George was most helpful with a sale some time ago, and my recent purchases I have had AMAZING Jordan helping me out, and fixing my errors- like thinking I could own the biggest fridge to be moved through a small entrance. Set me up with a proper size, refunded the difference and then sat with me endlessly while deciding on a dining suite. Always patient, never pushy. Behind the counter employees were most helpful when sorting something out with my account- I had 2 accounts going, not their error. They all stayed late until resolved. 5 star service

Walked in, guy behind the counter looked at me, waited 15 minutes in mattresses, no one came, walked out. Won't go back!

Thank you to your staff member George for being attentive to our specific needs and concerns as we were choosing our new sectional sofa. Also the delivery guy’s treated our furniture with Kit gloves, even measuring the door and using furniture blankets for added protection. Yes all this to compete our house to being a comfortable home. Todd and Margo would be so pleased with our choice and wanting more! ️

Leon’s has always been great for me to deal with! I have a lot of their furniture and it stands up to my dog and my kiddo. The customer service is great and they are always willing to help me out, even when I can’t decide on which piece to go with. I recently purchased a new house and I will be heading straight to Leon’s to pick out more things to decorate and furnish it with!

If I could give a negative star, I would. I am VERY disappointed with this store.we bought a washer/dryer set off the floor. We inspected it and there were no scratches. When we went to pick it up they had moved it to the loading dock and wrapped it in bubble wrap.we hauled it home and put it in the house and when we took the wrap off there were big scratches on the washer door. And I ABSOLUTELY know that we didn't scratch it. The wrap had no scratches. I called and was told that the company (Samsung) doesn't replace the door. It wasn't Samsung that scratched it, this store did it and should have insurance to cover it. I will never shop at this store again and I will tell anybody I know that they don't back their product. They offered me $50 off on a $2300 set! The pictures don't show it really good but this is what I see every time I come into my house! NOT HAPPY!

I always have been a Leon's customer, until now, I had some rude employee give snarky remarks to me and I went in to buy a washer and walked out with nothing all because of this guy, we then went to The Brick which was a way better experience, we not only bought a washer there but a dryer and Dishwasher too, all with warrantee's

Leon's not only lost my business this time but all future business, I hope this rude employee get either fired or goes to a customer service course.

It absolutely blows my mind how a business can be ok with NOT going above and beyond for their customers who have been shopping with Leon's for years and years. Thousands of dollars have been spent with them between the family but they can't go the extra mile. You just lost an entire family's business and word of mouth goes along way. Hope the $50 was worth it to you!

Absolutely love the Leon's crew. From in the store all the way to your front door. Always exceptional service. I have always dealt with the same girl. I highly recommend her. (Jenn) she knows what I like and knows what I'm looking for. The delivery guys are amazing and an absolute delight. Hard working crew they have. Very lucky to have such amazing workers.

I went in to Leons about 2 weeks ago to look for a full kitchen package and bedroom furniture. I seemed to be the only customer in the store. Was looked up and down by some blonde woman behind the counter as I walked in, not even a hello from her. Then, was wandering around for 10 minutes, employees passing me and not saying a word. I walked out and purchased from The Brick. I do NOT recommend Leons in Medicine Hat. Their staff do not understand what customer service is. Terrible

Have always had great help and experiences with Leon’s. All of the staff and friendly and try to go above and beyond. Jennifer and Bradley are the best and try to help everyone to the best of their abilities. Even during these trying times they’re doing the best the can to get stock in as quickly as possible and into customers hands.

Beware when buying the extended warranty. They really like to push it. But what they don't explain is, it's dealt with by a third party company. Leon's has nothing to do with it. When I tried to make a claim on a damaged couch I got nothing but a run around. It's been over a week and I still haven't got a call back. When I made the purchase I was told "even if you spill red wine on it, we will replace or fix it" not the case. Just a high pressure sales pitch. Buyer beware!

I bought a Queen size mattress in a box and it was a marked down item but when I opened it at home it wouldn’t properly inflated and it’s lumpy because it’s probably 10 years old and the owner (Trina) wouldn’t even give me the floor model I was a staff member and I still paid a few hundred dollars and I’m very disappointed. This was a Christmas present and not a very good one

I love how helpful and not pushy the staff are. If you have questions about furniture they are the place to be.:)

I bought a recliner couch and chair and purchased the warranty for the set because it was explained to us that it would cover any damage or wear to it in the next 5 years. In less than 1 year the chair began to peel and we were told that it’s because of oils from the skin so I guess in other words you can sit on the chair but don’t get body oils on it. I was told it was also leather and that was not true.

Jen was super awesome! We had to furnish our new condo in Lethbridge and she helped us work within our budget. Then we decided to buy an entirely new living room set as well! It was a good day at Leon's!

Great service, and the delivery boys were wonderful, taking off two doors to get the washer and dryer placed and removing the old! Strong like ox those boys!

Jen sold us our king bed and bed frame, she explained the different types and styles and found us the best deal! Very pleased with our purchase.the delivery guys were awesome as well, set everything up and came right as scheduled! Awesome experience!

Larry provided me with great service and got me an awesome deal both times I've been in to deal with him. Very satisfied with the furniture and electronics I got. Delivery was surprisingly quick and painless.

Largest selection of recliners in the city. Found the staff friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Did not feel pressured to buy.

The service people are very knowledgeable and are willing to assist their customers whenever needed! A very strong group of sales personnel and have been consistantly amazing to our family when we have purchased from them over the years. Highly reccomend them!

We had a house full of furniture delivered! Everyone we dealt with were helpful and friendly. Delivery went smoothly and the guys were great!
