Kim at the Millwoods store also helped my 90-year old mother and took very good care of her. She will be my go-to person from now on and I strongly recommend shopping there.

Today Sep 21 2023, I went to Lenscrafters at Millwoods Town Center to get prescription glasses and a frame for myself. The customer service was very good and Yuvi, the store manager was very pleasant and helpful, went above and beyond to help me find a good frame. He gave me a very good deal for the complete set of glasses. I'm very happy with his service and I will recommend my family and friends aswell. Once Again Thank you Yuvi for excellent customer service.

This is a great location and has friendly staff! Yuvi helped me out and had great a nice chat with me while working on my glasses. I just got my glasses, adjusted and repaired here, free of charge, and they took extra care to make sure that my glasses were adjusted to my face! I didn’t even buy my glasses from here! They’ve been helping me for over 20 years.
I did extensive eye exam for $140 and they dont do measurement of pupillary distance and did not give me an electronic copy of my eye exam. Isnt it already a given that people want their results in the email you provided. Only a few staff were friendly and good.
I would recommend this place! The staff members here are so sweet and nice, very organize and respectful to people. They get things done! Especially yuvi amazing person he was the one who helped my family and I and made our experience better!
I stopped in because my nosepiece in my glasses was broken and cutting into the side of my nose and they replaced both prices for me quickly and made sure that they fit my face

Absolutely terrible service. My father bought coverage that we purchased previously for replacement set, when we went in to get the replacement the workers gave him back a new frame but used the old lenses even though I paid for new ones. So my father took them back in they argued with him then switched them out again however this time the lens didn't fit properly into frame leaving a huge gapping hole. Took them in again keeping in mind all of this was within the same day, the gave him a new one again issues as the frame was all twisted. My father was getting frustrated with the service however was not yelling or acting inappropriate but the staff then decides to threaten security to come remove him from the store. Picture this a 120lb man 5ft with disabilities whom wouldn't hurt a fly age 57! How ridiculous. The manager Healther said she was losing customers due to him being upset and that's why she needed security. Lol maybe he did the customers a favor! They also messed up my mothers glasses on 3 occasions and again was very rude to her telling her to deal with it as it's a manufacturer problem. People pay a fortune for glasses! Why should they receive broken glasses! I send my parents to another location who had no issues helping them. This location is just horrid! They should be ashamed of themselves. Just disgusting.
Polite and gracious staff here. The gentleman helping me took the time to pick out some frames for me and I didn’t feel rushed in any way at all and he answered all my questions. I found their frames were reasonably priced and had a good selection to choose from.
Went to millwoods area lenscrafters to get my husbands glasses replaced what a joke horrible location bent my new frames then they put my lens in my old frames without telling me and I paid for new ones cant believe this happened to us they tried to have my husband removed for the store because he was too upset unbelievable I suggest you go to southgate so friendly and useful there
I was at this location today and witnessed the staff handle a rude customer with such grace and professionalism! The rude individual was screaming and swearing at the workers and I felt so sorry for them. I was uncomfortable at the store as it felt he was going to get physical at any point. Don't know the details but no one should ever talk to people like that! Also people- do not drop F bombs in front of little kids, jeez!

Have been shopping around for new glasses and dropped by Lens Crafters, very knowledgeable staff, answered all the questions I had. Prices were far better than the other stores I went to. So far so good, wait and see when my glasses arrive.

Dr. Dhaliwal was knowledgeable and thorough. She's the first eye doctor to take a closer look at a birthmark close to the optic nerve to be sure it's not cancerous - it's the first I had heard of it. I thought she was excellent
Never again been with them for over 10 years and they get my prescription wrong in my new frame and they don't really care they as in lisa just says wear them off now I wait outside there office in millwoods cuz they don't seem to think your important after you've paid for your glasses. Never will I go back to this location.
I needed glasses ASAP. I was denied a sale because I denied an eye exam appointment weeks down the road. They couldn’t sell me without an updated prescription. I went to a competitor and got two pairs and still saved $200 compared to my old pair I had bought through LensCrafters. All I can say is I would never have known about them if LensCrafters didn’t deny me.
All staff are friendly and helpful. The lady who helped me was so nice, she helped me to decide which glasses is suitable for me. Everytime I visit their store there is always discounts.
This place is a scam. I went for an eye exam and they refused to give me all of my info because they wanted me to buy glasses from their store. I paid 130 dollars for an eye exam that is useless unless I can get all of my measurements. I will be telling everyone I know not to buy glasses from lens crafters, especially this location.
They also have little to no selection. They have two walls of glasses with half of one of the walls dedicated to sunglasses. If you want a better selection and a place that doesn't rip you off, do not go to lens crafters.
I will not be going back here again. My current glasses that I purchased through LensCrafters I recently noticed have two completely different lenses. I had another company confirm that the glasses have different lenses with completely different coatings. A clear mistake.
The individual I spoke with from LensCrafters immediately put the blame on myself. They asserted that I was mistreating the glasses and that’s why they look different. They claim to have a flawless inspection process that would have identified an error in my lenses if there was one but seriously? These are two different lenses with a visible colour difference. Zero sympathy from the customer service representative. In the end I am stuck with glasses with a manufacturing error. I will never go here again.
Please support a local business instead that knows what they are doing and actually own up to their mistakes.
Yes, my glasses were returned to be redone but the staff who helped me was very helpful and resourceful. Her professional experience made feel comfortable in order for me to recommend to my sister and friends to go to Lenscrafters. Thank you

Horrible customer service! Went there to choose some frame with my boyfriend, called ahead to make sure it’s okay (during COVID-19), when we got there, the receptionist was so rude and said we have to get the eye exam first then can get to choose the frame after. So we can’t even take a look at the frames if we don’t get the exam from this store? Will NOT come here ever again, there’s tons of better place with decent customer service in town. What a waste of time!

I really had a good experiance, the only thing I didn't like was the choices for frames because I'm on Aish, therefor I must choose from the small selection of frames but overall the frames were okay just not pretty. The store was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend this location.
This store is great. And the people are very helpful making sure the job gets done. Heather the assistant manager helped me and my spouse out choosing the right glasses. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone and will be going back.
First with the bad, my only CON-ish would be that you always expect going into a store to almost be harassed when you walk in, if everyone is with a customer you don't feel acknowledged right away. However, shows that they are also paying attention to who they are dealing with in front of them. The PLUS, all of the staff that I have dealt with over the last two years have been amazing. Amanda is my rockstar! Even on lab days she will go above and beyond to assist me. I am a creature of habit, if I find good service I always go back to the same place and the same person. I will continue to use this location as long as they continue to keep stock of their amazing staff. The staff that call are friendly for reminders and for pick up.
The receptionists are extremely rude. Seems to me they don't like there job at all. There face was like "don't ask me anything, otherwise you will be in trouble". The eye doctor was ok, was in real rush though I guess and don't think she is have enough experience. I was about to book appointment's for me and my son and decided not to do it. There are so many places where you will go and get a better service than this. If you would like to see some really rude people go and have a chat in front.
Very bad service i bought glases from them and it frame template is crack i went to them ask to fix it they told wait 2 week they order new template i went after 2 week they told me to wait more 2 week when i 30 days warenty time over they give again damge frame and when i show them it is damage the replace the template but different which didnt fit the frame
The service was great but not impressed with the quality. I bought a pair of glasses less than 2 years ago, with the sale they still cost well over $900. The lens coating is peeling, and cannot see out of them properly. I do not want to have to spend this kind of money every 2 years, its ridiculous. For this kind of price tag you think they would last at least 2 - 3 years. Wont buy here again.
I didn't buy my glasses from there but from another lenscrafters. The sorted me out right away. Were very polite and friendly. Thank you very much was very happy with there service
