was over 3 weeks ago and I did not even receive a call to say they were in. I just called them and was told that they "were super busy and couldn't help me, but they would take my name and number and get back to me when they could". Overall very poor customer service, I wish I would have followed my first instinct and taken my business elsewhere.
I've been going to this LensCrafters location for my glasses for pretty much my entire life, and I've always had a wonderful experience, however the experience I had there today was above even what I've come to expect, and I wanted to share it here. On Saturday night I took a tumble down the stairs, and as a result I had to go in and get new frames. The service was wonderful as usual and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes, however on my way out of the mall I stopped to wipe what I thought was a smudge off one of my lenses, but it turned out to be a series of scratches concentrated in one area that hadn't been there when I went into the store. I had the insurance plan on my glasses, so it wasn't that big of a deal to go order new ones as the replacement fee's only $25 (my lenses usually cost about $250, so the plan is really worth it to me), and I know these things happen. However when I explained that the scratches hadn't been there before, the staff waved the replacement fee for me as it happened during the frame change.
I know it's only 25 bucks saved, but the fact alone that they waved it says a lot to me and goes a long way in my book. They truly care about their clients and want to make sure they're taken care of and satisfied.
Was so disappointed when I came in here to learn that Beau was gone. Why would you guys let the best employee for service and manners go why? !? Had the style with the class it's unreal that's why you guys are at 2.7 stars lol and it's only going to get worse! Here's some advice call him back up asap and offer him whatever he wants because you need him running the show desperately. But I'm not surprised either because you guys don't know a good thing obviously when you have it and it shows with everyone else you have there! #sad&pathetic
Service was fine enough. Not wonderful not horrible. The only reason I went to lense crafters is because they say you get your glasses in about an hour (never in the past have I had to wait much longer). In my case about a week wait they're estimating. I would of gone else where with better customer service and selection had I known ahead that I was going to have to wait that long anyways. Hearing others at the register it sounded like most weren't getting their glasses the same day either. If they've changed their ordering process and no longer offer glasses in an hour they should advertise the change.
The asian lady (sorry, I cannot remember her name) who is working at Southcentre mall LensCrafters is really unprofessional, she shows a very negative attitude to some customers, well, depends on her emotion at that moment, is she qualified for this job?
The sales men named Jason lied to me about my protection plan. I payed extra to get a "free replacement pair" should anything happen to my glasses within a year. I also payed extra for the anti glare and scratch guard. I was talked into it by Jason because I work in a cabinet shop and he said it would prevent my lens from getting scratches from the dust. The anti scratch and glare are a rip off and useless by the way. I asked specifically if I pay extra that I can bring them in and get them replaced with no hidden fee. Jason assured me that there was no hidden fee. When I went to bring my glasses in to get the scratches fixed I was hit was a 25$ charge. When asked about the charge I was told what I payed extra for was just to reduce the cost of a repair. Funny how "free repair" turns into reduced cost repair. When asked why I was lied to I was told Jason was a new employee and didn't know any better. To prevent scratches on my new pair I purchased the cleaning kits they sell. The cleaning kit put more marks on my lens in a shorter time then my previous lens ever had in a year. So pretty sad service and product quality at the end of the day.
It was great and amazing customer service I received on my 2 visits, Also one of the employees of the south centre branch her name was France she was such helpful during my second visit, I'll appreciate her assistance.

Their employee, Cary was an absolute breath of fresh air. I’m not even sure where to begin. He was so extremely helpful in regards to helping me choose my frames, being patient with me while I was indecisive, and he did so much math to help me figure out what I would be spending.to the penny. He is your #1employee, and I seriously can’t stop saying great things about him. He joked with me and laughed with me, and working in the customer service industry, it’s so nice to see someone who can be relaxed and still excited about their job (even when you’re insanely busy on labour day).
