These guys were amazing! I came in a few days ago under a time crunch, told the sales man Sonny what I needed and that I needed it quick, and he met every expectation:)!
He had everything delivered in two days, all items came and the delivery team was amazing!

I received a call saying they sold my nightstand that I purchased months ago to another customer. II was told I’ll have to wait another 4 weeks for another one - customer service was not helpful! Very frustrating.

I recently bought a recliner from Leons on 11 street S. E. Our salesperson was named Sunny (tall Sunny). He was very kind and efficient and was not high pressure. He tried to give us the best service possible. The store manager was also very kind, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this store and their wonderful staff.

We bought a washer, dryer and portable dishwasher on October 18th. Our salesperson, let us know the pedestals for the washer and dryer, were not in stock, but if we purchased them, the delivery people would help lift the new washer and dryer onto them, and we'd be responsible for all product installations. We were also told that the delivery people haul away all packaging except for the dishwasher's, and that our old washer and dryer would be hauled out when the new units were delivered. Fortunately, the scrap company we paid for to haul away the old pair, arrived before Leon's did and they removed them. I suspect we'd get the same answer of "that's not our job" from the delivery teams. The washer, dryer and dishwasher came within the delivery window and as promised all the packaging was removed. We have had the three appliances for a month and they're working decently. That's the only reason this isn't a one star review. Over a month later, with no updates on the pedestals, I texted my salesperson, and he let me know they were in stock and that a delivery would happen sometime on Saturday, November 27th. I'd be told the time on the 26th. Sure enough, I was emailed a delivery window, and they arrived in that time frame. When the pedestals arrived, the delivery people told my husband "that's not our job" when he asked them to help lift the washer and dryer. They did not haul away the packaging, and after they left, we noticed a box was left upside down. As per their no refunds policy (which was not told to us at the time of sale) we were stuck keeping these, knowing I can't lift the machines. I texted our sales person immediately, asking him to call my husband. He did right away, and said that they were supposed to lift and didn't know why they didn't. He said that he'd call the dispatch and have them come back, although he didn't know when they'd come back. All day, we waited for an update. Nothing. When I texted at the end of the day and asked for a manager's phone number, I received customer service's number and no name. I left a message and someone did call on Sunday, but I missed it. I phoned back and talked to someone in customer service (I don't recall her name). She told me she would have to put me on hold for 5 to 10 minutes until she could talk to our sale reprehensive. I asked if she could call me back rather than keep me waiting, she said it was better to wait. Next thing I know I'm disconnected. To her credit, she did phone back and tell me that the dispatcher that was needed to contact the drivers, wouldn't be at work until the 30th.that dispatcher would then have to track down the drivers to send them back, but they couldn't say when that would happen because it depended on when they work next. So we are to wait on people who refused to help, to return to help? If you have seen the size of pedestals, imagine them in packaging. To have that left in our laundry room, for a unknown amount of time, is a bit ridiculous. I did not want to buy the pedestals because I couldn't help lift the machines. We bought them because we were promised that we'd have help. We also would not have purchased if we were told there is a no refund policy. The receipt does say Leon's refunds products with a 25% restocking fee if they accept the appliance back, but customer service points out all sales are final. Technically, I should be waiting for Leon's to get in touch as to when they'll fix this, prior to posting this, but I have no faith that they can. They should have sent the drivers back that day and if they refused once why would they change their minds? Leon's will price match if you find a lower price, but they will not do so, until your product is delivered. You then have to wait on someone to call you to make arrangements. Considering there is a no refund policy and they have all your credit information, it is just one more hurdle I wish I knew about. In sharing this with a friend, she came over and did what two drivers couldn't. Without her, we'd be stuck waiting on Leon's to keep their word. I won't shop here again.

I would never recommend this place to anyone!
Purchased a full set of sofa, love seat.it was supposed to be delivered in September 2021, but I got it in October! With a different color! Also Purchased a set of dining table and chairs to be delivered in October 2021, but in November followed up to see why the dinning set is not delivered yet. Surprisingly they said that the dinning set will be delivered in Feb 2021!
Some employees and the management did not have a minimum respect for me as a customer!
Mismanagement is a very obvious issue especially for the customer service department.
Never ever buy from Leon's in Calgary. You will be regretted as many others did.

I normally on-line shop, but I needed to test the mattresses and, lucky for me, I got Said as my sales person. He was just excellent. Figured out my needs and offered great options. I am so pleased with my new mattress and base-which is a motorized one! I didn't know I needed one until he introduced me to it. Then he helped me by a motorized recliner. Again he went above and beyond getting me the best recliner the quickest he could. I highly recommend Said at Leon's!

Do not buy anything here because they will lie to you about when it will come and then simply ignore you. Had couches that were supposed to arrive beginning of September, called and left at least 5 voice-mail only to be ignored. Geet Gumber is a scam of a sales person, he's quick to try getting your money but won't call back. Found out the furniture will not come until December now, and found out from someone else as he is yet to return our calls. Avoid this man and Leon's. We have canceled our purchase. Beyond angry.

10/25/21 purchased Serta mattress from Leon’s Calgary for $2100 along with a couch for $1800, salesperson, Ribhu, told us that we could try the mattress for 4 days, if we did not like it we could return it. 10/26/21 mattress delivered 1st night, extremely hot and hard, worst sleep ever, woke with sore back, have not had a sore back in over 10yrs! 2nd & 3rd nights no different from the 1st night. Contacted Leon’s customer service to arrange for the return of mattress, called 4 times to speak with “manager”, no return call. Finally on our 5th call, spoke with “Gladyz” & “Dan”, both employees insisted we HAD to keep the mattress for 21 days, then after that, if we still did not like the mattress we could exchange mattress, sales are final no refunds. Salesperson at no time explained that sales are final, he completely mislead us to make the sale. Leon’s does not have any good quality mattresses for exchange. AVOID, AT ALL COSTS, SHOPPING AT LEONS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL MISLEAD YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY, COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!

Poor service, specifically staff were slow to retrieve items on a dead day. Asked for way too much personal information for small purchases, the reason given being fraud. I have never seen a business take a driver's license for a sub 1k purchase.

Staff idle every where you look, strongly recommend using online equivalent or competitors when available.

Costumer service is okay, but the lighting there is awful, makes the couches and sofas look like a different colour. Would not recommend, also, sales are final so if you get a sofa thinking it's the right colour for your living room, and it's not, there's no way to exchange

Leon's suggested delivery would be in 3 days. Leon's confirmed delivery would be 3 days. Leon's sent a confirming email delivery will be on time and included a real time tracking mechanism with a time of delivery at 1: 15 pm. They also called via phone 30 minutes in advance confirming they would be here in about 30 minutes. Bingo, they arrived a couple minute ahead of schedule. Delivered the new dishwasher right to the space I wanted in my kitchen. Inside delivery was less than 1 minute and they confirm their delivery with a telephone camera photo. Absolutely perfect as a planned and executed delivery and a few minutes ahead of schedule. Just perfect and as a side note, since my purchase exceeded Cdn$498, Leon's arranged for the delivery as a no extra cost for me. Some folkes might think.well, silly, Leon's added the cost to the purchase.though I will reply.well, silly, no they absorbed the cost since they will rebate the price difference to any exact model sold in the region to me.so I believe this extra value of Leon's delivery provides is a good deal for me. I am very pleased with the delivery process. Top notch!

Would not recommend buying anything from the south location. We were there this past Thursday to buy a fridge. We ended up buying a floor model, we were told that we could not return the fridge but if we got it home and noticed any scratches or dents we would need to call and report this within 3 days. After purchasing the fridge we had them load it into our truck, two of the staff almost dropped the fridge trying to load it so my husband had to step in to help. We then get the fridge home to find scratches and a dent. I have reached out numerous times through phone and email to be told that we bought the fridge AS IS and those marks were not there in the store so there is nothing they are willing to do. I have reached out several times since this discussion and my phone calls and emails are not being returned. Clearly the sales person lied to us and them not willing to resolve this matter is unacceptable. Please think twice before purchasing from this store.

Don’t buy anything in this store, their customer service is terrible. I bought the Queen size bed from this Leon’s furniture store July 2021, after open the boxes, I found one of drawers was damaged, took some pictures immediately to send the service of this company. First they said they would order the new one, next they said we can repair it but their technician doesn’t work at weekend, until now they haven’t done anything.

We like Leon's but today we went to Cross Iron. We just wanted to look at some couches. A salesman came up and asked if he could help. We said no thanks, so he gave us his name (Todd) and then proceeded to follow is all around the store like a stalker. I will not be back. I find pushy salespeople offensive!

Long on promises but short on delivery. I agreed to have my purchase separately delivered as one item was back ordered. The back ordered item was supposed to be available on beginning of July. End of July still not available and when I called I was told maybe some time in the end of August. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.

Frank at Leon’s was super helpful and patient.
I’m editing my review as Leon’s service after you have purchased is not good. Once you have bought the product no one bothers to return messages, calls or emails. About a week ago we visited the store to discuss an issue and communicate past unanswered calls/messages and requested a supervisor/manager to contact us and guess what…no one followed up. Moving on to other furniture store for any future needs.

Terrible customer service. They straight up lie to you about delivery time. 4-6 weeks we waited for our couch. Week 7 we called, they said it was delayed an extra 4 weeks. Didn't care to mention it to us. Then they called again after the 4 weeks saying it would be another 3 months after that. Bull excuses. We're gonna sort out a refund and never go back and never recommend.

We went to Leon's cross Iron location. We were welcomed by a sales consultant named DK Singh. He is an amazing guy. Excellent customer service and he explained every thing very well. He deserves more then 5 stars.

Im here to offer my 5 star review of sales associate James Grainger. He is located at the Deerfoot Medows store.

Our family spent days shopping for the right sectional sofa for our theater room. We went to 5 different stores and James was (by far) the most knowledgeable associate we spoke with. He knew all the different choices in styles, materials and even neat gadgets and add on's. We very much appreciated him giving us space to chat in private and we even left and came back a few times. He was the perfect mix of attentive and respectful of our space.

We totally reccomend that you ask for him if you go to this location.

Came in to Loens today with my wife and mother looking for couch’s for each of us. Was helped by a gentleman named Gordon. Man, this guy was awesome. We wanted to change a bunch of stuff around with the couch set ups. He was awesome to mom, got her exactly what she wanted on her sectional couch. And the same was done for us with our couch and TV. From first interaction all the way through financing and final send off he was professional, courteous and just an overall pleasant person to deal with. 10/10 will return to see Gordon for our next furniture purchase. Just awesome!

Horrible experience dealing with customer service. Not only they keep sending us the wrong furniture parts they also send us defective parts. Absolutely outrageous!

This place is a joke. Avoide this store as much as you can or you are going to waste your money.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Please don't purchase here. No returns (even on unopened and sealed merchandise) without a 25 percent restocking fee.
If this review makes at least one person aware and they decide to purchase furniture elsewhere, it has served its purpose. I tried to work with them on a return of a portable air conditioner, but they were immobile even with it being an online purchase where I could not see the unit.

BY FAR THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! NEVER AGAIN. WE ORDERED OUR COUCHES IN NOVEMBER AND THEY SAID 14 WEEKS. MAY COMES AROUND AND THEN THEY SAY "NO SORRY ACTUALLY NOT TIL MAYBE AUGUST AT THE EARLIEST". THEY HAD NOTHING IN STOCK AND HAD TO GET EVERY SECTIONAL WE WERE INTERESTED ORDERED! HOW DO YOU SELL FURNITURE WHEN YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE FURNITURE!? !? !? WE FINALLY CHOSE A NEW SECTIONAL (YES WE HAD TO WAIT AGAIN FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED) AND THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK A PAINFULY WHOPPING 3 HOURS FOR THEM TO SWITCH EVERYTHING FOR US. WHAT A WASTE OF A DAY! WHEN DELIVERY DAY FINALLY CAME THEY SAID WE WOULD HAVE OUR COUCH THE COMING SUNDAY AFTER 3 PM. IT SHOWED UP AT 11 AM. THANK GOD WE WERE HOME! AND FINALLY WHEN THEY ARRIVED, THEY HAD NOT BEEN SPRAYED WITH THE FABRIC PROTECTOR AFTER SPECIFIALLY SAYING WE WANT IT DONE IN STORE BEFORE DELIVERY! DO BETTER LEON'S

Good place to shop, always double check that your getting what was promised. If staff are in a hurry to make a commission they might forget some of the important information. Like no payments for 6 months.not 12.

We got a nice bed and bed frame.
We started assembling the frame where we found out the last part came without instructions!
We ended up sleeping on our couch and contacted them the next day as it was too late.
The next afternoon, they failed to provide us with the instructions saying they emailed the manufacturer and are waiting for response. So we are sleeping on our couch the second night in a row which is ridiculous. How can you sell a bed frame and have absolutely NO access to the assembly instructions? We already paid an arm and a leg, leon's is not Ikea.
WiIl not purchase from them again. Careless and unprofessional of them!
Update:
We decided to call the manufacturer ourselves the next day, and surprise! They instantly sent us the instructions!
If leon's bothered calling them yesterday or at least tell us to call them, we would have had a bed to sleep on last night.

Got what I wanted at a decent price. The delivery system is slick. Sort of like Übers app, shows you where they are and an approximate delivery time. Delivery guys were A1.
